in florida it’s useless to be a registered democrat, because no matter who wins the democratic primaries they’ll almost certainly lose in the generals, so most floridians/people in florida are registered republican to at least have some kind of vote

and in case you think i’m talking out of my ass, here’s a record from late 2019 of him donating $2000 to a democratic candidate for the house in pennsylvania

+ his FEC donation history includes many democratic contributions, and no republican ones; he has spoken out in favor of gun control legislation, and he has supported BLM & spoken out about police brutality on several occasions. all of this is available if you wanna look it up! :)
