An Introduction

Hi, my name is Shaun, and I am a Wargaming Bumblebee.  Now, a lot of people consider themselves to be hobby butterflies, flitting from project to project, barely finishing one before moving on to the next shiny thing.  I'm afraid my hobby journey has been nowhere near as graceful as a butterfly, more of a clumsy beeline collecting plastic nectar in what has been several attempts to build a gamable force in far too many systems to really be managable.  More like a bumblebee.  So, when I decided I needed to do something about it, I created this page. My goal is to take £30(ish) worth of models each month and take them from construction (or whatever stage I left them in) through to table-ready, if not further - that'll depend on how rusty I am as it's been a while since I even held a paintbrush - and get through my backlog before I buy more models.  Hopefully I'll remember to take some photos along the way too.  I'll then blog them here for all to see.  If I'm honest I've already failed and bought some shinies... but failure is the first step to success as they say. I hope you'll enjoy reading my exploits and be inspired to go back and finish some of your neglected minis too!
