All's Fair In Love & War- Motonari

Chapter 4

After making hasty preparations, Jiro and I set out with the messenger from Azuchi along with a small contingent of my forces, leaving the bulk behind to protect our land. The messenger filled us in more along the way. Apparently, a long wandering Oda ally had returned with news of the attack after having been under cover for some time.

After days of hard riding, we managed to arrive the night before the attack was to be happening. The castle town was already being evacuated when we arrived. We were quickly led to the audience hall for war council. Everyone was gathered, including Masamune and Ieyasu who had also been summoned from their lands.

“Good to see you, lass.” Masamune greeted, a glint in his blue eye.

“It was good of you to come, Ava.” Nobunaga declared.

“Wait…she’s Lord Yamada?”

I turned at the sound of the unfamiliar voice to see a large man with flashy clothes and bright red hair. “Yes, I am. Do you have a problem with that?” I asked.

He just grinned at me. “Not at all. I was just surprised. Hope you’re as good in a fight as your reputation says.”

“I’m even better.” I replied as I moved to take my seat.

“Let’s get down to business.” Hideyoshi lightly scolded. “We have an impending attack.”

“So, what is going on?” I asked.

Nobunaga motioned to Keiji. “So, I’ve been in enemy territory for a while.” Keiji said, taking his cue. “When I was there, they were bringing in some kind of big foreign weapon. They were planning to attack. I don’t know all the details, but I know they’re coming and they��ll be attacking tomorrow.”

“We’ve evacuated the castle town to be sure our citizens are safe.” Hideyoshi spoke up. 

“While the rest of us stay here to defend the castle.” Masamune continued.

“We’ve determined that the attack will most likely come from here.” HIdeyoshi said, gesturing to a place on the map.

“I am the intended target as we can gather.” Nobunaga said, a smirk on his face.

I nodded. It made sense. I couldn’t help but to wonder if Motonari was somehow behind this attack. “Do we know exactly who is planning the attack?” I asked.

“I never got close enough to see the guy in charge.” Keiji answered, shaking his head. 

“We likely won’t find out until the attack.” Ieyasu grumbled. “When we capture the idiot brave enough to try us.”

I have a feeling I know who the idiot is…and sad to say he’s not much of an idiot. Chaos incarnate, but not an idiot. I thought, though I kept my thoughts to myself. I had long ago learned how to keep my thoughts and emotions from showing on my face.

“It matters not who our foe is right now. All that matters is that we will defeat them.” Nobunaga declared.

We continued discussing our plans for the attack and coming up with various strategies depending on what the attack was. It honestly seemed like it wasn’t that much later, even though it was the next night, we were all standing guard in front of Azuchi castle. We were all fully armored and our weapons at the ready. Torches and the moon lit up the night.

“Be ready. The attack will come any moment.” Nobunaga declared.

“I’m ready. Looking forward to fighting with you again, lass.” Masamune declared as he stood next to me.

“Just make sure not to get in my way.” I replied, giving him a wink.

“My lord, is this really a time to be joking around?” Jiro asked me as he stood at my other side.

“No need to be a wet blanket, Jiro.” I replied. “Besides you know I fight better when I’m relaxed.”

“You really do fit in with all of us, don’t you?” Keiji asked, grinning at me.

I shrugged. “You mean because we’re all equally crazy? Yeah.”

It was at that moment we all heard the sound of something whistling through the air. Then there was a crash and boom behind us. We all looked up to see the tenshu having been blown to bits. We all looked around, trying to determine where the sound came from.

“It came from that direction.” Nobunaga declared, pointing.

We all followed his line of vision and could see a trail of smoke illuminated in the night. It was coming from the woods beyond Azuchi. “That’s some distance.” Hideyoshi declared.

“We send scouts and by the time they get there, whoever fired will be gone.” Mitsuhide agreed.

“But they may leave some clues behind.” Hideyoshi said.

“Mitsuhide, Ava, I want you two to go and investigate.” Nobunaga ordered.

“Of course, my lord.” Mitsuhide agreed.

“On it.” I replied.

“Everyone else, be ready for another attack.” Nobunaga said.

I sheathed my sword as Mitsuhide carried his rifle and the two of us headed for the stables, hopping on horses and riding out to the forest. It didn’t take too long to reach our destination, but as predicted… “No one remains.” I said as I hopped down and tied up my horse.

“No, but we should find something.” Mitsuhide said, hopping down as well and beginning to examine our surroundings.

We both carried lanterns to look around. We could see footprints. “It looks like there was a small group.” I said, judging by the number of footprints.

“And they were hauling something VERY heavy around.” Mitsuhide said, pointing to some tracks in the ground that were from a wagon.

“At least they left us something to follow.” I replied.

“Yes, it was nice of them.” Mitsuhide agreed.

We both went to hop back up onto our horses to follow the trail and that was when I noticed two other sets of footprints going in a different direction from the tracks. “It looks like the party split up.” I said to Mitsuhide.

He turned to see the same tracks I was looking at. “Indeed they did. I bet those would be the masterminds behind the attack.”

I nodded my agreement. “Shall we split up?” I asked.

“Yes, let’s.” Mitsuhide agreed.

Mitsuhide took the trail after the weapon and me following the trail that I imagined would lead to Motonari and whoever else he was working with. I was surprised and not surprised when the trail met back up with whoever Mitsuhide had followed…we ended up in a port city.

“I’m willing to bet whoever it was went on a ship.” Mitsuhide said, once we met back up.

I nodded. “Most likely.”

We discussed further plans and split up, trying to find anyone who had seen anything and records of who was docked at the port. I was walking through the port on high alert, when I felt a tug on my sleeve. I was turning, ready to punch whoever, when I looked down to see a small child tugging on my sleeve.

“What…”

“Sho is looking for you. Said to have you follow me.” The little girl was then taking my hand and tugging.

After a moment of hesitation I followed her, though I kept my guard up. I followed the girl into a side alley and soon saw a shadowy figure in the moonlight…I knew exactly what was up when I saw the flash of silver hair.

“Heh, good work, kid.” Motonari said to the girl, tossing a small pouch to her.

The little girl nodded and ran off. I glared at him. “I take it you’re behind everything that happened tonight.” I stated.

Motonari grinned at me. “Not solely but yeah.” He replied. “How’d it look up close?”

“A big hole in the castle, big whoop.” I replied. “I’ve seen worse…hell I’ve done worse.”

Motonari chuckled. “I’m you’ll be thinkin’ different come mornin’ light.” He said. 

“What do you want?” I asked, my hand still resting on the hilt of my sword.

“Just ta let ya know how ta find me.” Motonari replied. “I’ll be stayin’ nearby fer a while. Need ya to report to me every day.”

“Even if I have nothing?”

“Oh, there’s always somethin’ m’lady. You should know that better than anybody.” He was then leaning forward.

Instinctively, I leaned back. Then a gasp escaped my lips as I felt something sliding between my breasts. Was Motonari really touching me?! And there?! And why was a pleasant shiver running down my spine at that thought?! I shook that thought from my head as I looked down to see he had stuck a folded piece of paper in my cleavage. “You…”

Motonari grinned. “It’s a map. Memorize it and burn it. Shows ya where ya can meet me, pequena princesa.”

I instantly pulled out my sword and pointed it at his throat. “You ever do something like that again and I’m cutting your throat out.”

Motonari just grinned at me. “Ya say that, but I’m pretty sure ya liked it. Been a while fer ya, ain’t it? Maybe on one o’ yer visits ta me, I can remind ya what it feels like.”

“Fuck you.”

“That’s what I’m offerin’.” Motonari replied, still grinning.

“Please, like you could keep up with me,” I replied, rolling my eyes. I kept my sword pointed at his throat as I moved the letter, tucking it into the folds of my clothes. “I’d better be getting back. I swear, I will finish you.”

“Oh, please do, girlie.” Motonari replied.

I rolled my eyes. Yeah I walked into that one. “I hate you.” I said before sheathing my sword and turning to walk away.

“Whatever ya say, m’lady.” Motonari called after me and I could still see his grin in my mind’s eye.

Ugh that…oh how I hated him.

Motonari…

Motonari watched Ava walk away, a smirk on his face. He had to admit he loved getting under her skin. He could still feel the echo of the cold steel tip of her sword at his throat. “Hehe, glad ta see she don’t change.” He murmured. 

Of course, he would be lying if he were to say he didn’t enjoy her reaction. “She practically jumped outta her skin when she thought I’d touched ‘er.” He continued to speak to himself as he melted into the shadows. “Hate’s a strong word when she reacts like that.” He muttered thinking back to the way she had shivered. 

“Maybe I will find a way to have some more fun with her, least before I cut her loose.” He continued to muse as he slunk through the streets, making his way to his hideout. “Least I know I got new ways ta mess with her.”

So, for now, some Blorbos from me:

-Intense in loves and passions (for Nobunaga, for MC once they get together, for trying to get Mitsuhide to take better care of himself, in his care for others, dude is just passionate for his loved ones!) -His love for Nobu and his interactions with Mitsuhide can get a little fruity, not gonna lie. -Technically orphan since we don't really hear much about his family aside from his poor upbringing and having to be a bum to get by until Nobu came into his life. Agas in discord has also told us about RL Hideyoshi and how much his mom loved Kennyo and I think that's funny to think about sometimes. -Frequently violent but only when it comes to protecting his loved ones. He thinks one of them is in trouble and the man will go feral trying to find a way to help them. Overall speaking, he's not particularly violent, I don't think though.

-Nothing anyone says is gonna make me change my mind about this man being bisexual. Nope, not happening. -Technically a tragic backstory as he frequently does Team Oda's dirty work of spying and torture, but his tragic backstory is not quite to the extent that some other characters go through, like poverty, figure-headness, and killing a loved one.

-Technically frequently violent, but it's mostly in the pranks he pulls. Not ferally violent, in a sense. He's sneaky about his violent tendencies. You don't want to mess with his wife, after all. -Divorced? He's a double agent that always goes back to his ex (Team Oda).

-Being an immortal vampire means you must have some complexities and that doesn't excuse you being fruity, monsieur. -Technically an orphan as I don't think we hear much about his birth family as we do Leonardo and Vlad. They're mentioned sometimes but no word on their current status as he tends to focus more on his found family. Until I get confirmed status, he's orphan status to me, thus why the creation of his found one. -Divorced from Vlad, duh.

-Listen. Listen. Devon/batteryrose was onto something with shipping Nokto and Slivio. Plus, been thinking of finding ways of shipping my OC and him with Rio. Just something about Nokto and the Bentonite princes does something to my mind, okay?

-Technically an orphan after what happened to his and Licht's mom, plus the whole reason for the Belle procedure is because his dad died. Maybe it doesn't count because he was an adult when his dad died, but, technically speaking, both his parents are dead, so... -Murderer by technicality because of Blood-stained Roses Day (all the princes at the time were said to have participated, so, technically speaking). He also tried to poison some merchants for a business deal, so attempted murderer too, technically?

-Have you seen this demon when his family is in danger (actual, perceived, or otherwise)? He will go absolutely bat-shit feral when his family is in danger! Once you're under his wings, nothing will stop him from going to the absolute limit and beyond for you.

-Technically divorced from the Celestial Realm because of Circumstances™️, not from a specific person.

-Also on a technicality, because of that... whole war with the Celestial Realm, so some angels were more than likely killed, right?

Blame by Air Traffic Control

For the MC of Ikemen Sengoku. It fits perfectly 😭 💕

I can just imagine it. Hideyoshi or Sasuke singing this to her. Or Lord Nobunaga singing this to her. She was afraid and scared at first but as she got to know them all, she warmed up to them all. And everything is going good before something happens. The wormhole is searching for her, and trying to get history back on track. But Mc fell for Nobunaga, or something and is trying to stop Nobunaga from living his true fate. Keep him from dying in a temple. But fate has other plans. And they're in a burning temple. And Nobunaga is laying on the ground, bleeding to death, head on her lap as she sobs over him, tears falling onto him and he lifts his hand, wiping her tears away. Telling her it'll be okay and that he'll be fine. That he's not afraid. That he's Happy to die here with her by his side. His hand falls and his eyes close as he slowly whispers don't blame yourself. Before dying in her arms. She cries from the heartbreak. And stays there by his side.

Flash forward to a few months forward and she's once again living her best life, visiting his grave once in awhile, smiling at the fond memories she made before someone calls out to her,and it's the boys, beckoning her over to hurry up, teasing her, saying it's time to go. They have a war to fight. She says goodbye to him and asks for him to keep them safe. To win the war and get Japan back on track. To have peace. Like he always wanted for their country.

Mc walks away with a smile, ready to lead the Nobunaga Oda army to victory. In honor of her friend or past lover.

I want to write this. But my writing skills are crap. :) anyways I like angst. I like happy endings too but this time, I don't wish for that.

All's Fair In Love & War- Motonari

Chapter 3

“He wants you to what?” Jiro asked, his tone exasperated.

After calming myself, I had called on Jiro and Sato as they were my most trusted vassals. I couldn’t share this information with every one, but I could share it with them.

“And he’s threatening our ports if we don’t cooperate.” Sato said, seeming much calmer than Jiro.

I nodded. “Yes.” I said. 

“I told you that you shouldn’t have made that deal with him when he first arrived.” Jiro said. “I knew he was bad news…”

I glared at Jiro. “I’m not an idiot. But you know as well as I do that if I hadn’t made that deal we never would have been able to secure the ports on our own. It’s hard enough getting most men to fall in line, let alone the superstitious lot that sailors are.”

“She has a point.” Sato agreed. “We did try forming our own navy and it hasn’t quite worked. Too many men believe that a woman captain would be bad luck.”

Jiro sighed. “I know…but there had to be another way.”

“Look what’s done is done. We can’t change the past.” I said. “All we can do now is focus on the now and formulate a plan to get out from under Motonari’s thumb.”

Jiro nodded. “Right.” He agreed. 

“What about just killing him?” Sato asked. “And taking over his navy for yourself?”

I shook my head. “No. His men may fear him, but they know he knows what he’s doing when it comes to the sea. Even if I did kill him, it’s not like they’d readily follow me.”

“You’ve faced tougher odds before.” Sato pointed out.

I shook my head. “No. Motonari is too calculating. Knowing him he’s got a plan in place anyways.”

“He is the God of Deceit for a reason.” Jiro agreed.

“For now, I have no choice but to go along with his plan.” I said. “Sato, I want you to go to our ports and figure out his influence there, do some research and observation on his men.”

Sato nodded. “I can do that.” 

“And what are we doing?” Jiro asked.

I sighed. “What we have to do for the time being.” I replied. “And hopefully, while I am spying for him, I can work on figuring out what exactly his plan is.”

“Then once we know, we can stop it.” Jiro finished for me.

“Exactly.” I replied.

“Before we start this though.” Jiro spoke up. “Have you thought about asking the Oda for help?”

“We’re still new to the alliance.” I said. “They could easily see it as me trying to trap them…also knowing that slippery bastard, he probably has a plan to make it look like I am trying to trap the Oda should I tell them anything.”

“That is a good point.” Jiro replied.

“We’ll figure this out, my lord.” Sato assured me. “I swear we will.”

A couple of days later…

I stood outside of my castle in an area I had set up for outdoor training. I was in a custom-made linen top with no sleeves and black pants as I worked on my training. I had just finished up practicing my archery when I picked up my sword and decided to have a go at one of my dummy targets.

“Heh, workin’ on yer form there, I see.”

I didn’t even turn my head, only moved my eyes slightly to the side before slicing at the dummy. “What do you want?” I asked, though I obviously knew.

Motonari smirked as I turned around to face him, still holding my sword in my hand. “You know exactly what I’m here for, m’lady.”

I glared at him. “If you’re really wanting this to work then you’d better start referring to me by my proper title.’

“Heh, still tryin’ to act like a figurão, pequena princesa?” He taunted cocking a white brow at me.

I glared harder. I walked closer to him and leaned in, knowing how much he hated the idea of touching another person. Sure he liked to crowd me, but that was always on his terms. I had to do what I could to throw him off.

Motonari glared at me as he moved back. “Watch yerself, girlie.” He said, his hand reaching for his pistol.

I grinned at him. “Listen here you son of a bitch, you may have one over on me right now, but I WILL get out from under your thumb. And when I do, this pequena princesa is going to be your end.” Then to emphasize my point, without even looking, I took a throwing dagger from my boot and threw it at a target to my side, hitting it dead center.

Motonari grinned, unphased by my display…or maybe a part of him enjoyed it. “Hehe, you just try, m’lady…”

“Lord Ava.” I corrected.

He grinned. “Lady Lord.” He replied. “Ya should be gettin’ summoned back to Azuchi in a couple o’ weeks. When ya get there, I’ll give ya instructions on how ta reach me with any intel ya bring fer me.”

“How…”

Motonari grinned. “Merchant’s secrets.” He said before turning and walking away.

“I will kill him.” I muttered as I reached 

Motonari…

After leaving Ava, Motonari returned to his ship that was waiting in one of her port towns. His oldest and most loyal vassal greeted him as soon as he reached the ship. “Welcome back, my lord.”

“Ya heard anything from that bastard yet?” Motonari asked, his tone grouchy.

“Yes, my lord. He says he is ready for the next part of the plan.” Hiroyoshi answered.

“Good. I don’t like bein’ the only one workin’.” Motonari said. “Got that lady lord right where I want ‘er.”

“Lord Ava is going along?” Hiroyoshi asked.

“Only ‘cuz she’s a soft touch fer her people.” Motonari replied. “Make sure we keep on her ports and make sure the men are extra aware. She don’t like havin’ ta do what I say. She’s gonna try ta get out of it.”

“You know this for certain, my lord?”

“Yeah, she told me. ‘Course, even if she hadn’t it wouldn’t be that hard to figure it out.” Motonari said. “Luoca thinks she’s gonna be the end o’ me in fact.”

Hiroyoshi eyed his lord for a moment. “I’ll make sure to tell the men, my lord.”

Motonari caught the look in the old man’s eye. “What?” He asked, his tone clipped.

“Nothing, my lord.” Hiroyoshi answered.

Motonari glared at the old man for a moment. “Yeah, better be nothin’.” He replied. He was then heading below deck to his cabin. He’d always liked meeting with Ava. Most women were easy to intimidate whenever he needed to, but not Ava. She fought him tooth and nail and he found it fun. He’d actually been considering bringing her in on his deal with Kicho…at least until she’d gone and signed on with Nobunaga and his grand unification by conquest plan.

“Woulda thought someone like her wouldn’t’ve wanted to go along with Nobunaga.” He muttered to himself as he sat in his chair. “She don’t like me tellin’ her what ta do. Why the hell would she think Nobunaga’d be any better?” The longer he sat, stewing in his thoughts, the more aggravated that he got.

“Merda…why am I lettin’ this shit bother me?” He muttered to himself. “Damn that woman.”

Motonari soon left his cabin and then headed back up on deck, barking out orders to his crew. He let his anger and frustration out on them in his grueling orders. He knew he’d need to be in Azuchi soon and he had a few other stops to make along the way. He’d figure everything out along the way…and figure out how to keep Ava from driving him crazy with her nonsense.

A couple of weeks later…

I had just finished a council meeting when a messenger arrived from Azuchi. “Lord Ava, Lord Nobunaga requests your aid.” The messenger said.

“What is it?” I asked.

“We’ve received word of an attack that’s coming in four days time.”

Telling the warlords they NEED to see a therapist

Their first question to this statement would be, "what the hell is a therapist?"

After you explain what a therapist is and that you've already booked a lesson for them meaning they HAVE to go there (because they cannot say no to you). Weapons are not allowed during the session.

• oh? Interesting.

• the therapist and he will have an interesting talk to say the least.

• obviously he isn't really going to answer any of the therapist's questions. Well not a straight answer anyways

• will scowl every time the therapist manages to figure him out

• in the end he doesn't open up to the therapist and instead challenges them to a battle of Go.

→ Hideyoshi Toyotomi

• ends up helping the therapist

• that's it

• he listens to the therapist's problems and tries to help him the best he can

• somewhere during the session he will confess his undying loyalty to Nobunaga

• Therapist tries to tell him to value himself more

• the therapist almost gets punched

• how did things go there? I think you can figure it out

→ Mitsuhide Akechi

• another one who doesn't open up to the therapist

• they both actually have a.....competition? They both counter attack each other by asking questions

• this goes on for a WHILE a long long while

• of course Mitsuhide won. But he tells the therapist he enjoyed the session

• no he's not coming back again. The therapist got way too close to figuring him out.

→ Masamune Date

• ends up crying and confessing anything mid way through the session

• idk why. I see him as someone who would do that

• anyways he will also boast about his cooking, Shogetsu and MC

• will invite the therapist over to lunch

→ Ieyasu Tokugawa

• doesn't want to go.

• what do you mean he's going to help me with my past traumas? I don't want to go

• he's like a cat when you try to take them to the vet

• very grumpy and salty throughout the session. Would not give a straight answer to any of the questions

• would leave midway through the session

→ Mitsunari Ishida

• sunshine. Angel. Not even 5 minutes into the session and the therapist knows what his problem is

• he will try his best to help out this angel

→ Keiji Maeda

• no.

• refuses to go.

• doesn't want to risk getting caught. He will dissappear once again just to leave the session

→ Ranmaru Mori

• also ends up crying and confessing

• this is the only one so far with whom the session has gone smoothly

• Uesugi Takeda Forces

→ Kenshin Uesugi

• he was already upset because his weapon got confiscated.

• points a knife at the therapist when he touches a particularly delicate subject

• where did the knife come from? No idea.

• someone needs to stay in the room (MC) to calm him down

• will need many more therapy lessons but the therapist has refused to attend any more sessions with him

→ Shingen Takeda

• flirts with the Therapist

• either charms the therapist or gets kicked out

• even the therapist tells him to lower it down in the sugar intake

→ Yoshimoto Imagawa

• therapist tries his best to keep up with Yoshimoto

• but over time he gets lost

• he will also probably get kicked out

→ Kanetsugu Naoe

• another one who has a hidden knife

• actually talks pretty formally with the therapist

• the therapist already kind of shaken up by the incident with kenshin approaches the subject pretty cautiously

• surprisingly enough Kanetsugu cooperates

• success!

→ Yukimura Sanada

• does he need therapy? I personally think he doesn't

• maybe he does but not as much as the others

→ Sasuke Sarutobi

• I don't think he needs therapy

• he does but not many sessions

• very cooperative

• sits through the Sessions with others to calm them down in case they decide to attack the poor fellow doctor

• Lone Forces

→ Kicho

• doesn't want to go

• he was already traumatized enough. Why must he approach the subject again

• will be cooperative as in will not point any hidden weapons at the therapist

→ Motonari Mouri

• he just dissapears

• you won't see him at the sessions at all

→ Kennyo

• reluctantly agrees

• reluctantly cooperates

• would go in meditative state sometimes just to avoid some questions

Since Halloween is close, I was thinking how do you think the warlords would react to an MC/reader who is really into spooky stuff? Like ghosts, cryptids, legends, haunted houses, likes graveyards, likes exploring abandoned buildings, etc

Oda forces.

Nobunaga Oda.

He wouldn’t be scared of your stories, things that are supernatural aren’t more scary than the living, but he is curious and entertained by the tales you know. Nobunaga finds it interesting that you are so fearless over the unknown, which gives him more reason to take you to battle with him.

Sometimes he just likes listening to you ramble about legends and unsolved mysteries just because of how you tell them.

Hideyoshi Toyotomi.

He is partially concerned with your interest, believing some of your likings are too dangerous, like wanting to explore abandoned buildings. He isn’t one to believe that ghosts are actually real, but hideyoshi does feel uneasy about supernatural things.

He won’t admit it, but when you try telling scary stories, he does feel a bit scared of them.

Mitsuhide Akechi.

How brave of you, liking things like that and remaining fearless. Though, mitsuhide would love to tease you by spooking you, he also likes how engaged you are with these things. He is a mystery enjoyer, partially, himself, so he shares your excitement over them, though not in the same way.

He still tries spooking you by making up a scary story or legend, but always gets you excited about it instead. He finds it cute though.

Mitsunari Ishida.

Mitsunari takes enjoyment in solving mysteries, but mostly the more logical ones, he is still very happy to listen to you talking about the more scary and unsolved ones (though he can’t understand how someone can enjoy mysteries that haven’t been solved or are unable to be solved). He isn’t really that adventurous to explore abandoned buildings or haunted places, but he would tag along to ensure you would be safe.

Ieyasu Tokugawa.

Ieyasu doesn’t like the fact that he can be a bit scared of some things, like haunted places, but he would rather fight it than cower in fear, he believes it’s what makes him stronger. Of course, you babble about a lot of things that are unfamiliar to him, so he just lets you talk rather than pay attention.

He still tells you that it’s stupid to try and explore abandoned places by yourself, as a form of scolding, since an animal or dangerous person could be hiding there. But you always go there anyways, so he might as well tag along to keep you safe.

Masamune Date.

Masamune likes that adventurous side of yours, and how curious you can be, he gets even more excited when it involves scary things. He isn’t one to like legends that much, but he feels entertained whenever you tell him the ones you know, and scary stories that keeps people alerted. Rather than scared, he gets really excited about it.

Just for the fun of it, he would take you to haunted places that most people avoid like abandoned castles just to explore it.

Ranmaru Mori.

Ranmaru always feels scared of stuff like that, so he pouts and complains to you that you shouldn’t scare him like that with your stories and unsolved mysteries, he sometimes runs away if you chose to tease him about it.

In other situations, he might grab your arm for comfort whenever you tell spooky stories. He isn’t THAT scared, actually, but it is an opportunity to act cute to you.

Keiji.

Hah. He doesn’t get scared of your stories, and Keiji doesn’t fear abandoned places at all. But he does find entertainment when you tell spooky stories. Keiji believes that you are brave to the point of ignorance, since you have no sense of danger when exploring abandoned places or graveyards.

Uesugi-Takeda alliance.

Kenshin Uesugi.

Kenshin isn’t someone who gets scared, at least not by being spooked. He only feels fear when he feels like he might loose someone important to him. He doesn’t care much about mysteries, but will listen to you talking about it for hours on end as if he is listening to war tales.

He also doesn’t care much about exploring potential haunted houses, but the idea of being able to fight a ghost makes him excited enough to tag along.

Shingen Takeda.

Shingen enjoys seeing you getting excited about unsolved mysteries, solving cryptics and talking about scary legends. He can’t help but find it all endearing, a sweet thing like you enjoying such scary things? He is fascinated.

But he doesn’t like your habit of going to explore places that could be dangerous, as he does believe in the supernatural to some extent, he would rather you stay close to him.

Yukimura Sanada.

Yukimura does get scared, and he is terrible at hiding it, which makes it even more fun to tease him about it. The fact that you like all that creepy stuff only makes him think that you are a witch even more. He still tries to act tough so that he doesn’t let his weakness show.

He would agree to go with you explore a haunted castle, all of it to prove that he doesn’t get scared easily.

Yoshimoto Imagawa.

He isn’t a fan, mostly because he gets annoyed that scary stories do have an effect on him. He doesn’t do well with creepy things since he finds it unpleasant and that it ruins his mood. So he usually prefers to stay out when you want to tell another scary story of yours.

He doesn’t mind, however, when you talk about mysteries, mostly because it intrigues him.

Sasuke.

Being from the future, he shares your enjoyment for spooky things, Halloween and unsolved mysteries. He might be the best person to talk about those things since he will know exactly what you are talking about, and you can talk freely about stories that involve the future.

Exploring abandoned buildings is fascinating to him as well, since he enjoys learning about its history.

Kanetsugu.

Kanetsugu, scared? That is impossible. He is always cool headed, stoic and more prone to scare others with his fierce gaze than to get scared. He tends to scold you if you plan on exploring abandoned places or haunted buildings as it could be dangerous and that you shouldn’t be reckless.

He isn’t one to be affected by scary stories, nor does he take true interest in mysteries, but he does listen to you talking about them, even if he doesn’t really believe it.
