The Ithica saga is officially out, Epic the musical is now complete. I am so glad I was able to be one of the people able to watch the live stream this last time.

Jorge and everyone, please keep in touch with each other and keep being awesome every single one of you!

Fans, you better go thank every person who has helped Epic The Musical be possible. From the artist to the musicians to the voice actors and singers. Even tho Epic is complete, it doesn't mean you can't go out and follow all of those who made this possible and absolutely stunning.

Peter is used to things not really ever going the way he plans or hopes. So when Doctor Strange is casting a spell to make everyone forget who he is as part of his last ditch effort idea to save his world and the multiverse, deep down he not surprised to end up head first in a dumpster. He is also not surprised to see that through his blinding headache, New York does not smell or look anything like what he is used to. He does know one thing though, and that is that he now hates the concept of the multiverse to his very core.

When Doctor Strange's attempts a spell to make everyone forget who Peter Parker is, Peter ends up across the multiverse in the city of Gotham. Confronted by different members of who he learns to be the BatFamily, he has to try and blend in. Unsure of what to do, Peter is plagued with his conscious desire to help the people of Gotham (because right now it looks like they desperately need it) as Spider-Man or to try and figure out how and if he can get home without being seen as a complete lunatic. Why not both? Besides, help might be in places he never even thought he could look.

This fight is bleeding over into the real world, threatening to destroy everything, so Wanda gets the idea to reopen the portal back to Mephisto's realm, and the fear of his realm merging with this one is enough to kill the battle... and in Mephisto's escape he tries to take back the Legion souls, only for them to be destroyed in the process.

I've been meaning to write this for... a long time... and finally sat down and did it; realizing that these two films came out in the same year just fascinated me. Free link, should be readable for all.

(Sidebar: It wasn't until after I saw Wanda that I realized it's mentioned in Rachel Kushner's novel The Flamethrowers, set in 1970s NYC-- the protagonist, Reno, catches it on TV late one night. She describes it as being about "a woman who throws her life away"; maybe there's an essay to be written about Reno's dismissal and/or outright dislike of other women. It's an interesting complication of her character.)

Bobbi is not only able to pull Wanda free from the portal and save her, she also takes a blast meant for Hawkeye... but she doesn't survive the damage...

And yeah... i know, that for a future plotline to work at all... something needs to happen right now that absolutely does not... I'm interested to see if they will even acknowledge this... or just ignore it... but that is like 15 years away so it is gonna be a hot minute before we get there.

I used to be a dickory fan and then found out I prefer dickbabs instead and it baffles me on insta seeing dickbabs posts (mainly a post about a comic panel) and the comments have so many people saying they prefer starfire like why do they always feel the need to bring her into everything or their slagging off babs, then I see dickory posts and there won’t be anything bringing up babs
