— nagi unknowingly helps you with everything you might need during your homeworks. he's the one who helps you browse through the net (by having you on his lap while you use his pc) for netnographies, or even lets you use him for an ethnography interview on gamers.

— nagi is crazy good at obtaining insights. we've known that nagi is insanely smart, but he's just lazy. when you're struggling to find an insight for a fast food chain, he'll whip his head up and just go "i like my ice cream with fries, drive me to mcdonalds please" and next thing you know you're creating a promo because he wasn't the only one who liked his ice cream that way.

VIVI HAIR RULES ୨୧

If you want long, shiny, soft and healthy hair here are my rules that I stand by

૮꒰ྀི ୨ ៸៸៸ ୧ ྀི꒱ა ༊࿐ ͎. ｡˚ ° ⊹ ˚.

1. Don’t try and “train your hair” - if it’s oily, wash it. Healthy scalp comes before anything, even if that’s washing everyday. (Which isn’t damaging despite what people say btw) If you can go longer then that then do it.

2. Do a pre-shampoo treatment, I use coconut oil. If you feel it messes up your hair, most likely you aren’t washing it all off, so instead try a coconut based oil instead of whole coconut oil. Keep this on your ends for at least 30 minutes before showering.

3. Do not go to bed with wet hair.

4. Do a head massage everyday for at least 5 minutes, don’t use your nails but instead use the pads of your fingers.

5. SPLIT YOUR ENDS AT HOME. This is so important, check for split ends regularly. If you see any, cut them right away.

6.Don’t be tricked by marketing! I actually prefer drugstore haircare to high end.

7. Use bonding treatments, l’oréal has a new bond repair line that is good!

8. Microfiber towels, soft hair ties, and silk pillowcases.

9. Protective Hairstyles before bed.

10. Always oil your ends. I like jojoba oil and you only need a tiny bit. It will add a nice shine and protect your hair.

11. Embrace your natural hair color and texture, avoid bleaching, dying, and relaxing if you can

The Dana Terrace Vs Vivienne Medrano, The Great Debate of Two Female Creators

Hello Starry Knights, This is the lovely Kyoko Cane, The Brown Sugah Queen, & cosplayer who performs and visits numerous cons throughout, while making blogs/vlogs on animated media & entertainment.

as you know or are new to this page, I am an artist who also dedicated my fashion in drag, on all my platforms along my artwork & discussions (be it anime or Western) that can affect real-life even fandoms, with a variety of videos.

the title of the post is about The two proclaimed talked about animators, Dana Terrace & Vivienne Medrano, I'll be critiquing how these two women of animation tackle the industry. This will have strong opinions from recent interview videos I've watched.

(I'll be calling Vivienne VIVI FOR SHORT & letting you know, if I were to watch ones in the future affecting my post come on the comments to ask freely, AND YES ALL PROJECTS AND TOPICS ARE NOT WITHOUT THEIR CRITIQUES, FLAWS IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE IT, CHECK OUT THE DAYSTAR VOYAGE, DON'T HATE, APPRECIATE! )

OK LETS GET STARTED In this 3-part segment

1. The Different Artstyles That Made Us Love These Shows.

Vivis work (Helluva Boss & Hazbin Hotel)

Now We all know as fans & lovers of animation when we hear a series that's greenlit after viewing on a television screen, in a magazine, or sponsored in commercials, right? As for these two,

The first time I heard of VIVI's work was on a YouTube ad commercial in line & premiered for the pilot, I was fully captivated by its groundbreaking story, from hazbin hotel to the comedy in helluva boss, along with its ghoulish Beetlejuice-inspired art style.

(which I'm a sucker for the niche, indie projects & gothic horror.)

observing her sketchbook on YouTube, I was drawn in by the captivated humanoid shapes she sketches, along with her fluid & flowing style.

the worldbuilding version of heaven & hell drew me in, after watching hazbin hotel. The pilot had a lot to offer from its dreary horrific turns/obstacles from its character debut, story & distorted beauty that there was a lot to tune Into along my first episode of Helluva Boss,

Now we are gonna get down to lore storytelling and character growth.

(and im fully aware of how the fandom treats the rest of the main & supporting cast not letting them flesh out including the females, btw)

Vivi has so much to offer, after watching the latest episode of Helluva Boss and finishing Hazbin Hotel, I see she has the potential to make a good show on drama & sell it, however with her controversy coming through I feel she needs to learn on how to perceive herself online, so makes it hard for me not to hate her series, be it art and her work.

The owl House by Dana terrace

Now you all know by now, I am a full-on Owl House fan regardless of its show ending early, and my many critics on Dana Terrace drew me in with her macabre art and full-on passionate skeletal pieces after looking at her socials and sketchbook online, as a debut showrunner who made her great stance on lgbt representation she has cemented herself as an acclaimed cartoon creator.

However, she does have her flaws ever since rewatching the series, and a lot to learn about the business, after rewatching The Show and yes I have notes written to prove them,

To add I felt if alex Hirsch wasn't on the project, everyone wouldn't watch that show since yall want it to be the next GRAVITY FALLS,

I love the fandoms that discuss the errors of these creators cause it gives more insight on how to portray yourselves on in the real world, cause lemme tell you, it was all watered down I'm get to that in a minute

one problem i have with particularly since she's a good artist & creator is her depending on certain tropes to carry out her cast, cause some may be harmful, along tropes being flanderized & the writing of character being generic & stereotyped.

She needs work on being a better showrunner cause those skills need Cleaning up including writing certain characters on who gets the spotlight.

2. The Good, Great, Bad & Ugly in Fandom Discourse,

Vivis Work (Wow Yall can be Wow)

Vivienne Has made her mark in the YouTube market ever since making her pilot debut on Kesha video & hazbin hotel pilot,

I'm so glad for her contributions towards the indie market cementing her way to showing great representation in the general audience for an adult show, not to mmention disablity rep, yes an adult show and that's not without its controversy,

with her grand debate, I feel everyone took this woman's artwork turning it into something ugly, which is so uncool.

and I for one will not stand for the hate trains of now popular shows flip-flopping and then float back to it cause your series is acclaimed now, let's be real she deserves her crowns and laurels, Just keeping it real, regardless cause its a fire show

The fandom has shown their love of the show cause it knocked down so many doors in many ways, but let's be real the audience is now geared toward children cause we all know, this generation can be doing some crazy things, the way they all need to tone down the language, and let characters breath in the show

which I feel viv needs to work on the jokes. I get, it's an adult show which is concerning and it's a Gen Z world where people have access to computers 247, which contributes to all the nasty discourse and crass behavior not to mention,

fandom needs to calm down her fans when it comes down to her work and the way stoliz is perceived.l can be questionable, not to mention how the females are written which I do know the key word for this below.

cause i rarely do find the females are compelling, but yet to fleshed out like the rest of the male characters so misogynist comes into mind in this show and how it sells

there some moments it only aims to the infamous ship Stolitz (and doesn't let other characters breathe (this is a problem with the owl house which ill get to right now cause the pacing is wow smh)

THE OWL HOUSE FANDOM (GRRRR) lemme calm down

The owl house fandom i was on ride or die for lumity. however we all know how that ship got it start and built up cause they expected it to be this thing to say (F you to Disney) which is good cause disney had its comuppence howver, after the show ended

fans have become the most foulest ugliest & disrespectful fandom ever since the Steven Universe, Voltron and miraculous incidents,

its sad to see how these two franchises fell into the worse cases, the two creators may come across not caring of there fandom acts cause there's a saying

The captain always goes down with his ship MEANING

A captain should not have to sacrifice their life or crew, simply because the vessel they are in control of is in distress

There’s two fandoms such as Steven universe & voltron fell from grace into toxicity down below that are prime examples

The Owl House fandom has got to be some of the most entitled, uppity if not (racist) fans!

yall clearly have not listened to other fans or can't take criticism, yes the show did make very feminist undertones and the male characters didn't shine at all in their titular episodes or moments, which doesn't help at all.

Since Dana drew inspiration from Powerpuff Girls

(which comes on and the writers being all female, might have some damaging effects)

Cause its stifled the male characters in a way where there not as prominent or impactful,

So this word MISANDRY comes to mind

The fandom has gone down to the point of no return, I mean,

its not that the Disney drama was too blame for the project, (to an extent) which I'm proud for the fandom for banding together on animation, but need to take off the lgbt glasses, cause boy the show's writing was pushed in favor of that.

Dana Terrace has the makings of doing good shows however when it comes down to an audience to kid she has some major damage control on how the fandom will come across,

i mean have we not learned from the Lilith and Camilla toxic issues, you can tell the show likes to demonize the adults which is unacceptable, and can damage storytelling and characters.

the truth i feel there needs to be proper staff on how to write POC, ethnic and cultural representation In the show, Amphibia, Molly mcgee, Haileys on it and other break-out shows did it better,

hell even Amphibia doing those cuisines food culture in Frogworld, can you imagine the boiling isles taking on Hispanic cuisine.

Which i felt could've hit a mark on luz home life and culture if written & fleshed out,

Like the staff didn't know how to write those topics, they've coulda gone so far with it but unfortunately fall flat in that area,, not to mention the fashion. UGH

sigh.

ViVI WORKS ( i try not to make this quick but i can discuss more on comments be NICE)

Vivienne Medrano has good fashion and business sense

its important to have that cause having a Cloud Nine franchise coming from nothing can do wonders for how you are perceived as an artist,

The discourse has come due to her take on the controversy on platforms talking on her many harsh topics

(in my opinions she too needs to work on controlling scenarios & damage control that can affect her

So tried but yeah

vivi is a dominant artist who takes her business seriously so I am glad to have her flourish in Spindlehorse,

but just i wish i cant help but fall outta love with her work, knowing of the problems in today's animation comesacross how you say even snowflakes can break under if heard by there favorite creators.

lets be honest these two can learn from each other. and vivi does sure know angles and promoting

very glad to get this written so I put some thought into this

Aww thank you!! It was a sudden, random thought I had last morning and I loved it <3 And ofc I can!! I'm loving this AU, ngl.

I think Luffy isn't used to sneaking in people. Like, there's no need to do so. He often invites the whole group over (East Blue Crew + Vivi in this case, btw) and there are never any issues. In fact, Ace and Sabo like his friends. Sanji cooks for them (thank you, because most of the time they live thanks to his leftovers), Zoro isn't as loud as the others (unless he's arguing with somebody), Usopp is actually a really funny guy to be around, Nami keeps Luffy in the right path (they always thank her for taking care of him) and Vivi is the most surprising of them all but only Luffy would befriend a rich girl (Sabo didn't seem fond of her at first, but when he got to know her? She's the sweetest thing!). So Luffy isn't shy about things like this. However-

However.

Long post, by the way:

Sabo and Ace are a bit overprotective of Luffy. Well. Not really overprotective? They're not intense about it. They just treat Luffy (sometimes) like a kid and,, Honestly? It's understandable if you look at it from the older brother's perspective. Sabo and Ace have to take care of Luffy financially and I mean, have you seen Luffy's personality? He's actually extremely empathetic and pretty mature but he doesn't look like that at all, and he's seventeen. And it's not that they're worried about somebody taking advantage of him, because they know Luffy would never do something he doesn't want, but it's just,,, Seeing Luffy heartbroken? After everything they've been through together? After seeing Luffy crying already? They finally have a stable home, more or less, and he has a group of friends! They just don't like the idea of Luffy dating somebody they don't trust. But, you know, miscommunication and older sibling stuff. Sabo and Ace keep making fun of him and they say he's too young to date and have sex and understand these things. And they're not really serious about it? They just joke around. And Luffy is always complaining about it but y'know, whiny little brother, what's new? So they worry about him dating a stranger and that's why they always tell him to be careful (Luffy is SO done with them) and they just make fun of him because... Because they can. Older brother stuff. So, basically, they make a little bit of fun of Luffy and also keep saying he should be careful if he's going to date somebody, and Luffy takes it pretty damn seriously because he hates it when they treat him as a kid. Now, add the "Sabo's going to college and still takes care of them" layer here and the "Ace has his own issues and feels like a burden".

So when Luffy starts dating Zoro... It's a whole mess. He doesn't want them to make fun of him, first things first. He also doesn't want them to give him THE talk. He refuses to listen to them if they tell him he's too young and should break up with Zoro (which doesn't even make sense because Ace was even younger when he started dating people). And he doesn't want them to worry either because Ace seems more distant lately (Ace is dealing with the Yamato thing) and Sabo is always complaining about college being a scam and a shithole full of rich spoiled brats he hates (the only good thing there? Koala). So, of course, the most obvious thing to do is to hide the fact that they're dating.

Zoro is,, Luffy doesn't really know? Zoro is his best friend? But that doesn't feel right because that's what all of his friends are to him. Zoro is just something more. They start growing closer. And closer. And Luffy wishes they could be even closer but Nami tells him that that's literally just dating. That they're quite literally dating already. Luffy doesn't really get it? Like, the whole concept of dating is just dumb because it seems like a friendship with extra steps. Zoro is just- He's special but it doesn't really feel like Nami's crush on Vivi? He just knows that Zoro makes sense in his life and he doesn't want to do these things with anybody else (Luffy doesn't know that being Aroaspec is a thing, leave him alone). The fact that he feels the need to hide Zoro from Ace one day is what makes everything click. And it's funny like that because he asks Zoro if they're boyfriends and he's just like "I guess we are. Do you want to?" and Luffy couldn't be happier because well, at least now he has a word for it or whatever. And it's kind of exciting, isn't it? Like an adventure, the fact that they have to sneak in and hide from his brothers. Zoro finds it funny the first few times, but he thinks it'd be easier if he just told Ace and Sabo. But whatever, as long as Luffy is comfortable.

But Ace notices because Ace isn't fucking stupid and he's street smart and probably the one who knows the most about things like this. When the group is hanging out together, he notices the way the two guys look at each other. They're all very clingy, but he notices Zoro actively holding back and his touches lingering more on Luffy's body. He can tell when somebody is hungry and touch starved just by looking at them, for fuck's sake, it's horrendous to witness because it's painfully obvious. The way Zoro is always the last one to go home. That, and also that they're not quiet when Zoro ends up in Luffy's room. Zoro might do well with the "sneaking in" part, but the "staying over without your brother finding out" part? Nah. Horrible. Awful. They're idiots. Ace lets them enjoy themselves for a while because, meh, who cares? Besides, he's doing the same exact thing. For different reasons, but technically they're both lying to each other, so it's okay. He keeps an eye on them and tries to leave them enough food if he's going out with Yamato and that's about it. He isn't worried about Zoro. Because it's Zoro. And it only takes one glance at him to know he would do anything for his little brother.

Now, the thing is, Ace is angry. But he's not angry because Luffy is keeping this from him. Teenage years stuff. The thrill of having secrets. It's not as dramatic as Sabo would say it is. Ace is angry because one day Luffy comes home extremely irritable and visibly sad and he won't tell Ace why. He keeps asking but Luffy keeps yelling and pushing him away and Ace knows it's because of Zoro because it's the one thing he won't tell him. And now Luffy is sad and he can't tell his own brother because he fears he might get angry for the wrong reasons and Ace is angry because Luffy isn't telling him. The reason why Zoro and he fought isn't really important (although if you wanna know, it's linked to another AU I have that I just realized fits this thing too? So I'm just mixing them up. And basically, Zoro and Sanji were arguing and Zoro said something really fucked up without meaning to hurt Sanji that much, and Luffy didn't like that. And he could tell Ace about that but Ace would probably say "if he's just your friend why are you being so dramatic? Just talk things out. You've had worse fights with other people and haven't reacted like this" and Luffy isn't risking anything). Long story short, Ace ends up getting angry and telling Luffy that he knows he's dating Zoro. And it kind of goes like this:

Ace: Luffy, I don't want to get angry because I am not your babysitter and you're not a kid- Luffy: Liar. Ace: What?! Luffy: You're always saying I'm a kid. That I shouldn't date. Or have sex. Ace: Do you even want to have sex? Luffy: I dunno. Maybe? Not really. But it'd be nice if I could choose for myself! Besides, I don't mind if it's with- Ace: With who? Luffy: With nobody! Ace: Agh, c'mon now, Luffy! Don't act like a child. Luffy: See? You're always doing this! Ace: And you're keeping things away from me! What? You don't trust your own brother?! Luffy: You're gonna get angry. You are already angry. And you have your own things and you're going to go all worried older brother on me- Ace: I am not Sabo. Luffy: Oh, fuck, don't tell Sabo. Ace: Tell him what, exactly? Because you're not telling me shit. Luffy: ... But you already know. Ace: Yes, I know, I am not stupid. But I want to hear it from you. Luffy: Why?! Ace: Because I want you to trust me enough to tell me these things, you moron! Especially since he has hurt you so much. What the fuck did he do? Luffy: Nothing. It's nothing. Zoro didn't do- Ace: Okay, we're finally using his name. What did he do to you? Luffy: He didn't do anything to me! It's just- It's a silly fight. I'll be fine. I'm old enough. Ace: Nobody should be old enough to go through these things alone. Luffy, you don't have to deal with it on your own. I am here. Luffy: But... But you already have your thing with Yamato. And your job. And I can deal with this- Ace: You shouldn't deal with this alone. Even if it's a stupid fight that you're gonna solve in less than two days because it seems that if he spends more than five minutes away from you he fucking dies. Luffy: But- Ace: You always go to Sabo for these things, you know? It'd be nice if you trusted your other older brother too. Luffy: Sabo doesn't know. Don't tell Sabo. Ace: Then, tell me. Luffy. Just trust me.

Long story short, Luffy tells Ace what happened and Ace gives him some advice and they talk things out. So Ace isn't really angry at Luffy and he doesn't have to tell Zoro to sneak in anymore. Unless Sabo is the one home, because Luffy makes Ace promise he won't tell Sabo any of this. Ace just tells Luffy to do the same with the Yamato thing and they'll be fine. Basically, they're stupid because they keep lying to Sabo because they want him to not worry for them anymore. He has this older brother complex thing and he always tries to have everything under control and feels like he's the one responsible for everything? And they just would hate it if his finally stable mental health shattered just because of their own drama (bold of you to assume Sabo is well mentally in this AU, because he isn't. None of them are. Ace and Sabo are the ones who have more issues with mental health, tho, but Sabo is the one who tends to have more extreme emotions. Mental stuff headcanons, not important).

But it just makes things worse. For obvious reasons.

As I said in the original post about the AU, Sabo finds out about Yamato and reacts the way he reacts there. I think the fight is a bit more dramatic, but I didn't want to make it long. And of course, Sabo remembers what Ace said about Luffy "sneaking in" friends, and he asks him about it. Ace is just- He's so done with keeping secrets. But he also doesn't want to make Sabo more worried, even if he technically reacted well to Yamato staying over. Sabo is a bit more protective of Luffy (but in the sense I said before, not wanting him to get hurt because they know he cares A LOT about his relationships and a breakup or a fight would break his heart) so Ace is starting to question if it's a good idea to tell him about Zoro. Or if he should be the one doing it. Ace ends up telling him because it's Sabo we're talking about, and if they keep more secrets from him it's going to be a whole lot more drama. So, Sabo is feeling like shit. Yamato is there having breakfast knowing that something's wrong. Ace looks at his boyfriend with the guiltiest of expressions. And- And Sabo is obviously not okay. So, everything is going downhill. They wait for Luffy to wake up because he's either an early bird or sleeps til noon, depending on the day. Right now, hours seem to be getting longer and longer. Until he inevitably wakes up and sees the whole thing and he's like "Oh! Yamato! What are you do-" and Ace rolls his eyes and says "Luf, he knows. C'mon. Of course he knows." and Luffy turns to Sabo smiling and saying "So you let him stay?! Of course you do, right? I told Ace he was being silly for worrying about that." (<- they're both stupid because they knew Sabo wouldn't get mad or anything, they were just worried about him getting too concerned. Idiots). Sabo sighs and he says that yes, he's obviously letting Yamato stay all he wants. Luffy acts like everything is fine, then, having breakfast and talking to Yamato like normal. But Sabo is digging his nails on the palm of his hand and he's not in a good place right now. Everything is normal until Sabo speaks up:

Sabo: Luffy, I- Do you think I'm spending too much time in college? Ace: Sabo, don't- Sabo: I've been staying at Koala's for a long time. Her apartment is closer to the campus, too, and- And I don't know. Would you want me to be around here more often? Luffy: Mmm? But you're always saying that you need to focus on studying! To have a good job and write your book. That's your dream. It's fine if- Sabo: But do you want me to be around here more? Luffy: I always like it when you're around. I don't mind. You still come over here a lot! Ace: Okay, but Sabo! Sabo. Dude. Even if you stayed at campus more often to write your book or study, it's alright. We can take care of ourselves. Sabo: I know you can. It's not about that. You know it's not. Luffy, do you feel like I've been... Like you can't tell me stuff? Luffy: What do you mean? I tell you everything. Sabo: Do you really? Luffy: I- Ace: He knows about Zoro, Luffy, don't lie. You're an awful liar, too. Luffy: Did you tell him?! Why?! Sabo: It's fine, I am not mad. Leave Ace alone. Luffy: You're not angry?! Sabo: See? Yamato: Ace, I can go to Deuce's for a while if you don't want me- Sabo: Please, don't be like that. You're family now. I- I'm not kicking you out. I am not mad. Why does everybody think I'm angry? You can listen to this. I'm sure you know more than Luffy now than me. Ace: Dude, you're being too hard on yourself. Sabo: But I am not here enough for Luffy to trust me! Ace: It's not that he doesn't trust you! He just doesn't want you to get like this! Sabo: Like what?! Ace: You're always blaming yourself for things that aren't your fault! This is getting TOO long, but to end this: They obviously talk things out. Sabo tries to focus on studying but also calls them regularly so they can tell them everything about their lives. He also visits often with Koala. Yamato starts living there (not really because there are some issues with Kaido still, even if he's old enough to do whatever the fuck he wants, but he stays over most of the time). And Zoro meets Sabo finally saying he's Luffy's boyfriend (and it's literally just the same as always because they already know each other. Sabo is just happy they can be together in front of him).

Who would've thought the key would be communication, huh?

DR:OS CH1 Part 4 First Impressions + Initial Murder Theory

Investigation time! That means that while my first impressions through the chapter are going to be just as non-cohesive as always, there will be an extra, more well-thought out section at the end where I go in depth on the evidence to see what kind of murder theory I can come up with! Very excited to get into this, given how insane this case seems just from the Body Discovery alone. Let's get into it!

“Even if it contains a lie, I should still look at the Monoquin File first. I just know that Kennedy is gonna try to psychoanalyze it in court, and I don’t wanna be caught off guard.” Hell of a reason to review a piece of evidence xD

“The victim is Cassidy Torres. They died in the Upper Common Room at approximately 2 AM due to poisoning. She has been stabbed in the stomach as well.” She was poisoned! Or, well, I guess that could be a lie lol. The possible lies are location of death (her torso could have been moved), time of death, poison, or stabbing. Looking at the stomach should clarify whether that last one is the truth or not though. For right now, I'm leaning to the time or location being the lie, but who knows. In any case:

Truth Bullet Obtained: Monoquin File #1

“Mark: …Everyone. I know this is going to be hard, but… we have to do this, okay? Standing around isn’t going to solve the mystery.

Vivi: Right. Okay, listen up! I’m gonna ask that people help me round up all the pieces of the body in the Infirmary. I’m gonna take a better look at them there.” Interesting that Mark's the one who speaks up first. Are we possibly looking at an Ultimate Detective of some kind? Probably not lmao. Also Vivi moving such important pieces of evidence around sounds like trouble. I get that you're not experienced in this, but come on :v

I'm also seeing that a lot of the usual steps in investigations, like getting two people to guard the crime scene or arranging investigations in pairs, isn't happening. Cool!

“Despite Mark’s words, there’s something definitively crisper about the way they’re talking. I almost want to ask, “does this bring anything back for you?”, but that seems unnecessarily rude and accusatory.” Huh. Maybe I wasn't actually that off with the detective guess lmao.

“Mark: I’ve been looking through Cass’ e-Handbook.

They turn it so that I can see it.

Mark: There’s not really much to gain from it, though. Just the one message to Jeff, which we saw her send. No notes, no other messages, nothing.

Ellis: Wait. Where’d you get your hands on that?

Mark: …In the pants pocket. Of her legs.

Ellis: You found their legs??” Holy hell they move fast! They've been split for one second and people are already finding more body parts??? Damn. Also where?

“Ellis: No notes, though? Seems kinda weird, considering that it seems like they were looking into Antonia and the two of us as potential mastermind candidates. Maybe she was the type to keep things in her head?

Mark: Maybe. I’d definitely take notes, if I were them…

Mark wipes a smudge off the screen thoughtlessly. When pink appears on their white glove though, they furrow their brows.

Mark: Given the state of the body, it makes sense that there would be blood, but that doesn’t mean I like it.

Ellis: I’d have to imagine that chopping Cass’ body up like that would produce tons of blood.

But then, where did all that blood go…?” No notes is strange, I wonder if someone erased them? Then again, unless the notes can be restored somehow, I don't see how that would be brought into the trial. The blood thing is definitely important though. I do love how the blood is described as pink, btw, very funny :v

“Cass’ room looks pretty normal and undecorated. The only notable thing seems to be a laptop on her desk, which has some kind of device plugged into one of the USBs.” So she wasn't dismembered in her room, which is kinda what I'd been expecting. Unless the killer put a tarp under them or something. But that USB thing sounds interesting. 

“Ellis: What, like a tracking device? Is it something in here, or something outside?

Mark: I’m not sure. It’s tracking when something activates… some kind of sensor, maybe? It was quiet pretty much all night, but it just activated a bunch of times a few minutes ago.” Motion sensor? Where? Why? Was Cass tracking Ellis and Antonia's movements maybe? 

“Mark points to a small fleck on the wall. Upon closer inspection, though, it appears to be a tiny sensor.

Ellis: What the… How did you find that?

Mark: Uh… I don’t know. I guess I knew where to look…? I was just using logic.” Well that sounds like a motion sensor alright! Very interesting… Also yeah Mark definitely has a talent for this, be it Detective or Escape Room Master or Puzzlemaster or Logic User (?) but they've definitely have something going on.

“Ellis: So then, Cass was trying to track who entered the Upper Common Room?” That is very strange. Sounds like the question of why Cass was doing that is gonna be a pretty important point of this trial. {Hindsight: Maybe they were just doing the "neighborhood watch" thing actually :v}

“I march back into Cass’ room, and wait for the results of whatever the hell Mark is about to try. As I watch, I get more familiar with the display. Looks like there were two overnight triggers: one at 1 AM and one at 6 AM.“ So the 2 AM time of death looks… I don't know actually. It kinda sounds like Cass might have died at 1? Unclear for now. But that is a very long time. How early do these people get up again? If some people are already up by 6, then it'd be very dangerous to move the body around then. 

Okay let me finish this section before I speculate more.

“Mark: If you stand in front of the sensor and move around, it doesn’t do anything. And, if you’re trying to avoid the sensor, you can step over it.” This seems like it's very important. The fact Cass can avoid the sensor explains a few worries I had just thinking about it, so this helps. 

“Mark quickly heads over to the sensor and takes a pillow off one of the chairs. Though they throw it in the path of the sensor, nothing appears on the screen.” Huh? Alright, so it's not just motion, it's probably infrared looking for heat, would be my guess?

Truth Bullet Obtained: Floor Movement Tracker

Alright, so what did we learn? Something very important, actually. I'm gonna assume the killer's the one who set the sensor off at 1 and 6 AM, because I don't have any reason to assume they weren't for now. 

There's two options here: either their room is on the fourth floor, in which case Cass died and was dismembered before 1 AM (time of death being the lie in the File) and the killer spent 5 hours during the night spreading the body around before returning at 6; or what I find a bit more likely, the killer's room isn't on the fourth floor, so the 1 AM trigger is them going up there, possibly waiting an hour for the poison to kill Cass (or the time is a lie), and spending 5 hours dismembering her before going to spread the body and return to their room after 6. More evidence is gonna be needed to say for sure what happened, though.

“Taylor: We’ve been messaging people. It sounds like the pieces were found here, in the Movie Theater, the Customer Service Area, the Infirmary, and the Casino.” Interesting, I guess? We still don't know why the killer did the dismemberment so.

Truth Bullet Obtained: Locations of the Body

I don't have much to say about this one for now. I don't see anything immediately meaningful about the locations, so.

“Grace: While Vivi was rounding up the body, I gathered these. They’re all identical, and pieces of the body were found in all of them.

Ellis: I assume it wasn’t just our box that seemed impossible to open at first glance?

Grace: Yes, that’s the general consensus.” What are these things, anyways?

“Grace: We didn’t do anything. All of the boxes opened at exactly 8:15 AM. I found timer mechanisms inside; they were all set to open at the same time.” … What? I guess that's to avoid an early discovery. Don't know why else that would happen, or why the killer would want breakfast to happen before the body was found, though.

“Ellis: Sharp timing.

Grace: I can respect that much about them, even if I can’t respect anything else.” Pfft. Grace's love of punctuality is really funny.

Truth Bullet Obtained: Timer Boxes 

“Vanessa: All the boxes opened at 8:15. That’s when the BDA went off.

Antonia: Obviously, Monoquin instructed everyone to arrive at our location, but I’m not sure if we can truly say that we three discovered the body. After all, everyone had a hand in it, didn’t they? I see no reason why the torso in particular would signal the discovery.” Well, there goes BDA based elimination of suspects. Shame. Pretty interesting way to go around it, though.

“But, would the killer really go to all that horrible effort just to dodge that one effect of the rule? I’m starting to feel like a sicko myself for even having the thought…” I agree with Ellis, dismemberment is the kinda thing that requires a little more justification from a strategic standpoint than just dodging BDA reasoning. And yes it always is a bit of a trip to think about such things from the perspective of the killer, but don't worry Ellis, you'll get used to it.

[Jeff's Account] Well, they weren't lying about the Ultimate Absentee intuition, huh. Still, though, kinda huge that there wasn't anything in the Movie Theater at 2:30, because it gives credence to the idea that the killer was still in the fourth floor at that time. That would imply that my second idea for the tracker is more likely, that the killer came from a different floor at 1 and left the fourth floor at 6. 

Then again, the fact that the Movie Theater defaults to dark instead of lit is strange, wonder how that plays into it.

“Ellis: Sucks to see you.

Aidan: What a warm greeting.

Ellis: Well, I was trying to trick you into complimenting me or flirting with me. I deserve it, after everything you’ve put me through.

Aidan: I don’t think you really do…” Pfft- Ellis, is this really the time? xD

“He hands me the list from the desk. Among lots of regular orders, there’s a section Aidan’s flipped to of several anonymous orders from four days ago: poison, five timer boxes, and a large black sheet.” Welp. Can't really get much more explicit than that with this one lol.

"Ellis: If anyone can stumble into something like this, then clearly their real talent lies somewhere beyond what Monoquin told us. Unless it’s Mark, I guess. That is the kind of move that would make me go ???.” How do you even pronounce triple question mark with your mouth??? 

“Aidan: Anyone could’ve been lying to us about what they do or don’t know. It’s not like anyone’s going to admit to knowing how to do any of this.

He pauses.

Aidan: Other than Vivi, anyway.

Ellis: Point taken.” Pfft.

“Harper quickly leans down to pick up the poker chips. However, as ver hand touches the floor, ve pauses.

Harper: It seems to be water, yes.” ??? Alright so this one's breaking all sorts of ideas I had. If blood was spilt here… What does it mean? I got nothing for now, I'll come back to it ig. {Hindsight: I realize it sounds like I think the liquid is blood and not water lol. I should have clarified that my first instinct was that blood was spilt on the carpet and got washed :p}

Also I wonder to what extent the fact that Noah accidentally knocked the chips down was affected by Ellis’ luck. I've always found it funny how any time Ultimate Luck is involved, you can easily write out plot convenience as Ultimate Luck business xD

“Noah: If [Staff members] break a rule, do they get executed…?

Harper: There are certainly a lot of questions surrounding this place…” Good question! Interesting to think about.

Truth Bullet Obtained: Damp Casino Carpet

“The pieces have been laid out on the Infirmary’s bed, roughly recreating Cass’ normal figure. Vivi looks over the body while Kennedy stands nearby. Robert sits on a nearby chair, looking decisively away from the body.” Bro get my boy Robert outta there, he probably wants to be literally in any other room ToT. 

“Vivi: Yeah. Stabbed in the stomach, then cut up into pieces. Sewed the seams of the pieces for transport, put them in boxes. Pretty simple, once you boil it down to basics.” Well. Cass sure was stabbed, so there goes one possible lie. Also "pretty simple” is wild.

“Vivi: I mean, I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t done a few Vivi-sections before, but on a person…?

Robert: …Do you mean dissections…?

Vivi: …Yup!” Judging from that triple dot, Vivi's absolutely done actual vivisections hasn't she. At least they haven't done it on humans I guess.

“Kennedy: It was found in five groups. The arms were together, and the legs were together. Then there was one for the stomach, one for the torso, and one for the head.” Well… more info!

“Vivi: So, did you wanna hear my autopsy?

Ellis: Go ahead. It’ll be… music to my ears…

Ugh, even my lines aren’t faring well…” Yeah no xD

"Vivi: The stab wound, while it might’ve been fatal if untreated long enough, wasn’t the cause of death. The poison was.” So I was right last week about the poison being the murder weapon. Still heavily side-eyeing Paris because of the “Toxic” cover, because judging from… everything going on, it's the type of foreshadowing I could see this completely demented (/positive) writer pulling off :p

“Vivi: The time of death… It’s not really my specialty, and there’s only so far you can get with forensics. I think that Cass died sometime between 1 and 2:30, which could support the File. It could still be a little off, though.” Hm… I wonder how close to the actual time of death the file needs to get to be considered correct. But I'm starting to really consider the idea that the murder happened in the Casino… I'll come back to it.

"Vivi: The poison seemed to be pretty fast-acting… the stab wound happened before she died… aaand, I think it’d take any killer a few hours to cut up and sew the body, even if they did have experience with it. Though, given the time of death, that’s pretty achievable for anyone.” Stabbed before she died is actually quite huge. Again, more stuff to think about.

“Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun!” Yeah, it felt like it was coming. I'll finish the part, then really start thinking about the murder.

“To cut up the body like that, hemming their edges and scattering them about the resort like a cat with a bird… that’s fucked up!!! My first thought is clearly that someone like Vivi (...or, looking at the rest of the field, just Vivi, I guess) must have done the crime.” Bruh. Why does no one trust the clearly mentally unstable doctor with the evident ability to perform the murder? No respect for the classics smh.

Also I love the images in this section! Particularly appreciate the Cass one, I like seeing where she was cut because I'm insane! :D

“Or did the killer know something that could be used to target her that we didn’t?” Hey, I was kinda thinking the same thing!

Why is Paris still smiling like nothing's wrong is she crazy? I love her.

“Like, I had assumed that we were just gonna deal with a “Professor Plum with the rope in the kitchen” situation, and we’d figure out who didn’t have an alibi for 3 PM.” Okay so the professor Plum thing is apparently a reference to the board game Clue (or maybe the movie or something, idk I only know the board game), which I guess makes sense for Ellis to think about since it’s close enough to other luck based board games that are actually seen in casinos lol.

However, the fact Ellis chose to reference "Professor Plum” specifically worries me. Surely, he doesn't actually think plum is a good name for a color, right? Can't believe accirax would let her silly ideas of what colors are called seep into the characters she plays smh, that shit's purple call it what it is (/silly reference). 

“I’m gonna have to get used to this, won’t I? Now that brutal blood has been spilled and new motives are queued to the setlist, there’s no way that Cass’ death will be the only one. I hope they won’t all be just like this, but… yikes. Not to mention, all future killers will now have a better grasp of what these “Class Trials” are like. Sheesh. With a crime this bizarre, I kinda feel like I have to pitch in. Should I go grab a cheerleader outfit?

…I guess if I come up with something brilliant, I can speak up, too. Who wouldn’t want to hear my melodic voice?” Come on Ellis, you should have a little more confidence in yourself! You're played by a really smart person, after all ;) As long as no one asks you to name colors, you'll be fine. 

[CLASS TRIAL: START] Woohoo!

Extremely fun chapter! The investigation was very well paced, and has a great mix of answers and questions to raise! Cannot wait for the trial, it's gonna go crazy. 

But of course, now that the evidence is there, you know what we need to do.

Pre-Trial Murder Theory

Let's start by looking at the cause of death, because this is the quickest mystery to explain. There's obviously a few questions that arise just looking at how Cass died, especially taking account they died during the night. Mainly, how did Cass get poisoned that late in the night, when she'd probably not trust any food given to her? And, why was she stabbed if the poison was fast acting and the real cause of death anyways? Without knowing what the poison was and what the stabbing implement looks like, these are tough to answer.

I thought up a few different explanations (such as the stabber and the poisoner being two separate people), but what I find most likely is that, in reality, the stabbing and the poisoning weren't two different attacks on Cass' life. No, I believe Cass was stabbed with a sharp object tipped with poison. That would explain why the stab was necessary while still giving an explanation to how Cass got poisoned in the first place.

The next question would be the water on the casino carpet. This one has a pretty straightforward explanation, but it's important to mention now. Basically, at first glance, it seems Cass was actually murdered in front of the locked door in the casino (the place the water was according to E-Handbook text), potentially lured there by the killer saying they had a way to open that door (complete speculation, I don't really know). The water would come from the killer washing the carpet... I guess. As a result, the Monquin File Lie would be the location of death.

The other explanation is that the killer may have taken the carpet outside the casino, murdered Cass somewhere else, and used the carpet to soak up all the blood from the dismemberment, before washing it and putting it back in the casino. However, given we don't know of any other place where the murder could have happened, I find the first option more likely.

And believe it or not, that, combined with the floor movement tracker, potentially narrows down our suspect list... or does it? [cue Vsauce music]. See, assuming Cass avoids her movement tracker (which is a pretty big assumption, to be clear), the killer trips it once at 1 AM, and once at 6 AM. Assuming Cass died in the casino at 2 AM, that would mean that the 1 AM detection represents the killer leaving the fourth floor, and the 6 AM detection represents them going back into the fourth floor, presumably to leave the torso up on the upper common room. However, the sensor isn't tripped again until the next morning, meaning the killer must have stayed in the fourth floor. They probably couldn't have slept in Cass' room, because it was locked (see: "Mark walks over to the door to Cass’ room. After displaying the e-Handbook, the door unlocks") and Cass' E-Handbook was locked inside one of the 8:15 AM boxes. That means the only option is that the killer's room is on the fourth floor...

Or is it? Let me run through the proceedings, and see if you can spot the issue.

The killer goes up to Cass' room, and tells them they have something to show her in the casino. For some reason, Cass believes them, and goes with them. On the way, Cass avoids her movement sensor, but the killer trips it, generating the 1 AM reading.

Now, an interesting issue is that these two leave the fourth floor at 1AM, but Jeff was wandering around until 1:30 AM (again info from the E-Handbook, I don't think the guy actually says it), and didn't see anyone. I believe this is where the resort lighting comes in: Cass and the killer didn't want to be spotted (I guess?), so when they noticed Jeff was wandering around, they hid in the Movie Theater's darkness until Jeff finally went into the Lower Common Room (third floor).

In any case, they wait a bit more to make sure Jeff is actually gone gone, and finally get down to the casino around 2 AM. The killer stabs Cass with a poison tipped sharp object, and Cass dies very quickly.

Then, the killer does something that causes a noise at 2:30 AM that Jeff hears. I'm gonna be honest, I don't have a great answer for this one. My current guess is that the killer maybe went to retrieve the dolly from the Customer Service Desk (second floor), and somehow made a noise loud enough to be heard from the third floor? Possibly operating the elevator or rolling the dolly down the stairs if it's too big for the elevator or something. Both the elevator and the stairs down to the first floor are directly under the lower common room, so I don't find it 100% impossible. Maybe Jeff just sucks at identifying the direction sound comes from?

Yeah this is the weakest point of my theory imo.

In any case, after the noise is made, the killer dismembers Cass. I imagine they did this over the black tarp found in the Costumer Service Desk, so they could avoid soaking the Casino carpet with more blood than necessary. In fact, washing that carpet before the blood dried is probably important, but that's a minor point.

The dismemberment takes a while, but with no one around, it's easy enough to pull off before morning comes. The killer then distributes the body pieces throughout the building for as of yet undisclosed reasons. They return to the fourth floor, hide the torso in the upper common room box, and finally go back to their room. And because the sensor was only tripped once at 6 AM, the killer's room must be on the fourth floor, right?

...

Right?

...

Did you spot the problem?

...

That's right. The dolly's final location.

Indeed. The day after the murder, the dolly is found in the Costumer Service Desk, on the second floor. And since this dolly was presumably used to distribute the body parts (see: blood on the dolly), that means the killer would need to somehow go into the fourth floor to drop off the torso and back down to the second floor to drop the dolly off in a way that only set off the sensor once. That's a problem.

So, how do we explain this? I considered a few options. For one, I thought that maybe the killer could have killed Cass in her own room at 2 AM, or the upper common room at 1 AM (the lie in the Monoquin file being location or time of death respectively). If they went into the fourth floor with the dolly and tarp, they could have dismembered Cass then and there (presumably in Cass' own room to avoid other people seeing), put their torso in the box of the upper common room, and left to distribute the rest of the corpse at 6 AM. However, that fails to explain the carpet in the casino and the noise at 2:30 (not that I have a great explanation for the latter anyways, but y'know), and there are no signs of struggle in the fourth floor that could point to this possibility. Because of that, while I consider this possible, I don't consider it the most likely option.

Then, there's the other option. The killer did everything I described, but did something strange that caused the sensor to only go off once at 6 AM. For example, leaving the dolly in the CSD before dropping off the torso, and carrying said torso up to the fourth floor by hand. The problem is that the killer has no reason to treat the box on the fourth floor any differently than the others, so they wouldn't have any reason not to go into the fourth floor with the dolly.

That is, of course, unless the killer knew about the sensors.

It makes sense, doesn't it? Cass would need to trust someone very heavily to follow them out during night, and especially if I'm right about them going into the darkness of the Movie Theater together. Hell, she even said in Part 3:

"Mark: Then… what should we do?

Cass: The same things you’ve been doing. All you need to do is keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and engage in safe behavior. Stay in groups or well-lit areas. Don’t go out at night. Those sorts of things should keep you safe enough while we figure out the mysteries of this place."

So they're clearly aware of the dangers they took going out, but they still did it. If they trusted the killer this much, I don't think it's impossible that they might have told the killer about the sensors.

This is where the lack of notes in Cass' E-Handbook could come in. If Cass told the killer about the sensors, she might have written that down as a note. And since that note would have likely included the identity of the killer, said killer chose to wipe out all the notes to avoid being implicated through them. They likely did this with bloody hands, explaining the blood on Cass' handbook. In this process, they could have also wiped incriminating chat logs, if any existed. Assuming that's a thing they can do, of course.

In any case, the killer knowing about the sensors could allow them to easily tamper with the info simply by dodging detection whenever they wanted, as the sensors are easy to dodge if you know they're there. Keeping in line with the theory I was working with, they could have intentionally tripped it when they went up to the fourth floor with the dolly and the torso, and dodged detection on the way down (or the other way around, it's indistinct).

The big question, then, becomes "why?" What were they trying to accomplish by screwing with the readings? Well, to know that, we need to figure out what location the killer wants the cast to believe is the real death location.

See, if the cast thinks Cass died on the fourth floor and takes the readings at face value, they would arrive at the conclusion that the killer's room is on the third floor. Conversely, if the cast thinks Cass died on any other floor and takes the readings at face value, then they would arrive at the conclusion that the killer's room is on the fourth floor. Do the math in your head if you don't believe me. But if the readings were tampered with, we'd need to flip that. A fourth floor killer would want the cast to believe the killer's on the third floor, so they'd want the cast to think Cass was murdered on the fourth floor. Meanwhile, a third floor killer would want the cast to think Cass was murdered somewhere else.

Does that make sense? Sorry if this is hard to follow, I don't know how to explain it in any simpler way :v

And, well, where does the killer want the cast to think Cass was murdered? I think it's hard to say for sure, but given they hid evidence she died in the casino by washing the carpet, and that they left the dolly in the second floor (which would imply the killer wants people to interpret the 6 AM reading as the killer leaving the fourth floor), I'm gonna say the killer wants people to believe the killer lives on the third floor. Which especially makes sense if they want to frame Antonia, who was Cass' number 1 hater up until their death and happens to live on the third floor. With this, it's very possible the killer lives on the fourth floor.

The fourth floor room havers are Kennedy, Ellis, Vivi, Robert, Grace, Cass, Noah, and Harper. Ellis can't be the killer through protag privilege, Robert has been shown to be too queasy to pull this off, and I'm gonna go out on a limb (pun not intended) and say Cass didn't somehow dismember themselves. Crazy assumption, I know.

As for the others, Vivi can probably be eliminated due to how useful she's been, and Harper's the one who originally found the water on the casino carpet that the killer wouldn't want found. Noah's a weird case, because he originally thinks the water is unrelated, which could be a blackened play, but he flags down the staff member to ask about it, which suggests he genuinely believed that, which is spotless behavior. Finally, I can't really see Kennedy as the first killer, though I think she's the second most likely of the fourth floor just because I don't actually have any real evidence to clear them.

That leaves us with Grace- how has this happened again. I swear I don't have anything against Clockmakers, they just keep being in the wrong place, and ironically at the wrong time :v

However, just because I think Grace is the most likely to be the killer out of the fourth floor crew, doesn't mean I think they're the most likely overall. It's possible the killer didn't think about the implications of the dolly, and that there's an even more elaborate plan at play here.

Here's the idea I'm working with for a third floor killer. They'd effectively have two separate ideas at play during the trial. First, they'd try to convince the cast to vote for Antonia, because she's likely going to be the number one suspect due to her pre-existing beef with Cass. For that to happen, they need the cast to think the murder happened in the fourth floor, be it Cass' room or the common room, because there's no way Cass would follow Antonia literally anywhere else on the building. That's why they'd initially try to hide the blood on the casino carpet, so that the first plan doesn't fall apart immediately. However, if Antonia gets cleared somehow, they have another card to play. They can reveal that they "found" the water on the casino floor (or wait for someone else, like Harper, Noah or Ellis to do it), implying Cass was murdered there, and with the sensor readings, argue that the killer must live on the fourth floor. Of course, this assumes that the dolly's final location is an oversight by the blackened, and probably the mistake that would lead to the killer's downfall.

Now, make no mistake, this is fucking insane even for my standards, especially for a first trial, but I think it makes enough sense to maybe work.

This is how Paris!Culprit can still win, which if you don't remember, is born from the fact that Paris made Cass and Antonia's beef public (establishing motive for a potential frame job), that she could start talking to Cass with the excuse of getting help with the "Paris Pairs" idea mentioned in Part 3, and that she covered Toxic in Part 1. Though, admittedly, Mark being the one to find the sensor readings is suspicious in its own right, but I don't really think they're the killer, especially since they'd have the least motive to escape out of anyone. No one else on the third floor really strikes me as particularly suspicious, especially since third floor killers require fifteen more hoops to jump through than fourth floor killers with my murder theory.

Overall, I think Grace, Paris, and Noah are my main suspects, and if I have to lock just one in... I really don't want to say Grace because it'd just be ridiculous at this point (I already said they might be the mastermind someone save my pal T_T), so I'll say Paris and hope that the clinically insane mindgames I described in the third floor killer idea make enough sense to anyone else.

Of course, though, this entire theory is just that, a theory. There's a very high chance that I'm just completely off the mark, and that'd be perfectly fine! This is all just for fun, after all, and I'm just a silly Tumblr user thinking too hard about fictional characters. I'm by no means an expert in solving murders or anything lol. Extremely excited to see just how horrendously wrong I am next week, I'm sure the trial will be absolute peak!

But basically- Ezra. Adopted child of Pell, friends with Vivi.

Pell is part of the OP version of the Creed, a hidden group working to protect poneglyphs, carriers of the Will of D, and take down Celestial Dragons, scattered across the blues. Pell found Ezra while escorting Cobra before Vivi was born, and brought her home.

She’s a stealth and poison expert with a preference for knives, a massive vendetta against Crocodile, and while I’m still working on how *exactly* this sassy little shit ended up with the Kid pirates, that’s ideally where I’m putting her. Partially because it deeply amuses me to think about pasty goth queen covered in knives arguing with Kid about wearing sunscreen while he’s burning to a crisp under the Alabasta sun.

There is nothing to fear about the OC Discord. This community founded by @discordantwritings has been absolutely amazing. We are all massive fans of one another's OCs, alongside genuinely enjoying one another's friendship and company.

I don't think I've interacted personally with a few of the members here, there are so many of them. I peruse around the archives and enjoy learning about all of the niche subjects and peculiarities of their OCs. Before eventually deciding to just keep the damn thing. Yay for both being behind and losing my day only relaxation period for a few days. I swear every time I do something to buy myself a week, I get hit with a ton of weird shit. This, lease negotiations, the issues with voter registration, stuff with my roommate and my bestie, like fuck I just want to edit. But he makes up for it when he has his sudden bursts of recollection like: “can you help me tie this?” And soon after you begin- “dang, I forgot to say please. Can you please help me tie this?” Orrr you give him something and he takes off after maybe shouting “awesome!” Or “you’re the best!”, and that’s fine. He’s a kid. But then he’ll either reappear just as fast (kid is like the Flash, remember) or he’ll stop by your door hours later and like “I forgot to say thank you earlier. Sorry ‘bout that. Thanks for earlier!”

-big big big fan of affection from the adults he trusts the most. As soon as he realizes the builder cares for him and loves him? He doesn’t care how tall or old he is even as time progresses, he’ll go from hugging their hips and pressing his cheek to their waist at a fireside meeting, to hanging off them when he’s as tall as Logan, he’ll hang off them.

-not this boy being a long and threatening shadow and- oh. No. It’s just him draping himself across the builder’s back and complaining about his homework again.

-once he realizes how human Logan is and vulnerable at times, he tries to read the man better and keep him from any pain. Even at a young age. He does whatever he can to prevent Logan from enduring any more hurt than before.

-Qi actually likes him! Everyone including the two themselves are surprised about it. Qi was ready to talk this kid’s ear off as a lesson for knocking on his lab’s doors when Andy suddenly told him he wanted to know his thoughts on space exploration for a paper he was writing. Kid actually nabbed the scientist’s heart and now he’s got someone to obsess over space and the stars with. Qi won’t admit it, but he always has time for Andy even when he’s busy.

-family dinners are a must!!! Everyone’s gotta be there. The builder, Logan, Haru, Nemo, grandma Vivi, Rambo, Jasmine. It makes Andy happy seeing some of his found family together.

-he becomes the town’s errand boy for a few years and he actually enjoys it. It keeps him active, healthy, in shape, and expends the energy that used to drive him up a wall! He doesn’t mind running here and there. But he does believe in breaks! They’re important and he’ll chew a person a new one if they tell him to take his break later.

-please please please let the builder ask Andy to help with some commissions. He’s a smart kid! He knows how to read instructions! Lmao what is this? Swedish IKEA furniture? He’s got an active mind and loves when his hard work and efforts are recognized. Plus, he loves the builder and wants to help them. It’s literally a win in his book.

-Jensen thinks Andy likes trains, but really, Andy is just curious about the mechanics and inner workings of them. He won’t break his heart tho so

-Andy often finds himself lounging on a work table of the builder’s when he’s got a free moment and doesn’t have any responsibilities to get to.

-the builder’s home is a second home for Andy. If allowed to come at any time, any day, he’ll take them up on the offer. Bonus points if Nemo has been adopted by the builder too.

-Andy’s got his own throw blanket in their living room. His own toothbrush if he spends the night. His favorite spot to sit. His own books at the bottom of their book shelf. Even his own preferred dishes and silverware.

-Andy’s got a great intelligence and is made for activity and being tasked with things, but for the life of him, he cannot focus on homework if he doesn’t have the right conditions and hasn’t expelled his energy. The builder has gotten used to unlocking their door to find Andy sitting on the floor with his throw blanket over his shoulders, Nemo in his lap, and the child hunched over the coffee table with homework spread across the surface. This even carries on when he gets older.

-Andy likes to let Logan, Haru and the builder know he needs them, even when he doesn’t. So sometimes he’ll request their help with things he’s capable of doing by himself. Or he’ll take on more challenging tasks and ask them for assistance if he knows they can do it. It’s his wordless gesture that he sees their value and reminds them of their importance in his life.

-Andy demands Haru be made a teacher for math and science. He doesn’t have anything against his current one, but the boy has lived with Haru long enough to know how he works and what he has to offer for Andy’s education.

-the builder is the one Andy goes to when he wants to confide in someone. Logan doesn’t really mind it considering he’s the more apparent father figure in his life and he knows how Andy sees him, but he also knows how hard it is to be emotional at times and the builder is someone both of them can trust to take care of his feelings and insecurities.

-if Logan and the builder are together,

-Logan’s gotta accept the fact Andy really loves affection from his S/O, especially if they’re f!builder because of that missing maternal bond he lacks and they make up for. He’s fine with it, just jealous bc now he’s gotta sit on the opposite end of the couch when the two of them are all the way over there, cuddled and bonding. He’s fine.

-it really feels like a family with both his express adoptive parents under one roof with him and their pet (he’ll riot if it’s not Nemo. Literally.) Nothing makes him happier than having them together

-it never fails to amuse Andy when Logan tries to help his builder in his free time with their commissions only to end up breaking a part they needed because of his brute strength or it just being too tiny in his hands. The boy will be in tears and carve another notch (with builder’s permission) into the side of their work table for amount of times Logan has accidentally destroyed something.

-Andy loves walking Nemo around town to get the pup’s exercise in. He especially loves it when Logan decides to join him and how they could talk about everything and nothing until it’s time to head back.

-and the builder is always there too, waiting for them both with more love and adoration in their eyes than they both think they’re worth.

Hi Everyone!! Here is another new next gen for my Blossom Love AU. Nova's parents are Vivi and Arcee, meaning she's a pony-robot hybrid AKA a cyborg. Nova is super compassionate and loves fighting alongside the autobots to help protect earth from the decepticons. She's also very helpful and loves taking care of others and assisting them with anything they need. Nova is also being trained and mentored by Optimus Prime's son, which I'll make him soon btw, in order for her to become the next leader of the autobots. Nova's also super agile and can run at incredible speeds. Im supposed to be studying for my exams but the course im currently studying sucks so im going to make this fun my doing my end of the year annual wrap-up every once in a while. I used to do them on Google Docs for the last few years, I do a ranking from a few categories like top songs, top singers, top books top book series top ships etc.

I do this so I can look back at what I liked that specific year and to keep track of how my taste evolved and what fandoms I joined etc. And since I just joined tumblr it’s a great way for you to get to know me!

Favorite authors :

1- Cassandra Clare - one of the best moments of this year for me was meeting her for the first time, I completely lost my mind and it made my day, I love the Shadowhunter Chronicles so so much

2- Rick Riordan - I have loved the Riordanverse books ever since I started reading PJO at age 10 (8 years ago now wow) and it made me so emotional to watch the PJO TV series last December, then to read The Chalice of the Gods right before summer (I know I was very late but I was insanely busy trying to get into university just like Percy) it felt like I got to grow up with the characters and yeah just love the Riordanverse so much. If I could be anywhere right now I would be in Camp Half-Blood.

3- Alice Oseman - I still haven’t read all her books yet but I loved reading Loveless (as someone currently in their first year of uni AND in the process of figuring out if I’m aroace or not) and don’t even get me started on how much I love the Heartstopper comics and the show. I’m planning on rereading Solitaire sometime soon and on reading Alice’s other books. LGBTQ+ representation is so so important and I will die on this hill, it’s amazing that Heartstopper has become so mainstream and showcases so many LGBTQ+ characters and storylines.

4- Suzanne Collins - I recently reread the Hunger Games and it’s insane how many people are writing essays or filming video essays about these books and movies even now, because what she’s written is still relevant to this day. All the characters are important, every detail is essential and adds so much to the story. It’s awe-inspiring how thought-through and profound everything is, and I am looking forward to reading HG5 !

i honestly don’t really have “favorite authors” per se the way i have favorite series or favorite books so umm yeah honorable mentions are

5- Holly Jackson (read AGGGTM trilogy this year and I stayed up reading AGAD until 2am it was exhilarating)

6- Casey McQuiston (The Pairing was so fun!! They write some of my favorite romances)

7- Kristin Cashore (the Graceling Realm series are soo underrated go read them!! Complex flawed FMCs who are all strong in their own way and btw I haven’t read Seasparrow yet it’s been sitting on my shelf for a year now)

8- Roshani Chokshi (loved the Pandava series loved The Gilded Wolves haven’t read the rest yet but I am definitely getting around to it)

9- Holly Black (write a book abt Vivi and Heather and how they got back together after TFOTA and my life is yours!! Also Taryn apologist it’s not the hill I will die on and I get the hate but pls it’s not the most evil thing someone has ever done in these books or ever)

10- Jonathan Stroud - I read Lockwood & Co this year after watching the TV show last year and right after finishing The Empty Grave immediately went back and rewatched the show. Phenomenal series loved the found family ans Netflix cancelling the show was a crime.

Here's my prediction sheet. Btw I'm the one who sent the scoring question as you can probably tell.

I'll go into detail about my predictions but just so you're aware my phone photo editor doesn't have an orange marker so I had to use yellow for Kennedy and Cass.

Chapter 1:

With Jeff as the Ultimate Absentee I figured you'd be cheeky by having him be the first to go. Also for his discovery I liked the idea of the characters eating breakfast but Jeff isn't there, no one thinks to look for him until later in the day when Ellis finds his body.

As for Robert being the killer there admittedly much to it other than the most normal guy being the first to kill sounding interesting to me and that I doubt he's going to last long.

Chapter 2:

Despite being the Ultimate Conspiracy Theorist Kennedy is being extremely proactive and that is not a good sign for survival in fanganronpa stories. So I have a feeling they're going to be an early death.

Cass just gave me killer vibes when I read the prologue and I figured Chapter 2 was just right for when they'd kill.

Chapter 3:

As with Robert the reason for Vivi and Paris being the victims is mainly because they give me chapter 3 victim vibes, though I can see Paris living longer too.

Mark probably seems like a wild pick but I feel like despite being pushed as a mysterious character who will either die in Chapter 5 or survive you're going to subvert expectations by having them die in the middle of the story.

Chapter 4:

Hopefully you can see the yellow circle in his box but yeah Davis is the 2nd murderer of Chapter 3, mainly because I could see him stabbing a person. I could see the remaining students locking him up and while he's imprisoned Harper kills him.

Harper as the Chapter 4 killer is due to the fact that I just know the Noah-and-Harper duo is not going to remain intact. One of them is going to die (or worst case scenario both of them) and out of the two I sadly think Harper is much more likely. I can see Harper killing Davis to make sure he doesn't do anything to Noah.

Chapter 5:

This isn't even because I think they're going to be the rival of the story but Aidan gives me such heavy Chapter 5 victim energy. Like yeah they're definitely going in the hydraulic press no doubt about it.

Just like with Aidan I can't see Antonia as anything other than the Chapter 5 killer. Funny thing is that she's the first prediction I made, cause when I was reading the prologue and got to her part I immediately went "yeah this girl is 100% going to be the ch5 blackened."

(Also this wasn't part of the sheet but I have a sneaky feeling that they're both going to be traitors for the Mastermind)

Mastermind:

Something about Grace is just calling to me that they're the Mastermind which isn't just because of their talent and so far Chapter 1 has just been fueling this delusion even further. I also think Grace having a boyfriend is going to be extremely important.

Survivors:

Ellis and Grace are obvious.

Noah since I refuse to believe that both Harper and him will die.

I genuinely can't see Vanessa dying, she's like Aoi to me in that her being a survivor feels like a fact and not a prediction.

Admittedly there isn't much to Taylor being a survivor other than the fact that there's nowhere else to put them. (Well that and also Ultimate Impressionists don't have a good track record in fanganronpas so I want them to finally get a win)
