Looking for an extra special vegan surprise meal? Here is a recipe on how to make vegan fish and chips. This delicious treat calls for banana blossoms, which are big, tear shaped flowers that grow at the end of a banana fruit cluster.
🌱 Heat 1 liter (4 cups) of vegetable oil in a large saucepan (180˚C). 🍌 Split banana blossoms from two cans, add juice of half a lemon, 20-30g of seaweed flakes, and sprinkle with salt. 🍲 In a large bowl, mix 200g (1⅔ cups) plain flour, 7g (1½ tsp) baking powder, and 6g (1 tsp) salt. Add 275ml (1⅛ cups) sparkling water or vegan alcohol-free beer; stir. 🌾 Coat banana blossom pieces in extra plain flour, then dip in batter. 🔥 Fry battered flowers until golden and crisp. 🍋 Squeeze fresh lemon, serve with baked wedges or fries.

These Lazy Cat Vegan Cookie Sandwiches are a delightful treat for any occasion. Made with wholesome ingredients and filled with creamy peanut butter, they are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings!
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking soda. Pinch of salt. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 2 tbsp plant-based milk. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, mix almond flour, rolled oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Take tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten them with your palm to form cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool completely. In another bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and plant-based milk until smooth. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter filling onto half of the cookies, then top with the remaining cookies to form sandwiches. Melt vegan chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Dip or drizzle each cookie sandwich with melted chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy!

Enjoy scones with clotted cream, a traditional English treat that is now completely vegan! Light and fluffy, these scones go great with a dollop of vegan clotted cream for afternoon tea or any time of the day.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup vegan butter, chilled and cubed. 3/4 cup almond milk or any other plant-based milk. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Vegan clotted cream store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put the almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and mix them together. Place in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix the vegan butter that has been chilled into the flour mixture and use your fingers to work it in until it looks like breadcrumbs. Blend the almond milk and vanilla extract together until you get a soft dough. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead it a few times until it is smooth. Use a cookie cutter or the edge of a glass to cut the dough into rounds that are about an inch thick. Spoon the scones out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden. After baking, move the scones to a wire rack to cool completely. Put the vegan clotted cream on top of the scones.
