What do I need?
☑️1 pack of silken tofu, about 450g
☑️100g vegan chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
☑️1 tablespoon maple syrup
☑️Something to top the mousse with, for example berries or fruits. I used pomegranate seeds, chocolate shavings and coconut flakes.
What do I do?
1️⃣Drain the tofu and put it to a food processor. Add syrup. Process to mix it into an even mass.
2️⃣Melt the chocolate.
3️⃣Pour the chocolate into the mass you have in the food processor. Process again as long as it takes for the chocolate to spread evenly.
4️⃣Put the mousse into bowls, decorate and let it sit in the fridge for about half an hour minimum.

☑️ Koristelua varten esimerkiksi marjoja tai hedelmiä. Tällä kertaa käytin granaattiomenaa, suklaata ja kookoshiutaleita.
Mitä teen?
1️⃣Valuta tofu. Laita tofu ja siirappi monitoimikoneeseen. Käynnistä laite ja aja tasaiseksi massaksi.
2️⃣ Sulata suklaa.
3️⃣Kaada suklaa monitoimikoneessa olevaan massaan. Sekoita uudelleen, kunnes suklaa on levinnyt tasaisesti.
4️⃣Annostele mousse kulhoihin, koristele ja laita jääkaappiin vähintään puoleksi tunniksi.
