5 tomatoes
4 red Chillies
4 Lasun
1 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 piece ginger
Salt to taste
How to Make Tomato Chutney Recipe?
Step1:- To make tomato chutney, first clean and clean the tomatoes.
Step2:- Now take a tomato and chop it finely. Do the same with all tomatoes.
Step3:- When tomatoes are well-cut, keep them. Prepare a paste by grinding ginger and garlic.
Step4:- After doing this, take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it.
Step5:- When the oil is hot, add asafoetida to it.
Step6:- Now add chopped tomatoes, add salt, Chilli, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, etc. and mix well.
Step7:- Now, wait for the tomatoes to cook. When the tomatoes are cooked with spices, lighten the gas. With this, your spices will mix well and cook.
Step8:- Wait for the mixture to cool down.
Step9:- Now put this mixture in the grinder and grind it well. When all is crushed, take it out in a bowl.
Step10:- Your delicious and awesome tomato chutney recipe is ready.
