Hey there, audiophiles.

Yuki: Space Assassin is holding an open audition for a new character, and she’s… uh… paw-sitively awesome.

Seriously, this gal is the cat’s meow. We ain’t even kitten.

For those not yet in the know, Yuki: Space Assassin is an established 18+ sci-fi podcast. We even made it to #3(!) on Spotify’s fiction charts, until someone realized we were way too hot for Spotify.

Expect more casting calls in the future, but today we’re on the prowl for a voice for Lieutenant Kiza, military hardass and alien catgirl.

Please be aware that Yuki is extremely adult, and we’re only looking for actors comfortable with voicing graphic material.

So, whatddya think? Want to shoot your shot and save the galaxy at the same time? Warm up that microphone, and get ready to whisker away your competition. (Okay, we’ll stop ̶m̶e̶o̶w̶ now.)

Random fact abt the fo4 va's: both Peter jessop's (danse) and Keythe Farley's (Kellogg) kids played fallout 4, Keythe's kid would come back from school and tell his dad "my friends killed you in the game and it was so bloody and violent!!!" Frequently after the game was released and Peter would walk up behind his kids while they played fallout 4 and say random paladin danse dialogues in their ears to scare them

Have been seeing some.. questionable interactions with the BG3 cast on social media and feel like this needs to be said.

Actors (VAs) are not their characters. That line seems to become blurred especially with such an open cast that is actively sharing and commenting with fans and on fan content. These are people who have partners and children at the end of the day. We have to be respectful of that if we want to make the space comfortable for THEM to exist in and want to interact.

hello! what are the cast's musical abilities?

I wanted at least one or two people to be really bad at singing, but when we were recording with the VAs we learned that a lot of them can sing AHDHDH

Like Cam is supposed to be canonically bad at singing from their intro, but Cam’s VA, Peach, is so good at it and you guys will see why sometime soon.

But lol before my plans were ruined by our talented voice actors, it was the thought that Cam and Elio were on the bad end of singing while Reynah being the best singer (obvi).

Past vocals— off the top of my head I remember saying Elio is good at most if not all instruments, particularly at the drums and guitar. Jamie did upright bass before learning actual bass but he doesn’t play either anymore. And speaking of, Cam is learning how to play bass!

I also am pretty sure I said Deja was a flautist. Mayhaps. Mmm pretty sure, yeah.

Percy though no instruments and no strong vocals. Didn’t learn any growing up and is not particularly inclined to start. (But his VA does sing ,to which I shake my fist at jokingly)

Hi there, I hope you don't mind me reaching out through here as I couldn't find an email and as I don't have twitter blue I couldn't message you there! I was just wondering if the roles of Kygo and Bluebell were only for BIPOC actors? I am a trans/enby voice actor who would like to try for those roles, but I didn't want to apply if they are only open to BIPOC actors as I'm not one! Thank you so much!

Authentic casting is our top priority and will never cast people who don't fit categories such as race, disability and trans/nb! Characters without stated categories are open to anyone, eg. a character not having a specified race.

If you feel our season two characters aren't for you, that's okay! There maybe characters in future seasons that call to you.

Unfortunately our season two casting has seen a lot more white people auditioning for bipoc roles which will all have to be disqualified.
