Super Mega Ultrawatch!Symmetra is Vishkar's failed kaiju experiment. She's become more aggressive towards people, but doesn't particularly seem interested in fighting either. They have to provoke her into turning into her kaiju form to fight the heroes
She really likes Lifeweaver's biolight plants though, it's one of the few things that snaps her out of her rampages. In this au, he takes her with him when he leaves the company

Niran was equally as shocked#After the initial transformation she was incredibly hostile towards anything that came near her but she's neutral about being a kaiju now#her vocal cords were affected so she mostly communicates with body language and only niran can accurately guess what shes trying to say#they keep her in an observation room behind glass but sometimes she finds ways to get out. Or Niran just lets her out#she just likes sitting in the sunlight and eating salty foods but they keep trying to make her fight the ultrawatch heroes instead#Also no he never does finish that report

how do the jones boys feel about recent subcore creation developments?
They haven't finished researching High Mechtech yet, so they haven't had any 'recent developments' unless you count the subcore softscanner they've had for a while.
When they do figure out ripscanning, I think Mechi (as the evil twin) will probably be fiendishly delighted at the opportunity for revenge on any raiders who dare try to interrupt his peace and quiet, while Kwahu (as the good twin) would have one or two reservations about killing people in the name of furthering his Mechlord aspirations. He'd still do it, though. He's not that good.

tbf tumblr dragon age fans have had a lot more nuance to their opinions of datv in general, much more likely to acknowledge that the game can be good while not necessarily meeting dragon age standards or expectations lol
oh i know. its just so interesting to me how actually different the fandom is when comparing the 2 platforms. its like im on a whole new internet when datv tweets show up on my fyp (i dont really follow or post about video games much on there i just like things). like with bg3 there were differences but it wasnt That different and i knew what to expect as a longtime twitter user. but with datv im like damn this is crazy

#you can guess who it was jgkdfg#but yeah i think it has to do with disapproval not being a thing in the usual sense#Daeran was there 24/7 but my team in general is very stable compared to how often i switch it up on bg3 or the dragon ages#it's like . Daeran Woljif Seelah Lann + free space that gets swapped around (but most often it's Arue)#like aside from the point when woljif isn't there for plot reasons - i think the only time seelah and lann werent there-#was at the trap for the Other?#and that was only for plot reasons again bc basically Elluin was 99% sure the situation would escalate/#he'd wind up murdering a bunch of inquisitors and. yk. don't generally want the paladin and the guy who can't stand your bf there for that#though maybe I'll change it in future because it would be spicy if they WERE there to see it... hmmm#anyway yeah it's very interesting to me how consistent it was comparatively#honorable mention to Wyll for being the only other companion from an rpg that I don't recall taking out of my team for 99% of the game#and Zevran for being there for about? 80%? Orion didn't take him into the deep roads for blight safety reasons#it's a LITTLE bit funny to think of Daeran as the one companion this happens to djkfg#similar to the Dorian Bit of the high class character forced to trudge along the dirt fdjgk but.. better#because he's deadass forced to do it dnfmgbdh#I have this one particular thought in my head about the abyss as well.#about being made to follow along the heart of Alushinyrra as essentially a glowing target?#and how that's somehow both the worst and best outcome of being in the abyss in the fist place?#i mean he says it himself retroactively about the battlebliss. there's a certain sense of safety that comes from sticking close to the kc#and that's also why Elluin Does keep him with- it's a risk either way but if we gotta bring an aasimar into the Abyss#and that aasimar just so happens to be someone he has a vested interest in keeping safe#he's much better off where he can see him at all times rather than at camp#gods something about this visual. standing right there as the person you're following walks in front of you-#provoking the 2d highest authority in the entire /realm/ - a realm that's already been hostile to you from the very second you stepped ther#yet somehow - against all sense or better judgement . you know it's going to be fine?#(yes in a sense Dae may be safer than anyone there on account of life insurance and the Other itself in a sense but still)#im shaking the bars of my enclosure etcetera#river rambles

Current temperature inside of my room right now in the middle of the night whilst about to go to sleep... villain origin story...
#You just get SOOOOO tired of being hot all the time for multiple days straight.. with very little relief ever... hhHHHH#I forget that I literally lose my mind and become evil every summer like clockwork#I don't evenknow what I mean by that because I'm just as calm/monotone as ever lol.. but I just feel more evil.. low level pent up rage#or something. nothing changes on the outside but on the inside it's like hmm.. I'm like 5% more hostile than I usually am#not outwardly expressed still of course. but just.. my bones are made of a little more violence recently..#percentages moving around. My character stats get a temporary modifier all summer where I feel chronically just a LIIIITLE more noticably#unhinged. like I will never do it of course. but I will think about. maybe I'll just throw all the plates at the wall and break every wind#ow with a baseball bat. No. I shant. I would never.. but .. I could. 5% more than I usually could. But I shan't. but let it be known.. i know it's just how some people are and comes down to personality but god i fucking hate delicate girls. and i don't mean physically weak girls or whatever i mean girls that haven't raised their voice a day in their life and avoid walking on the grass like the plague. and there's nothing inherently wrong with being like that but it infuriates me so much like where's the LIFE in you. and why do you get to be the perfect societal standard for womanhood?? meanwhile i'm over here shoveling dirt into my mouth and sounding like a possessed demon when i get mad at my mom and you're making me look bad!!!
#i know how this sounds i know but it's how i feel#i think this also just has to do with my past personal experiences with girls like this who were also judgy as hell#way too many perfectly delicate on the surface girls have talked shit about me behind my back#and then said passive aggressive things to my face and trying to monitor my behavior#and THAT SHIT made me more angry than anything ever has bc don't you dare make me feel like less of a girl bc i don't act perfect#i thought i was over this bc it was mainly just a thing back in my early teens when i was having internalized sexism problems#but i've been thinking about it and i realize it happened again a few weeks ago with my roommates#where they confronted me and told me they felt uncomfortable bc i was being 'hostile'#aka not smiling and saying hi every time they walked into a room#but yeah the girls that are like this that aren't judgy about it are usually very sweet but it still makes me angry#also hate that i'm 21 and still feel this way#i'm too old to be as angry as i was when i was 13#shut up hanna

Hi, i was wondering for a while now, what was that deal between carlos and lucious? What did carlos want that getting a deal with demon sounded like a good idea?
Carlos is a surgeon, except he puts waay too much pressure on himself for his own good. The moment he fails he sees himself as the ultimate failure (he has massive impostor syndrome). And he does fail one time, which costs him a life, which results in him spiraling into depression and self-doubt. Shortly afterward he finds a post on a forum about a wish-granting ritual, he's mentally in the worst place possible so he tries it. He wishes to not fail again, except the ritual summons a demon (luci) who is willing to grant the wish in exchange for his soul. Carlos agrees because what other option did he have? (he had a lot but he's not the sharpest tool in the shed)
So now he's stuck with Luci who periodically comes around to annoy him (he's very irritating) and slowly Carlos just stops being afraid of him.
#Carlos has no reason to doubt himself but hes a mess and i love him for it#meanwhile luci barely meets people with wishes that arent selfish#in a way carlos wishes to always succeed in his surgeries which in a way isnt selfish#luci's whole thing is to test people and their morality because hes annoying like that and also because he has a long standing argument#with his twin sister rae#like he tempts people into sin only so he can go 'i told you so' to his sister and his other siblings#usually#it works because people who are willing to make a deal with him are usually already questionable#but Carlos is a good person so he is trying to test the limits but also hes curious as to why carlos isnt playing his games#slowly luci starts getting very fond of carlos because hes just a silly guy just a funky little human and slowly carlos starts tolerating l#luci#and before they know it theyre sort of friends? and slowly they become more?#and in the end rae wins the argument#rae and luci arent hostile as luci is with his other siblings. they live in the same apartment and are truly irritating together#their argument is jsut the age old 'humans suck' 'lol they dont'#answered#not me having written more in the tags than in the answer itself. lol#fun fact luci and rae were once one whole being that decided itd be funny to split up into two seperate beings and thus theyre identical tw#it does take a while for luci to show his human form to carlos. since he has a human identity and a human job as well and doesnt want#ppl to know the truth#( he has a job thanks to rae#shes the biggest source of irritation in his life and he loves her a lot )#literally if you ask me anythign about my ocs youll get a whole essay on them im sorry i love my funky lil dudes#also luci is barely doing anything for this deal since 1. carlos is good at his job 2. death isnt his area of authority so the only thi#the only thing he does is ask his sister very nicely and treat her to food or drinks
