Team W plays elden ring

A Blackstar theater starless fanfiction written by me. Tldr I got inspired by a discord convo between me and my friend.

This was written during W's Diety's game event but I had to put I off because of assignments. Apologies for having to finish this so late.

Summary;

Taiga invites Team W to play Elden ring. That's it. Enjoy.

"Is the camera on?" Taiga asks as he checks the Webcam, "It's working." Takami replies.

"Good. Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of gaming with Taiga~. With your host Taiga." 

"What kind of an intro was that?!" Akira questions

"Anyway, today I'm here with my team. Team W~, now please introduce yourselves. "

"Team W's top, Kokuyou." 

"...that's it? Nothing else?"

"Yeah so?" 

" Aw~ C'mon man you're no fun!" 

"Akira you're next."

"Hey y'all what's up! Team W's singer Akira! Nice to meet you pretty ladies on the internet." 

"And that's how you do it Kokuyou." 

"Shut up. Who's next."

" I believe that would be me. Hello everyone my name is Takami and I'm Team W's no.2" 

"HA! Takami did it better." 

"Now now you two don't start a fight here. Sin its your turn now." 

"There is a good level of maturity in your words which attracts a lot. I'm Sin."

"I'm sorry what? Takami translate."

"What Sin is saying is that it's nice to meet you."

"Ok whatever I guess…so anyway today we are going to be playing some Elden ring." 

"Whoo! I don't know how to play this game but let's fucking go!" Akria shouted in excitement. 

"Why did I agree to this…." 

"Kokuyou it's for our team PR, to promote our upcoming show." 

"Oh yeah, Diety's game is gonna be showing soon! And you should all be there!" 

"Alrighty…..should we play the game now?" 

"Yeah. We should."

"OK for the record 3 of us aren't really gamers per say. So we're gonna start off in easy mode just so they could get the gist of it." 

"Is everyone in?" Taiga asks

"Yea I think so." Akira responded 

"Shit. How do you control this? How do you go forward?" Kokuyou said as his character starts spinning all over the place. 

"Ahahahahaha kokuyou you suck at this!" 

"Shut the hell up Akira." 

"In the sense of things, Sin and I have both entered the game."

"Alright, so whose the easiest boss to fight…how about the soldier of Godrick?" 

"Yeah sure, why not?" 

"Aight. Let's go."

They get to the location of the soldier

"Time to take this thing down…what are you guys doing?" Taiga questions

"How do you run straight in this?!" Kokuyou starts spinning. 

Takami starts looking up the players manual, "So is this how you punch?" 

"Take that!" Akira shouts as he's faring quite well.

Meanwhile Sin. Does nothing. 

After 30 minutes or so they finally beat the soldier. 

"H-how the fuck are you guys so bad at this?!"

"This is stupid. If we have time to play this, shouldn't we be rehearsing?" Kokuyou says 

"Bitch! This is free marketing for our show alright." 

"Now now, calm down Taiga." 

"Right…*inhales exhales* say Akira since you're doing quite well, you wanna try beating a harder boss?"

"Yeah, bring it on!"

"Alright…let's see here…who is..How about Malenia, Blade of Miquella?" 

"Sure thing."

Taiga and Akira make their way to the Haligtree while the other 3 take a little break.

When all of a sudden disaster struck.

"Ah shit…my controller's out of battery!" Taiga said as he shakes his controller

"What?! How? I thought you had it charged yesterday?" 

"I did but this one is somewhat faulty."

"Well shit man…what am I supposed to do?"

"I don't know, Solo Her!"

"Aight then, imma solo her! Wait her?!" 

The boss fight begins.  [...Heed my words. I am Malenia. Blade of Miquella. And I have never known defeat. ]

" ZOO WEE MAMA! She's HOT!" Akira just screams. 

"Akria what the fuck-?" Kokuyou said, startled when he turned around. 

"Well I must admit, her character is quite attractive. " Takami said in a calm tone. 

"...." Sin just stays quiet.

[Waterfowl dance occurs]

"NoNoNoNo…"

[Akira Dies]

"Ah…damn it." 

" A loss is a loss, but those who rise above the initial failures are to be crowned the victors." 

"Sin please, that is not helping the fact I lost to a HOT babe."

"What?! Oh no We ain't doing that!" Kokuyou said as his face looked like he was about to beat up someone.

"Kokuyou...Stay." Takami tried calling him down.

this post is so ass i’m so sorry i’ll fix it after i take a nap.. anyways YAY met gala!! i’ve always seen these on simstagram and wanted to participate in one so bad. small issue tho i forgot that i keep refusing to update my game so i had to build a makeshift lot really quick. that’s why you can barely see any of it lol

now i have celebrity ocs (the ngo family) so i can send them here 😛 i considered sending the arias family here as well but they’re not really celebrities, they’re just really rich? like sure, owning a huge conglomerate will make you known but it won’t have you trending on social media constantly. i was gonna go in about how they actually don’t care about that but this post isn’t even about them ahrhrhghghf.. uhhh quick rundown. shōichi is a big actor and he’s currently working for a highly anticipated film. it’s the rumored last film from a really talented director yada yada. he’s the type to lay reallyyy low when he’s filming so this appearance had people stirring. dawn is his wife and she’s a critically acclaimed pianist. was really big in vietnam when she was first starting out and garnered global attention fairly quickly. injured her hand a few years down the line and had to give up playing professionally, but her talent is still recognized today. she’s less popular in the states in comparison to shōichi but she’s known amongst the younger crowd online. you know celebrity crushes everyone can agree on? she’s one of those. uhhh what else oh they have two kids (they’re the twins) and they kept them out of the public eye for years. didn’t want to expose them to all that so early. the twins first appeared in the media when they were preteens, their choice. people were surprised to learn ezra was talented in his own regard (he paints) and the general public agreed that he’d be successful even without famous parents. talia didn’t really have a specific talent so she got dragged pretty often for being so lackluster in comparison to her family. this whole thing made talia fearful of the media so she took a step back from it all and ezra was scared of falling from their good graces. oh i just realized i’m rambling sorry i do that when talking about any of my ocs uhh if i delete this later when i’m fixing it you know why 💔 would also like to clarify that this makes them seem so cookie cutter but i promise they’re complex characters that i’ve fleshed out..

Camazotz - Day 63

I've been playing Digital Devil Saga lately, and combined with my erratic mood swings, what else would be more fitting for today's DDS than a blood-draining bat who leaves those in its wake feeling hollow? This also marks the second demon in a row to originate from South American mythology, though this one is its own can of worms- or, maybe, bucket of blood...? No, that's stupid. Regardless, though, today's Demon of the Day is a curious fellow originating from very specific Mayan cults, and a personal favorite of mine- Guatemala's own lord of the night, patron of giant vampire bats, and a terrifying blood-sucking deity, Camazotz!

A lot relating to Camazotz is hard to dig into, let alone digest- purportedly worshipped as a central deity in ancient Mayan culture, this great-winged bat appears scantly, yet its influence cannot go understated. This is made even more confusing by evident conflation between Camazotz and a completely different concept, that of 'The Camazotz,' a race of giant bats found in the underworld in the Polpol Vuh, a chronicle going into the creation myth of humanity itself in Mayan mythology. As is purported in it, the Camazotz weren't actually a single, unified deity, and instead were an entire separate race of giant bats found in the Mayan afterlife, known as Xibalba.

People also often purport that this race may have been a mythological explanation for the extinct, but then-present giant race of vampire bats called Desmodus draculae. This, of course, makes things a mite more complicated- the death bat may have been conflated with recollections regarding a completely separate bat god that is left unnamed, as there is evidence of worship to a single, unified bat deity in ancient Mayan culture. Camazotz itself is also purported as being a single, great bat spirit in the underworld, not quite a god but still immensely powerful in its own right. And, well, let's get into that.

The main appearance of the Camazotz comes in the Polpol Vuh, as is to be expected, and they have quite an interesting role- in one of the trials the two protagonists, Hunahpu and Xbalanque, have to survive during their expedition into Xibalba, they're challenged with staying the night in Zotzilaha- the House of Bats. The legend tells of how they had hid away within their blowguns to last the night, but eventually, perturbed by the lack of the wings flapping from the bats outside, one of the brothers dared to stick his head out. This is when Camazotz, who was watching, striked. In an instant, the brother was decapitated, and his head used as a ball for the deities to use in their next ballgame. As morbidly hilarious as this story is, it does give us some insight into Camazotz's role- as a spirit of the night, he clearly showed both trickery and strength.

Of course, this origin is hard to pinpoint, and I'm honestly unsure as to if there was a single Camazotz or an entire race of them who were attacking the brothers, as a lot of things surrounding this great vampire bat are frustratingly murky. Of course, as it comes down to a lot of the time with these demon spotlights, a lot is left up in the air due to the loss of primary sources through history, but with the connection to the long-dead Desmodus draculae species of vampire bats, it's possible to come to several interesting conclusions. There are even beliefs that the traditional blood sacrifices that the Mayans were known for were partly inspired by Camazotz, but that's a rabbit hole I'll leave you to dig into.

Now, as for how Camazotz is depicted in the series, the design has grown on me a lot. While originally seeming to just be a giant bat with sickles, the strange, wrapping hands, the ornaments, and the skulls all paint it in a uniquely Mayan light that I'm really quite fond of. Of course, it also appears in Digital Devil Saga, but frankly I'm not quite sure what to make of a lot of ATMA avatars, and Camazotz is no real exception. As much as I love DDS, the avatars definitely need to grow on me a bit more for me to really appreciate them.

Overall, though, the design works wonders, and I really do enjoy it. Too bad the sprite compression in SMT IV makes it almost completely incomprehensible, but... well, alas, that's what happens to games on the 3DS.

Hi, I know you are not active, but just came to let you know your Succulent set does not work for some reason. The pots show in the game but the plants do not. :(

Hi :) The plants do come separate from the pots though, so maybe that's the problem?

But if it's not... unfortunately, I don't even have the game installed on my pc anymore so I can't do much about it. (new pc, and ea app refuses to let me back onto my account, and i ain't paying all that again, no thanks. maybe i'll pirate at some point but uhhh.. yeah, fuck ea)
