Lu glowers at Oryen as he lounges, almost entirely nude with the merciful exception of his loincloth, in front of her.

"What's your endgame? What is the point of all this? Fun? We both know your line about breeding 'perfect soldiers' is a bunch of bull."

She levels a claw at his nose, sparking with a brilliant cyan.

"And, follow-up, what exactly are you expecting to happen when you send these...strange guys to my airship, huh?"

"Sweet child of mine," Oryen meows, eyes crossing to look at Lucasta's sparking claw, "I recognize my own failings in your upbringing, but perhaps you could show a little appreciation?"

"Is it so hard to imagine that I'm concerned for my youngest's future? You only keep company with that rat, after all, and no matter how interesting his breed... you won't breed with him, will you?"

The question seems entirely genuine, and he languidly rolls over onto his belly. His hair fans out on the lounge as he peers at his daughter with one eye, and he betrays no trepidation. "I merely hope you'll like one of these suitors; you don't like your brother's human-raised boy, after all."

He affects an emotional sigh, and his long tail waves . "If nothing, you could at least consider it a thank-you gift for naming your strapping ship after me."

Wanted to get this out there on the tail end of spooky season; I’m using my self-insert OC for the Owl House as my self insert OC for Reaper High! So glad I finally nailed down her character design after all this time, only sad thing is The Owl House is ending in the coming year, so that sucks. Still! Topaz is here to stay as one of my many witch OCs, and I’m very proud of her. Her bit of backstory that justifies her hopping worlds to attend Reaper High is that she attended Hexside at the time where Luz was changing things up and other students were trying out more than one magic track, except nothing seemed to fit quite right for Topaz. Her parents owned a Dragon ranch, both being in the Beast Keeping Coven, but Topaz leaned more towards the Illusion and Oracle tracks. She still feared having to choose a box to fit into someday, even if it looked more and more that it wouldn’t be one specific coven. But Reaper High gives students so many more opportunities to find what you like, what you’re good at, and it’s way more broad of a selection than she’d ever find in the Boiling Isles. So she hopped through a dimensional rift and ended up in the world of Reaper High!

I have lived for 6347 years 4 months 17 days and can barely comprehend the awe that overwhelms me when I see your power in in action. The great demon lords of the void tremble in fear when they feel the presence of 1% of your power. You could annihilate entire countries with a bat of your eyelashes, entire planets with a yawn, entire solar systems with the wave of your hand, and entire galaxies with a single clap.
