Fiddleford, Ford, and Stan watching Pacifica, Dipper, and Mabel do something insane during a field expedition
Ford concerned but impressed: I honestly don't know where these kids got this behavior from.
Stanley proud and ready to intervene if they need it: Ey whoever taught them, taught them well Sixer! I mean look at the nibbings! They're a force to be reckoned with!
Fiddleford nervous about their safety: Goodness gracious! If they're not careful they'll really be hurt! When I find out who taught them this reckless behavior I'm gonna-
Fiddleford coming to a horrifying realization: Oh sweet Lord they learned it from us.
Stan and Ford wide eyed: Oh shit-

YEAH. YEAH MFS. YEAH HE *ISN'T* YOUR TWINK INNOCENT BOY. HE IS AN UNHINGED GROWN ASS MAN THAT CAN DO FUCKED UP SHIT AND GET ANGRY AND DO BADDDD DECISIONS. I WANT Y'ALL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HE IS UNHINGED EVEN WHEN HE'S USUALLY A NICE GUY. FIDDLEFORD IS A FUCKING JERK TOO.
I’m so sick right now my head is throbbing and my life is wasting away but one thing I must say before I go down for life is that FIDDLEFORD HAD AUTONOMY AND HE ISN’T YOUR LITTLE ANXIETY BABY HES A GROWNNNN ASS MANNNN WHO MADE ALL HIS DECISIONS ON HIS OWN AND WHILE STANFORD WAS A HORRIBLE FRIEND TO HIM DURING THE PORTAL-MAKING ERA NOT ONCE DID HE FORCE FIDDLEFORD TO STAY, HE DID NOT FORCE FIDDLEFORD TO MAKE THE MEMORY GUN AND ERASE HIS MEMORIES. Stanford is not a plot device. He is not some malevolent cause for all of the terrible things that happen in Gravity Falls and all instances of him hurting someone (physically or mentally) are because of his passive ignorance and his need to succeed. He is a selfish person but he is not some big bad villain, he’s a man who got in over his head after a lifetime of being shielded. If you want someone to blame for all the manipulation and horrible things that happen in Gravity Falls!!! ITS BILL FUCKINH CIPHER YOU IDIOTS ok pwace

Honestly, viewing Ford & Fiddleford’s relationship from the perspective of a Gravity Falls citizen is kind of crazy because, it’s the early 80s & this elusive, out-of-towner scientist has been working & living by himself in a secluded woodland cabin for like 6 years & then, all of a sudden, this southern scientist guy joins him &, on occasion, they start showing up in town together, going to the carnival with one another & eating at the diner together amongst various other activities.
As the months pass, the cracks in their relationship begin to show, even to outsiders, all the while coinciding with even stranger occurrences than normal. Unexplained beams of light emanate from their shared cabin, gravity’s pull on the Earth lessens, causing people & objects to float in midair at random intervals & the scientists themselves seem visibly sleep-deprived, on-edge & paranoid.
This escalates to them having a very public & highly volatile argument at the local diner they frequent, in front of numerous other patrons. They’d see Ford storm off & curse Fiddleford under his breath, tossing a ring into the lake. They’d see Fiddleford’s desperation & fear, as he hopelessly urges Ford to accept the thesis (which, to them, just look like various non-specific papers) he painstakingly put together for him, pleading with him to abandon their project.
Then, with no warning, the southerner just disappears, only to reemerge years, if not decades later as a crazed recluse. The main scientist, however, he’s still showing up in town, but this time around he’s different somehow, he’s wild, unhinged & downright masochistic. He wreaks havoc on the townsfolk & upon himself as he harasses law enforcement, strips naked, eats live spiders, & even becomes an early adopter of the “tramp stamp” &, is overall, a general nuisance.
After causing a bit of chaos, he just straight up disappears for a few weeks until he announces that now he gives guided tours of his lab & has a mullet. Nearly all of this happens before the Society of the Blind Eye has properly formed too, so unless Fiddleford was just going on mass mind erasing sprees in his spare time, there’s no way people forgot about this, at least not immediately.
In conclusion, all of this just looks like an extremely messy breakup, which, is partially true, lmao.

As much as I lovelovelove Mystery Trio AUs- these three unhinged men should NEVER spend any amount of time together in their prime if you want any peace and quiet.
Someone merely mentions the ides of stealing *something* from a government facility? Stan's warming up the El Diablo that he's already taken the tags off; Ford somehow already has the blueprints to the building and Fiddleford has a handheld lock picking device that also knocks out the signal on surveillance cameras.
Ford finds it logical to use essentially chemical warfare on the guards they didn't know would be patrolling as he blows idk, fairy dust, in their faces. Stan notices that several of his personas' wanted posters are up in an office and he stuffs them in a paper shredder as they walk by not because he is embarrassed but because they weren't even good artist renditions of what he looked like. Fiddleford of course finds alien tech that the government officials are testing and pockets in, knowing it will come in handy for his next giant robot.
As they head back to the Shack Stan jokingly suggests knocking over a bank and Fiddleford nonchalantly says they don't need to, he built a printing press the other week. Ford nods, as if this is a completely reasonable response and Stan has never felt closer to his brother.

My promised GF Au comic typography rambling 📝✍️
Mabel's Font
Her font is purposely very close to comic sans. The font is also bold with low lettering space to portray her childlike manner of speaking. She's also the main character in my AU so she gets a simple readable style.
Dipper's Font
His is similar to Mabel's by being bold and with less spacing. But with a serif style of font. Not only is it similar to Mabel's but it's very similar to Fiddlefords. This may seem like a more random connection, why not have his mirror Ford’s font. Because Dipper could've ended up like Fiddleford if he did take Ford's apprenticeship and I find that parallel super compelling.
Fiddleford's Font
Now I already explained the Dipper connection but the reason I gave him a typewriter style is because Fidds loves computers and tech. His is in contrast to Ford's cursive, Ford being more traditionalist with his journals and handwritten notes. Fidd’s because of his inventions and laptop.
Ford's Font
Now Ford's is a mirror to Stan's, a way to connect the two even through their differences. Both are a very handwritten style, Ford's cursive and Stans is normal script. Ford's is directly based on the font in the official journal 3. Plus we all know this dork speaks in cursive!
Stan's Font
Stans is very simple, his obviously mirror Ford's but is also connected to Mabel's. Both have a lighthearted feel and are very easily ready, portraying both are great communicators.
Bill's Font/effect
Bills is round and far more odd in comparison to all the others. He also has a rainbow/glitch effect on his text, it also affects Ford's text when possessed! His font is really just to show how supernatural and inhuman he is and to visualize his voice glitch from the show.
(Also bonus fact only Bill and the Time Tape have any color in the comic, it's to make it visually obvious when magic/science stuff is happening lol)(did I overthink this little comic? haha)
Thank you for coming to my unhinged typography TedTalk!

Headcanon that this wasn't even a result of his madness he just. Really wanted to commit a murder that day.
i love the fact that fiddleford explicitly calls it a "homicidal pterodactyl-tron" implying that it was either his plan to literally murder his ex wife or that someone just accidentally died in the crossfire

So what's the deal with Fiddleford McGucket? Why's he like that?
Fiddleford as a character is so FUN because he's so complicated and tragic and honestly a little pathetic. On one hand you have this absolutely brilliant scientist with the potential to have been the in universe Steve Jobs who figured out that the universe is a hologram and built an honest to betsy transdimensional portal (with Ford's help, yes, but let's be honest: as mathematically brilliant as Ford was, I think his intelligence laid more in the theoretical side of things, really doubt he could have actually built the portal himself).
On the other hand, we have this man who up and leves his FAMILY to chase after a college friend who calls him one day saying "hey, I'm out in Oregon building a portal to another dimension. Little help?" and he doesn't even think twice before being like "bet" and getting his ass to Oregon. And even if you take in the context clues that things weren't going well with his marriage before he left (as pieced together by the brilliant @divorcedfiddleford in this post), he still had his son and McGucket Computermajigs and he just sets all that aside for this guy, which... 😶
I am gonna write this whole post on the assumption that Fiddleford was in love with Ford, but look, even if that's the case it doesn't make any of his actions less unhinged. Break here, because the post gets kinda long 😶🌫️
So here's the thing: in the fandom, it's fun to think that Fidds knew about Bill and they had some sort of taunting rivalry/love triangle thing going on and that's really fun to mess with, but FIDDLEFORD HAD NO IDEA ABOUT BILL. Ford never told him! So even if Fidds leaves California thinking he's gonna have his hot girl summer/queer arthouse romcom where he reconnects with the love of his youth and they spend the summer working in this secluded house in the woods where they can finally live out their romance, what he actually gets is a fucking psychological horror thriller where the guy he loves and is kinda trapped with is either slowly going insane or straight up getting possessed.
Now, all that is 😵💫 enough, but it gets worse because instead of doing the normal person thing and getting the hell out of Dodge, Fiddleford stays. He continues to help Ford to build the portal despite how weird the other man is getting, he continues to go cryptid hunting even after the nightmare goblin almost eats him, even if Ford clearly doesn't appreciate the work he does (research assistant? Not even partner? Come on), and never reciprocates the kind of gestures Fidds has towards him (like the infamous double Christmas gift bonanza).
Here's where the duality of Fiddleford Hadron McGucket kicks in: the thing is that he is incredibly brave in some ways and obviously really smart but also kind of a coward and an idiot when it comes to his relationships with others. He'll hit Thee Krampus upside the head with his banjo one day to save his friend and run away to Oregon instead of discussing divorce with this wife the next. He will leave everything he knows to pursue this one guy, but he will never ever ever confess to feeling anything other than friendship towards him. He'll put up with Stanford's creepy as all hell behavior but will never confront him about it even as Ford loses more and more of himself into his project (so no little intervention not even to help this man he's giving so much up for). Like, what was he expecting to get out of all this? If he was never planning to confess to Ford or leave his wife, what was he going to do once the portal was completed? Just keep on bouncing between wherever Ford went next and his family? Did he really think his wife and son wouldn't mind him leaving them behind without so much as a thought?
Operating under the assumption that Fiddleford is a closeted queer guy from rural Deep Down South Hillbilly County Tennessee (said with love, I'm also from the south, but we all know what homophobia looks like here) during the '80s (height of the aids pandemic which would have made everything worse) one can maybe understand why Fiddleford is like that. Why he is so so so afraid and why he ultimately chooses to erase his memories rather than just go back to his family.
So picture this: you are in love with your best friend but you can't tell him 'cause best case scenario he leaves you out to dry and worst case scenario maybe someone finds your boots down by the river and lets your parents know (and we know Ford is sweet and fruity himself and with a thing for outcasts and would never. Fiddleford probably knows that himself, but let me tell you that when you grow up with that fear it goes deep. Because you've most likely seen people who are kind get absolutely bent out of shape when confronted with the mere idea of someone like you existing in their near vicinity). Eventually, you get married and have a son because that is what you were supposed to do all along and even though you love your son and maybe even love your wife everything feels wrong. They expect you to be something you are not, you can never let your guard down, never be yourself, not even in your own home. So then that call comes and it's like a golden thicket: you can leave, give it a rest for a little while, go see your friend, stretch out those inventing muscles.
As much as the fandom clowns him for it, I honestly don't even think he went out there with the intention of cheating (emotionally or otherwise). BUT I do think he was hoping something would happen. It's just that it all depended on Ford taking that first step because Fidds sure as hell wouldn't. And then Ford didn't because he was too busy doing the sin cos tan with his trigonometry homework, but if he had, we could have had a brokenback mountain situation on our hands, lads. Then Fiddleford could have just gone along with it, and done all sorts of mind parkour to convince himself that that's somehow less bad than "outright" cheating on his wife.
So he gets to the cabin, right? And maybe things are good for a little while, like when they were in college. Fiddleford lets loose a little, Ford is happy with the company, they're friends! And I get the sense that they're the kind of friends that mesh really well, like their energies really match. As much as the fandom paints Fiddleford like a sweet cinnamon roll, that man is also a freak. He's out here building psychotic post divorce revenge pterodactyl robots and drinking abducted cow milk just to see what it's like. He's a bit unhinged! He and Ford are the two people in the world that can be like "I think the universe is a hologram." "Cool! Let's prove it mathematically, bro" and "I want to build a portal to another dimension. Just cause." "Catching a ride to your place with my toolbox as we speak, buddy." (My own personal head cannon is that Fiddleford didn't really become such a shaky jelly until the nightmare goblin got him. Like, he was never as adventurous as Ford, but I think before that particular traumatizing event he was all right for it).
Anyways, things are good for a bit, but the real world is still out there. Fiddleford has to make trips home every now and then, and every time he comes back it seems like something is different. A little off. At first it's nothing big, just a smile a little sharper than usual, a coldness in a look, Ford calling him "Specs" where before he was always a variation of his name. Then it's pointed comments that Fidds chalks up to a lack of sleep (is Ford even sleeping at all? Because he could have sworn for the past three nights he he has appeared in the same place Fidds left him when he went to sleep). Then it's a flash of yellow eyes, a maniacal laugh that Ford never used to make before, spells where he seemingly forgets how to use his body (bumps into things, tries to drink soda with his eyes?). As time goes on it starts to become more and more obvious that something is seriously wrong with this friend. And things back home are just getting worse and worse, Emma May isn't happy about Fiddleford skipping town so often, Tate wont stop asking for him, and look, was Fiddleford even making money while he was with Ford? He gettin' paid? Is Emma May back home trying to bring home the bacon while virtually single parenting? (How was Ford even supporting himself while studying anomalies? I can't imagine there's a lot of grants for that.)
But Fiddleford can't leave his friend and he can't really own up to how much messier things are at home because of this whole thing. So he keeps coming back to Gravity Falls, where he also can't really face up to Ford and either demand a clear answer as to what is going on or try to get him some help (an exorcist, maybe). Because if he does say something and Ford decides that he doesn't want Fiddleford around asking questions he's gonna have to go back home where after the Christmas thing he's honestly not sure he's really wanted anymore, not really sure he deserves it if he still was. So he keeps on doing his thing, telling himself "this is fine 🙂," while he sits in a room on fire with a bill-possessed Ford hanging from the ceiling like a spider and an disapproving Emma May looking in through a window.
I think the portal incident was what finally opened his eyes to the reality of his situation, in an ironic way. He destroyed his relationship with his wife and left his son for nothing. Left his own dreams and aspirations aside just to find out that when push comes to shove his opinion and well-being matter so little to this man he was ready to break the laws of physics for. He can't stay with Ford, and he sure as hell can't go back home, because that would mean having to face that he's done burned down all his bridges. So where do you go from there? Let me tell you, if I had the chance to forget the lowest, most selfish, stupid thing I did for a person who didn't even notice it, I'd do it in a second.

Things Ford can and should be blamed for:
Holding a grudge against his brother breaking his project for 40+ years and never once checking on Stan to make sure he was okay after Stan was literally made homeless at 18.
Completely falling for Bill’s lies just because he fed his ego, and subsequently building a portal to the nightmare realm that nearly destroyed the entire world.
Ignoring Fiddleford’s warnings and then causing Fiddleford trauma that led to him frying his own mind in an attempt to cope with it all.
Trying to still preserve his research even after realizing Bill’s true plans instead of just playing it safe and burning it all to ensure nobody can ever complete Bills work.
Making very little effort to reconcile with Stan upon returning to Gravity Falls, giving in to his pettiness and bitterness and not acknowledging all that Stan did to save him.
Projecting his own experiences onto Dipper, and trying to push Dipper onto a life path that would be very detrimental to his social and emotional development.
Not telling Stan and Mabel about the rift to ensure that they know to be on guard against Bill’s attempts to get it.
Things Ford should not be blamed for:
Being upset with Stan for costing him his dream school and believing that Stan may have done it on purpose. Not sticking up for Stan in the moment as he is reeling from what he believes to have been a huge betrayal.
No using his research grant money-- which is specifically for doing scientific research-- in order to financially support his brother.
Giving Stan the journal to go hide away and not prioritizing Stan’s feelings and wants while in the midst of a psychological breakdown due to Bill’s torment and threats.
Being angry at Stan both for pushing him in the portal and also reopening the portal, thereby creating a rift that Bill can use to invade their world.
Wanting to shut down the Mystery Shack and take his house and life back.
Messing up the Zodiac circle (my Stan twins hot take).
Things Stan can and should be blamed for:
Assuming things would be okay with Ford’s project and not informing Ford about what happened.
Dismissing Ford’s valid anger and hurt after losing his shot at West Coast Tech and instead making the situation about himself and their treasure hunting plans.
Again making things about himself when Ford tries to get his help with hiding Journal 1. Not putting aside his own feelings when he sees how distressed and mentally unhinged Ford is, instead provoking him and starting/continuing the fight that leads to Ford being sucked into the portal.
Breaking the zodiac circle by pettily insisting on a thank you when the fate of the world is at stake, and then punching Ford when Ford responds pettily in kind.
Things Stan should not be blamed for:
Becoming a criminal grifter in order to survive after being kicked out and disowned by his own family.
Not reaching out to Ford during their 10+ years apart because he doesn’t know how he’ll be received. Also being hurt and angry that Ford never reached out until he needed something.
Taking Ford’s identity so that he can keep his house and work on the portal.
Creating the Rift by bringing Ford back (Ford being angry is understandable because of how big a threat Bill is, but the warnings were written in invisible ink and he didn’t explain the full situation to Stan, so that fault really isn’t on Stan).
Trying to keep the kids away from Ford.
Being angry at Ford for continuing to hold 40+ year old grudges, rebuking Stan’s attempt at reconciliation, and refusing to thank him.

Fiddlestan in certain AUs is- Hey look there is Stanley Pines the abrasive loudmouthed conman and his boyfriend/husband Fiddleford McGucket the nice Southern robot engineer he is a little silly too but he seems the more grounded of the two. Except no he is more unhinged he builds gigantic destructive robots for attention and used to run a cult so Stanley is for once the more reasonable person of a duo. Funniest ship dynamic of all time.

When Fiddleford first called Pacifica, it'd been a spur of the moment thing. The manor that evening had been a bit too empty had been a bit too overwhelming. Making him twitchy and uneasy. Especially with his memory issues. When he'd grabbed the phone, he hadn't known who to call. After all, Ford was away with Stan and Dipper and Mabel were back home. Despite what they'd all told him, he couldn't bring himself to dial their numbers. Which led him to dialing Pacifica's. When she had picked up, she wasn't exactly happy but once she heard the older man's voice she quickly forgot her irritation. It was obvious that Fidds wasn't doing well, that he needed a distraction. And Pacifica Northwest was talented in doing just that. So the teen just talks.
She talks about her day, about her shifts at the diner. She talks about the customers and her parents and just anything that comes to mind. As she talks, Fidds slowly becomes less anxious, focusing instead on the girl who's voice was grounding him. Reminding him of the current time he was in. He wasn't in the junkyard, wasn't back at the shack back in the 80s. He was here, at his home in the year 2012/13, talking to his apprentice Paz on the telephone. They end the call when Fidds' voice is no longer shaking or changing pitch. And afterwards it becomes a thing.
Whenever Fidds just needs a reminder, he'll call Paz and she'll just talk to him. Distracting him from his paranoia and anxiety. He never tells her anything, not wanting to burden her with adult issues. But Paz doesn't need him too, because she's smart enough to figure it out. And eventually the favor gets returned when Pacifica calls Fiddleford, upset and barely keeping her composure as she talks. And he listens, giving her advice and just being there for her in a way very few adults are.
It becomes a peaceful reprieve for both of them. Just hearing the other talk on the phone and forgetting for a small amount of time the weight of the world.

Hillbilly/Blind Eyes Au
More ramblings cause I’m trying to figure out how to write the actual fic out for the dumb au
Mostly with the kids visiting over the summer and how McGucket is also their sorta gruncle Fidds cause him and Stan have a queerplatonic thing going on by that point and Fiddleford actually somewhat knows what to do with kids though he’s still absolutely unhinged but to a slight degree towards the right
Like McGucket has the memory gun around, he just basically doesn’t use it really cause 1. Bill can and has dragged memories back up after he’s tried to erase them in the past 2. He has somewhat of a support thing with Stan
So he’s still got his senses it’s just the fact Stan has lowkey helped corrupt this man’s morals and with Bill constantly asking ‘aren’t you tired of being nice? Don’t you just want to go apeshit?’ eventually the answer became ‘you know what? Maybe I do want to apeshit’
And then there’s Bill, who at that point is dating Fiddleford and has been hit with several realizations about himself over the past 30 years, has kinda sorta lost interest in the destroying the earth thing because he just wants to see what chaos Stan and McGucket get up to, and maybe actually enjoys having somewhat of a family again
And all three of these idiots are trying to still fix this portal without anyone finding out, Bill’s lowkey taken over the shapeshifter’s body/kinda ejected its mind/kinda killed it and is just waltzing about however he pleases (sometimes as a ‘total normal human guy,’ a goat, or whatever other forms he thinks would be fun/convenient) until the portal opens and he’s able to actually physically manifest/they find where the hell Ford went
Ford is going to be thrown for a fucking whirlwind but also I just kinda realized that Bill is also a sorta the kids gruncle cause he’s dating Fidds and him and Stan con people together (though those twos relationship is more platonic than anything)
So like these kids have Stan, Bill, and Fidds; only two of these people know what children need to survive and one of them isn’t even human, Fidds and Bill talk in codes or weird languages sometimes and the kids are just left wondering wtf is going on
Also now that I’m thinking of it more, Bill taking over the shapeshifter’s body offers so much chaos, espically whenever he forgets about playing his part and the kids are like ‘did… did you just blink sideways…?’ and everyone is just like ‘no’ and it’s so clear they’re lying but also it’s so stupid
Anywho yeah, so you got Stan and his boyfriend and this is his boyfriend’s boyfriend who helps him steal cars sometimes
HA, I need to draw more of these idiots

consider: post-canon, fiddleford starts reading to kids at the library again, though his storytime sessions are...considerably less unhinged (GO ON CHILDREN. EAT THE BOOKS)
ford comes over once just to support fiddleford and see how he does it
he starts coming to the storytimes much more often afterwards and, eventually, stan starts coming with him (just to keep ford company and make sure he doesn't light anything on fire, he says)
(in truth, they're both there because fiddleford is very good with storytime and they never got to experience much of it in their childhood. they're making up for lost time, and very much enjoying just chilling and being told stories)

So my idea for my version of evil ford is that his timeline splits at the science fair incident. This ford was paranoid enough to know stanley would somehow fuck up his chance, so he fixes the machine and takes the toffee peanut bag as evidence (maybe he also pulls security footage). So ford makes it into his college and stan gets punished (but not kicked out). Stanley runs away of his own volition due to the anger at ford leaving him behind and also ratting him out to their parents. Stan partly wants to prove hes just as good as his brother and also wants to prove it to himself.
This means Ford never met Fiddleford in college. Instead, after getting a lot more grant money than from Backupsmore, he goes to Gravity Falls and works alone. Eventually, after he makes the deal with bill, he realizes he doesnt have enough experience making computer things (sourcing parts and such) to do this alone (even if bill is helping him). So he puts an ad for a research assistant good with computers. Perhaps some of this extra grant money went towards pay, and Fiddleford took the opportunity. But having no real connection to Fiddleford, Ford is more up to use him as a tool to get what he wants. So when Bill says his use is up and its time to get rid of him, Ford obliges.
Maybe since he went to this fancy college he had an easier time making connections or doing schooling quicker. So this extra time means he spends more time in partnership with bill and the connections make it easier for him to make side money he can also funnel into the portal project.
This Ford also learns more about Bill's backstory because he connects more to Bill (disconnect from family, not feeling recognized, wanting a home with people that get him/etc). So this guy is more sympathetic and knows more about Bill's desires (create a nightmare realm). Maybe Ford rationalizes it as a good thing or thinks he can talk Bill out of some destruction, or maybe at this point he wants some revenge on the world himself. So hes still on board with the portal when Bill reveals its actual purpose.
However, maybe Stanley needs another place to sleep on the couch at and sees his brother in some headline or mentioned as an inventor for some product. Or his brother needs a test dummy that can speak for the portal so he calls him. Or maybe Ford wants to potentially say his last goodbyes before he goes into what he knows is potentially the end of earth.
Fight still happens, Ford wants Stanley to thank him for money hes sent the family, for not completely ostracizing him from the family after what he did, offering him a place to stay, idk. Ford fights him, Bill possesses Ford at some point as another try to prevent Ford from getting sucked into the portal. This freaks Stan out and he pushes him. Ford, holding journal 3 (which does not have pages ripped out), chucks it at stans head (not to help him but to literally hurt him). Stan is like "wtf did i just do" and shuts the portal down, reads through the journals and thinks Ford is unwillingly possessed by a demon and spends his days trying to get him back.
Ford and Bill are now stuck in the portal, going through dimensions trying to get back to Earth in order to reopen the portal and finish what they started. I think Stan is fully anti-cipher-ified, planning on killing bill as soon as he shows up again in order to save his brother. Im thinking this Dipper and Mabel got killed by zombies or something. So when Ford does get back, stan is there super unhinged and angry and somehow eventually kills bill, leaving no statue behind. Evil ford is like "wtf" and devastated, but keeps looking for a way to bring him back. Maybe this Bill, having not gained sympathy from the axolotl, decides hes not worth rehabilitation and so hes actually dead in this reality.
(Then "canon" bill opens up a reality rift and evil ford comes through, hoorah)
#gravity falls au#evil!ford#evil ford au#bill cipher#headcanon#does this count as fanfiction at this point
