I can write for any character and pairing in these fandoms, and I'm open to writing x reader and x OC as well. These are all fandoms I've been in for a while and am most comfortable with, however I've dipped my toes into other fandoms throughout the years, so even if the fandom isn't on this list, it's totally okay to send an ask to see if I'll write for it. [* Harry Potter is no longer my main fandom due to JKR's treatment of trans women and her disgraceful way of targeting and attacking individuals who call her out, but I will still write for Harry Potter. It was my hyperfixation for seven years, and despite how I feel about JKR, I still enjoy the Harry Potter universe and have ideas for things I want to write for it. When sending a request, please try to be as detailed as possible! You have the idea in your head, and I'll write it, but I want to make sure I include everything you want so that means I need to know all the cool ideas you have.

Anonymous requests are fine. However, if you're requesting NSFW, please do not submit the request as an anon, because I need to verify that the request is coming from an adult. If I receive anonymous requests for NSFW fics, they will be ignored.

On the topic of NSFW, please do not request NSFW of minor characters. This shouldn't even have to be said, but I will not write it.

I'm perfectly fine with writing angst and dark topics. They will all be tagged accordingly when posted. If I miss a tag/forget to flag something triggering, please let me know!

Requests to write x reader and x OC are perfectly fine. If you're requesting x reader, please be as specific as possible when sending your request when it comes to how you envision the reader in the fic. I understand the frustration of never finding a reader insert fic that resonates with who you are, so I never want to be that writer that doesn't include every kind of person in their reader insert fics.

Request all kinds of things! Any ship you can think of! Any plot you want! Most fics will be oneshots for the sake of being efficient, but some plots that grab me will be series.

My requests will be open for an indefinite period of time. Please be mindful that I have mental and physical health issues that may limit the speed at which I get to your request, but I'll do my best to get to everything as quickly as possible. Based on this prompt: Draco has received news of a rare magical creature sighting and has been called in to illustrate the animal and it’s natural habitat/den. Only problem is: he can’t find anyone to pet sit his beloved animals and seeks outsider help by hiring a pet sitter through a wizarding company. Enter: Harry James Potter, pet sitter extraordinaire and living his best life hanging out with animals all over Britain, enjoying the vast and interesting towns and houses he finds himself in. Draco, loves his animals so much and asks to have regular contact through letters.

Dear Potter, I am writing to ask for your help again to take care of my pets. Unfortunately for me, they seem to have grown on you and they have been misbehaving with any other pet sitter. Anyway shout-out to Italian Streamer and Youtuber Trono del Muori, Harry Potter fan since forever, whose most watched videos are satirical recaps of the Harry Potter Movies, and who nonetheless decided to inform himself, recognize his pre-held misconceptions about both Rowling and the Trans Community, and do a stream to investigate her whole Transphobic shit with her, realize on, like, minute twenty of the investigation, almost instantaneously, that she's a massive piece of shit and go "you know what, fuck that I'm not bringing this on stream I wanted to I love this series but if she's using my money and my platform for this shit this is not anything I want to support."

And, again, man's most watched videos are harry potter, the series was one of his favorite ones, and yet JUST LIKE THAT he just went "No, fuck this shit, I'm out, if I really can't resist it I'll just play it, by myself, after pirating it, without streaming, and that will be that."

“Your sign says, ‘help me shoot my shot’.” Harry reads out a fans sign.

You scream from where you’re stood, just over by the Hollywood pod with Brad. Watching your boyfriend perform never gets tiring, especially when he has really sweet interactions with his fans.

“What’s your name?” Harry asks, leaning down and taking out his earpiece to hear. “Ella? Belle? Lola? Listen, she’s shouting Lola, they’re shouting Carol and you’re shouting Elle! Which one is it?” Harry laughs as he mocks the fans.

“Bella. We got there in the end. Make some noise for Bella everyone!”

The fans scream across the stadium and Harry waits for the noise to die down before he continues.

“Now who are we helping you shoot your shot with?” Harry asks.

The crowd goes crazy and you obviously missed something being said. Harry giggles and blushes instantly, which only tells you one thing. The fan is hitting on him.

Brad nudged you playfully, “Easy there, green eyes monster.”

“Oh fuck off you.” You rolled your eyes playfully, but relaxing your body from where you clearly had gone a little tense without realising.

“I appreciate the gesture, but I am very happy in a relationship.” Harry puts his hand over his heart as he speaks. “Lloyd is, however, single.”

The fans scream and you catch a glimpse of Lloyd run away backstage away from the thousands of fans screaming for him.

You laugh and watch Harry move around the stage, walking with purpose.

When he stops as close to you as he possibly can, you wave over everyone’s heads at him and he waves back with a blow of a kiss.

“How do you feel about Bella shooting her shot?” He doesn’t call you a pet-name, because he likes to reserve those for your intimate moments away from fans, but you can tell he’s clearly speaking to you.

“With Lloyd, right?” You respond, letting the jealousy get the best of you.

“The girlfriend has spoken. It’s Lloyd or no-one, Bella.” Harry returns to the fan, but not without another kiss blown at you. “I am happily taken. Which is unfortunate for you and your moment, Bella.”

Clad in Harry’s hoodie, hood pulled over your head and stretched to your mid-thighs, you waited for him to finish pottering and get into bed.

His nighttime routine was more extensive than yours.

“Baby, where’s the pair of underwear that I just had on that chair?” Harry asks, walking closer towards you.

You pull up the hoodie and expose your underwear - well his underwear - to him with a smirk.

“You’re so annoying.” He laughs.

“Just marking my territory.”

“Is this because Bella nearly asked me out tonight?” He crawled onto his bed and moved his way to hold himself over your body.

“Don’t know what you’re talking about.” You pulled the strings of the hoodie tight so the hood closed around your face.

“Mhm.”

Harry’s nose bumped into yours, trying to invade your space beneath the hoodie.

“Helllooo?” He giggles.

“Go away.” You giggled back.

“Nope.” He tries to wriggle more into your space. “I love you.”

“Love you too.”

“Like I proper love you. Never want anyone but you. Okay?”

“I know. I do.”

You opened your hoodie again and then he leans down to kiss you. He doesn’t let you or your lips go until he’s satisfied that you’re feeling better.

I've been involved in a lot of fandoms. XF, SPN, Harry Potter, and My Hero Academia, to name a few. I've seen this level of hate before. I've seen the death threats and the doxxing and unfortunately the homophobic speech being casually used. I honestly haven't seen it at this volume before the 911 Buddie fandom, but the content itself isn't new. You know what is different?

That is THE SACRED RULE of fandom. Do not fuck with someone else's fan art. If you don't like it, ignore it. Or talk about it privately. You absolutely do not comment negatively on people's creative work just because you don't like the ship they're writing about.

Unpopular opinion but Harry Potter franchise will not suddenly stop existing or being a relevant part of popculture if you bully some fanfiction writers on tumblr.

We could start working towards reducing the damage JKR caused by being popular person with a platform but people would rather do bare minimum of telling random HP fans to kys instead of doing any real work.

I've got a multitude of posts about this already. The unfortunate reality is that JK Rowling will always earn income from Harry Potter. When something is and was popular on the magnitude that Harry Potter is and was its impossible to completely kill it, but what we can do is metaphorically kill the creator.

(I must absolutely stress I mean that metaphorically.)

I've already detailed it in my other posts, but the goal should be to withdraw support until the only people still funding and platforming her are bigots like herself. Let her rot in her own community and only have a voice amongst people who only care about her because she parrots their rhetoric.

De-platform Harry Potter. Pirate it instead of paying for it. Downvote it and review bomb it on all platforms. Kill the cash cow it became.

If we can bully a multi-billion dollar company into changing the CGI of a fucking hedgehog we can force Warner Brothers to owe JK Rowling the bare minimum.

Snape Artists Deserve Better

Since joining the Snape fandom, I’ve noticed something that really stands out. Compared to other character-based fan communities, the Snape fandom feels overlooked. There’s also a lot of negativity aimed at him, mostly stirred up by Marauders fans and "Snaters." This creates a tough environment, especially for artists and creators who focus on Snape. Unfortunately, their work doesn’t receive the recognition or support it deserves, which can be really discouraging.

I’ve seen so many amazing Snape artworks—pieces that have clearly taken tons of effort and time—get completely ignored. Meanwhile, similar artwork of the Marauders (including characters we barely know anything about like Marlene, Mary, and Dorcas… ) gets thousands of likes and shares in just a few days, quickly spreading across social media platforms. This isn’t just about Tumblr Art, either. The same thing happens with Snape videos on TikTok. They often don’t get the attention they deserve, no matter how well-made.

What’s worse is that even casual Harry Potter fans—those who aren’t part of the Snape or Marauders fandoms—are afraid to post anything about Severus Snape. They worry about the backlash they might face. If they decide to write about him, draw him, or make a video, they often feel like they need to constantly explain that they’re not "Snap supporter" or "Snape fan" and that they’re just creating art. Otherwise, they’ll get bombarded with nasty comments.

This whole situation has made artists hesitant to spend time on Snape-related content. They know it either won’t get the attention it deserves or they’ll face a wave of negativity that makes them regret ever posting it. It’s really sad to see so many talented artists being pushed away because of this toxic environment.

I totally feel for these artists, writers, and overall Snape content creators. Sharing your work takes a lot of courage, especially when you know it might be met with negativity. Art is meant for expression and creativity, so it's tough when those who put their heart into it feel like their work isn’t appreciated.

I don’t know how much longer this toxic atmosphere toward Snape, his fans, and the artists who create content about him will last, but it’s just not fair. Every artist deserves to share their work without fear and get the recognition and support they’ve earned.

Hi! Do you have any characters that you find slightly similar to Loki or Voldemort/Tom Riddle in terms of personality or backstory or just vibes?

For example, as huge fan of frostiron I LOVE Loki. And after reading fics about him for years I can’t help but notice small similarities between him and Sirius. They’re NOT the same, not at all. But I personally see a lot of stuff that they have in common. Both characters are very prideful, strong magicians, black sheep of their family, have a dark side but ultimately end up doing more good than bad. And that’s if we include both canon and fanon. It’s okay if you disagree, that’s just my personal perception)

For Voldemort I was unable to find any sort of counterpart🤷‍♀️

I assume you mean Loki from the movies; I am unfortunately unfamiliar with him. The only Loki I know is the one from Norse mythology, and I don't remember very much about him, either. I do remember he was a shapeshifter, like many gods, so I suppose he has that in common with Sirius! I can't speak further of similarities, that's practically all I remember.

As for Voldemort...I don't know. The Evil Queen from Snow White? 😂 They both hear a prophecy warning of their downfall and they act on it and start beef with kids. And the kids end up surviving and winning with the power of love.

If we just take canon V at face value, then he's similar to all fairytale villains. Or to Palpatine, I suppose.

If we look at Voldemort as a more human character, not just Evil TM, then I could see some similarities with Magneto from X-men(at least from one or two universes of that big world): the hate for the muggles/people without mutations that steams from their childhood, their lives were impacted by ww2, both ridiculously powerful, both claiming they fight for wizards/mutants. Also they both have a badass lady as a second in command.

But, ofc, Magneto is allowed to be human, when Voldemort is doomed by the narative and his position as villain in children story. While Magneto is clearly a villain and loves genocide, he at least thinks he's doing the right thing for his kind; Voldemort is just there to be bad.

For Sirius, you can make a case about Aragorn, I suppose? Both come from ancient, noble, rich lineage, but they shy away from the burden of it, they're both good (but rough) men, they are protectors for their respective protagonists, they would die for Harry/Frodo, and they're both fighting this supreme evil that is threatening the world. They both obey basically God on Earth (Albus and Gandalf).

I think it's easier to find Sirius similarities, I can think of some in A song of Ice and Fire, but it's harder for Voldemort because he barely has any 'meat' to his character in canon. He's just there as a lesson for kids, as an obstacle for Harry to overcome.

There is that saying that a story is only as good as it's villain, and it's true. If Harry Potter was anything other than a children's book, than it would be a very bad story, because the villain is just a prop. However, since it's for children, the rules are obviously different. Ironically, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is considered the best book in the series because it had a great villain- Sirius. That book is so beloved because for most of it we believed Sirius to be a villain, and he was real in a way Voldemort never is, he is human, and he is scary.

So it falls on us, the fandom, to give Voldemort something real, to turn him into a person, and we all go in slightly different directions, hence why it's so hard to find a counterpart for him in established literature/cinema.

Unfortunately the store I work at in Canada does have HP merch. It’s usually only for holiday stuff like our toy aisle usually has one or two Harry Potter toys, and the candy we sell for Halloween and Christmas will also have some HP themed candy there as well. Though last year, the HP stuff wasn’t bought that often and did end up in clearance in greater amounts than other candy. Same trend this year with the HP Halloween candy getting snubbed by customers.

I also see it somewhat regularly at bookstores, other places they sell toys, even occasionally on shirts in the window of Hot Topic.

But it’s still a lot less than there used to be and hardly as expensive. The toys are cheap, the candy is gimmicky stocking stuffers, and the clothes are infrequent and usually outnumbered by t shirts with anime on it. Apparently the HP game was well received as it’s consistently on my recommendation page or best sellers list on Steam or Ps5 store or the Nintendo Switch shop, but I don’t see much discussion or recommendations from actual gamers. I may be biased by my social group, but there’s been very little fandom activity about any newer usage of the IP after the first Fantastic Beasts, and while fandom isn’t the same as the mainstream it’s still a sign that its current presence in the mainstream culture probably isn’t the type to last long in people’s brains like the OG books did.

It seems almost like companies are pushing HP by stocking merch and making shows, but people aren’t really asking for it anymore. If you’re a diehard HP fan, you’re probably better served by focusing on the self contained fandom economy. Reading fanfics, buying fan-created merch, and going to fan events. If you’re a casual, you might watch Fantastic Beasts but it won’t stick in your head and you’re not buying official merch for it. I’m not saying there’s no market who’d pay for the overpriced official merch or whatever, and the casual fan watching whatever new HP spin off that comes out while doing the dishes still at least communicates to companies that there’s still interest, but it does seem like Harry Potter’s cultural and economic power is fading. Perhaps to a greater degree than the merch on shelves and upcoming spin-offs suggests and like always the execs making these decisions are slow on the uptake about a dying trend as they always are.

I would say it’s probably the ““disappearance”” of Umbridge that finally, finally clues him into how badly he fucked things up.

Because students going missing at Hogwarts was an unfortunate and accepted occurrence. It’s gossip worthy and will become a cautionary tale in a generation, but it’s not uncommon.

But a professor vanishing? The Undersecretary to the Minister disappearing? That is not so quickly brushed aside.

Not by the Board and not by the Ministry.

The whole school goes into lockdown as the investigation cracks down. Everyone is interviewed, every potential lead run into the ground.

And, naturally, everything Umbridge was doing comes to light.

The detentions. The torture. The quill and illegal potions.

The collar.

The media have a field day.

Dumbledore doesn’t know for sure who spoke to the reporters, doesn’t know who let that detail in particular slip - but when reaches the papers that Harry Potter was forced to wear a collar that suppressed his creature nature?

Shit hitting the fan doesn’t even cover it.

Harry might be a polarising figure right now, he might have been having strips torn off him for months - but he was still famous, still a child, and this incident seemed to be the thing that finally reminded them all of it.

After all, the world loved the tragedy of Harry’s life. They loved to hate him and hated to love him. He’d saved them, and though that gave them the unfair belief that they were owed an opinion in everything he did, this time it worked to Harry’s advantage.

Muggleborns openly cried at his horrible experience. Purebloods demanded retribution in his name. Halfbloods shouted about the indignity, the injustice.

Dumbledore heard it all and saw it all.

And he watched from over the rims of his spectacles as Harry, with a blazing rash around his pale neck, calmly stared back.

The office was quiet, the air still and anticipatory, and for the life of him Dumbledore didn’t know how to ask.

Did you do something? Did you hurt her? Did you kill her?

The questions curdled on his tongue, refusing to leave his mouth. He…he couldn’t ask. Couldn’t shatter the deniability he was desperately clinging to.

Umbridge had gone to the Slytherin common room before she disappeared. The portraits reported her entering, and then leaving alone, shaken and uncomfortable. They lost her after she left the staircase, when she entered the second floor where there were no painted eyes to track her further.

By all accounts, she had stepped onto the second floor alone and vanished.

The second floor, where the Chamber of Secrets lay.

The Chamber of Secrets, accessible only to a Parselmouth.

Harry Potter, a Parselmouth and the current owner of the invisibility cloak.

Dumbledore couldn’t bring himself to ask and he realised, with a gaping pit forming in his stomach, that he couldn’t read Harry either.

The collar - different than the one he originally commissioned, but not so different that Dumbledore didn’t feel sickly guilty just looking at it - sat on the desk between them.

Harry didn’t even blink at it, didn’t seem surprised or bothered or even upset at being near the device used to torture him.

He just continued to stare at Dumbledore, quiet and reserved and wary.

That was the moment he knew he had broken something precious and fragile years ago, and he hadn’t even known it.
