daniel grayson's life would have been so much easier if he had just been allowed to be a gay little poet like he wanted... goddamn conrad and victoria you condemned your son to the worst life ever and his own eventual murder by not letting him drop out of business school and go all kerouac and cassady with his roommate from undergrad who was clearly in love with him
#not that tyler ever would have gone along with that i'm saying DANIEL would have wanted to run away with him#because he loved the person tyler was pretending to be. obviously.#of course if daniel had been gay he still would have suffered but he would have figured his shit out and ultimately pulled through#this did not happen for him in the show's timeline. clearly
