in theory the pacific is probably a good show and in another reality i might have enjoyed it but in this reality you simply will not catch me watching it. there is a guy in there i cannot see in normal media. my apologies to this random z list actor it’s not even his fault but i just would not be able to watch him in world war 2 rpf (not tom hanks’ version though. btw. tom hanks didn’t even make the pacific) it would never sit right with my soul i just can’t do it. sorry to the pacific. you’re probably a fine tv show. alas!

no one in my family trusts me with driving and to be fair to them i have had many accidents and issues but to be fair to ME my last one was over a year ago now AND i really truly firmly believe that was the one that finally shook up something in my brain that made me stop driving like a dumbass. like yeah i’ll admit it now i used to drive like a dumbass. so what i’m from virginia we all drive like that. i don’t NOW. my brain is like basically finally fully formed i’m not stupid anymore… like let’s have a little faith in me here

just fucking woke up and bitch manager is texting me like hey can you give me a call when you’re free? and now i’m like racking my brain like damn what’s she mad about that i’m about to get yelled at for in my house in my phone 😐. girl if you get on my phone in my house to yell at me about not getting credit card signups i’m going to be pissed…. and mind you i just woke up. and i’m on my period. so i am already not in a great mood here. the only other reason i can think she needs to call is if she’s about to ask me to do some bullshit while work bestie is on pto later this week. which would also piss me off btw

like i can only imagine that when they made band of brothers tom hanks pulled ron livingston aside and said hey you’ve seen in movies when the main guy has a dead wife and his memory of her is tinged with the rosy golden glow of her beautiful soul and the true love they shared? and ron livingston was like yeah and she’s always tragically beautiful and looking at him like he hung the moon? and tom hanks was like Yes exactly and you know how it’s even more impactful when she has a crucial flaw that humanizes her in the audience’s eyes but never antagonizes her in her lover’s eyes because through every flaw he loved everything about her? and ron said yes i follow completely… and it’s never clear whether she’s been romanticized beyond measure or truly was that great because the only person left to tell her story is the man who will carry his undying passion and love for her til the end of time? and tom hanks said YES exactly! anyway you’re doing that good luck. and then ron slayed…
