Where is Milgram?

I'm working on a fic, and I know a few of the theories about Milgram's actual building/location that have been passed around, but could you reblog with/send me your ideas on how the prison is physically set up in relation to the world? I want to write something encompassing a range of possibilities, not just my own headcanons. Any kind of theory -- with or without evidence, with or without every little detail worked out, just whatever you've been picturing or would like to see when the project ends :3

Look at how convenient this roof is to mow- you simply go around the block where there's a road right beside the property. This very cool 1998 home looks a lot older and sort of "Modern Hobbit." It's in Carlisle, PA, has 3bds, 3ba, and is $600K. And, believe it or not, it's a 17 acre estate!

This is surprisingly beautiful. I love this sunroom.

It's a dining room and has shelving for plants.

Look at how big the kitchen is. It's a real gourmet kitchen- 2 islands.

Aren't the cabinets interesting?

Then, there's a lovely living room with a free-standing heat fireplace.

The owner works from home, so there's a large office for the business.

There's a sprial staircase to the 2nd level. Why would they place the dog's bowl of water there?

Look at this bedroom with all the open storage.

This bath is huge.

The toilet is by itself, surrounded by a mural.

This is a wine room.

Looks like another bedroom.

A main entrance foyer with a bench.

The stairs come up here to the second level.

I don't know what that is. A heated towel rack? With a place for boots and shoes on the bottom?

There's a very large garage.

There's quite a power plant in here.

Remember there're 17 acres of land.

Was thinking about eleven year old Fawn Spots Harry and made myself laugh because he would be so angry that technology doesn’t work at Hogwarts.

Full on “What do you mean Olympus has cell service and the middle of Scotland doesn’t?! It’s not even the same plane of fucking existence and calls aren’t even long distance!” Little man has not been more than a phone call away from his family since he was adopted and he is not coping well, but beyond that the lack of online databases, easy way to compile notes and write the eight million essays they’re assigned, and actual entertainment that isn’t ’dangerous flying dodgeball’ (which he does love tbh but still not everyone does) would drive him up the wall. Fuck the lack of things like highlighters and binders would piss him off. 

He would show up with a spiral notebook and a mechanical pencil and a pureblood child would pass out from shock. He writes his family constantly begging for any and all stationary they can send. He uses breaks to type up last term’s notes and introduces the first final study guide in Times New Roman into Hogwarts and makes a killing off of selling them. The older pureblood students beg on bended knee for help making their own and the muggleborns realize oh shit they can corner the market per year and subject. Harry will drag Hogwarts into the modern age if he has to do so kicking and screaming.
