Ithaca is a cursed island,,,
Filled to the brim with Rot and decay, echos of a world no longer there, unforgiving to exist in,
Plant Life is dark and beautiful, thick ‘wood’ of dark forests gnarled and scarred with many Spats for Țerritory, howling gleefully through The Nights of Forever.
What is Society Anymore ??? What is Warmth or Shelter Anymore ???
why would she not listen to us why would she turn away from us.
Up on the surface, the Palace remains still, forever shining with rust and silver Moonlight, choking within its own aching stone skin.
While below,,,
The Halls groan with seemingly endless emptiness, pitch black to A Mortal’s eye But to ŤħœŘ unďŸıñğ ĞÄżœê—-
Somewhere Unknown, a mourning choir of Voices sing of the Land that’s Deities have turned them away, chanting together in rare shaken Unity ,,,while The Queen watches, humming along, a sound like velvet, pondering on what to do of Ț(ę Ťrä8þǒř,ß once She ŠÊŒŞ them Æġåñ,,,,,,,,,
(Deep deep down below, a Young One sings to a navy cloak, waiting, waiting, patient, patient, for they promised they would be back soon, waiting, waiting, waiting for them to come back, şħäðøŵș þřãłǐňġ bęhĩņď a Fořm Óf Ťħŷ 6ØÐ ÞǑ ĆŌMÆ FÕ ŤĦŒẞ ȚĮMÆŁĪŅ6ẞ—->- with fresh blood and meat not far behiņď in their claws, waiting, waiting, for a little feast to be brought for His their child, waiting, singing, waiting-)
, survival is all there is now. All there is to try.

Tittle: white beard and the mysterious island
This one’s written by me, hope you enjoy
The crew of the white beard was a band of ruthless pirates, feared throughout the seas. They had stolen treasure and sunk ships from every corner of the world, but their luck had finally run out.
As they sailed through a stormy night, the ship was struck by a massive wave that threw the crew off course. When they emerged from the storm, they found themselves adrift in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight.
Days turned into weeks, and the crew was beginning to lose hope. They were running low on food and fresh water, and their morale was sinking lower by the day.
But then, on the horizon, they spotted a small island. It was shrouded in mist, and there was an eerie feeling that permeated the air. But to the hungry and thirsty crew, the island looked like a lifeline.
As they sailed closer, they began to realize that the island was not as welcoming as they had hoped.
The shores were rocky and treacherous, and the dense jungle was full of strange and dangerous creatures.
The crew of the white beard quickly learned that they were not alone on the island. There were savages that inhabited the island - fierce warriors who were skilled in hand-to-hand combat and used primitive weapons like spears and clubs.
As they explored the island, the crew encountered a variety of dangerous creatures.
Giant spiders that could spin webs strong enough to trap a man, massive snakes that could swallow a person whole, and vicious animals with sharp teeth and claws.
Despite the danger, the crew of the white beard fought bravely. They used their swords and guns to fend off the savages and monsters, and they constructed traps and fortifications to defend their camp.
Days turned into weeks, and the crew had settled into a routine on the island. They fortified their camp and built traps to defend against savage attacks.
They also explored the island, searching for any signs of civilization or a way off the island.
One day, while exploring the jungle, the crew stumbled upon an ancient temple hidden deep within the forest. The temple was overgrown with vines and covered in moss, but it was clear that it had been built by some ancient civilization long ago.
As they explored the temple, the crew found clues that hinted at the temple's true purpose. There were carvings of strange, otherworldly creatures, and the walls were covered in mysterious hieroglyphics.
The crew also found a map that seemed to lead to a hidden treasure deep within the jungle. It was said that the treasure was guarded by a fearsome beast, and that whoever could defeat the beast would be rewarded with unimaginable wealth.
Despite the danger, the crew decided to follow the map and search for the treasure. They trekked deep into the jungle, battling savage beasts and navigating treacherous terrain.
Finally, after weeks of searching, they came upon the beast.
It was a massive, fire-breathing dragon, with razor-sharp claws and teeth. The crew fought valiantly, but the dragon was too strong, and many of the crew were injured in the battle.
As they lay wounded and defeated, the crew was surprised to hear a voice calling out to them. It was a wise old man, who had been watching the battle from afar. He had a plan to defeat the dragon, but it would require the crew to work together and use all their skills.
With the old man's guidance, the crew was able to create a trap that lured the dragon into a pit. They then ambushed the dragon, using their swords and guns to strike the final blow.
As the dragon lay dead,
the crew discovered the hidden treasure. It was a vast hoard of gold, jewels, and precious artifacts that had been hidden away for centuries.
The crew return to the camp and with riches beyond imagination joined by there new friend the old man,
With his help and knowledge of the island they forged a new ship out of a rare tree said to have special abilities and set sail never to be heard from again.
The end.

Deadman Island Hauntings
Tucked away in the waters of Vancouver, British Columbia, Deadman Island is a place of mystery and spooky lore. This little, unassuming island has a rich history that contributes to its reputation as a haunted place. Events that have left a lasting impression on its history have given rise to frightening legends and ghost stories. Even the island's name alludes to its somber past. During a smallpox outbreak in the late 1800s, Deadman Island served as a quarantine location. Unmarked graves buried the plague victims and those who succumbed to other diseases here. Many people attribute the island's eerie aura to this dark period in its history. The widespread belief that the restless ghosts of those who perished there still roam the grounds accentuates the island's spooky charm.
Tumblr media
Both natives and visitors have recorded numerous paranormal events on the island. People who have visited often tell stories of strange lights, spectral apparitions, and unexplainable noises. Some people say they have spotted individuals walking down the shoreline dressed in period attire, but they always disappear when they get close. Others have reported hearing whispers and disembodied sounds borne by the wind, adding to the island's eerie reputation. One of the most persistent stories revolves around the ghost of a young woman frequently spotted near the water's edge. Local legend states that she looks for a missing loved one and that everyone who comes into contact with her senses her melancholy presence. Like many other stories about Deadman Island, this one captures the profound sense of loss and unsolved sorrow that appears to pervade the place. Despite its eerie reputation, Deadman Island remains closed to the public, heightening the sense of mystery and intrigue. The Canadian Navy's use of the island primarily renders it inaccessible, fostering curiosity and speculation about its true nature. This limited access only heightens the mystique, leaving much to the imagination and allowing legends to run wild.
Tumblr media
The island's paranormal appeal demonstrates both human attraction to the unknown and the power of storytelling. It acts as a reminder of the narrow line that separates fact from folklore and history from legend. The stories of Deadman Island captivate the imagination and transport readers to a realm where the past never really rests, regardless of whether they are believers or skeptics. Deadman Island is essentially a representation of the rich history and mystery of Vancouver. Its paranormal legends continue to captivate listeners, offering a glimpse into the island's eerie past. The charm of Deadman Island continues, beckoning everyone who hears it to delve into the shadows of its legendary past, even though the truth behind these tales may never be completely revealed.

Ghostly Whispers in the Dry Tortugas Fort Jefferson
The old prison, Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas National Park is thought to be haunted by someone who was imprisoned there. Most fingers point to Dr. Samuel Mudd, imprisoned as a co-conspirator of the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.

the fact that siffrin's life before forgetting was good. so painfully, so obviously loved and he doesn't remember any of it, they can't remember any of it, they are not allowed to ever remember it. the stars. their cloak, craft stitched into the seams, which keeps them comfortable no matter how hot or cold, which has grown with them for as long as he's had it. the stars. the night sky. an island with lightless sand. a dormant volcano? it got cold at night. the mountains, he said. the mountains, the sea, the lightless sand, dark like the night sky. did he freeze dormont overnight, the stars suspended eternally above, or did he simply wish that deeply to see the night sky once again? the constellations. the star charts. the telescopes. the stars. the stars. the stars. the universe. wishcraft. a language no one can understand. when siffrin talked about how they learned how to wish, everyone accepted it as the 'right' way without any real hesitation, even though all of them had learned differently, been taught differently, had only ever known differently. all of their experience vs siffrin's. almost like maybe there was a right way to wish, once. a way that people knew. a way that was accepted as correct, before it was forgotten. the universe rewritten. the stars in the night sky. are the constellations the same as they were before? or have they forgotten even themselves?
who wished for that? why? how many people? why? were they on the island, from the island, off the island, from anywhere else in the world? why? what did they believe? was it a wish made of fear? a wish made for safety's sake? those on the island had no idea what was going to happen. siffrin escaped by pure coincidence, by perfect, horrible timing. if they returned, what would they go back to? everything? nothing? culture and memories and understanding and warmth and love? nonexistence? would they remember their life outside of home? those outside would not remember them. why? why? the stars, the stars, the stars. craft stitched into the cloak, so painfully, so eternally loved. they owned a boat. did they know how to sail? how to rig the boat and tie the knots and use the stars to navigate the sea? why is it gone? who wished for that? why? why? why? the universe rewritten, endlessly erasing all memory and knowledge of itself, of the island that knew and loved it so. why? dreaming of thousands of lights. nostalgic. dreaming of stars, stars, stars. wanting to cry.
they do not remember their own name.
