tbh I think I’d be a lot more entertained by the way Wish is getting canned if I thought Disney was actually going to learn anything from it. like ‘maybe 2D animation is still a worthwhile medium’, or ‘maybe we shouldn’t be scrapping almost-finished projects the studios we keep buying are working on’, or even ‘maybe it’s time to start putting more effort into the thing that made us famous in the first place instead of continually deprioritising that in favour of Star Wars and the MCU’. but instead I’m like 99% sure they’re gonna twist it into ‘movies with BIPOC leads don’t sell’ and go right back to making movies about rich blondes. as usual
#urusai majou#ultimately I think ‘disney is currently owned by a guy who hates animation’ is the Entire problem here but w/e#hnnnnrgh I wanted wish to be good so bad you guise. tagged by @primrose-path-of-dalliance (!!!!!! thanks!!! (lmao, it’s been so long since i’ve been tagged in anything XDD))
Rules: Name your top 10 favourite characters from 10 different fandoms, then tag 10 people!
i’m putting this behind a cut, bc i rambled on for quite a while XDD these won’t be in any particular order, and the fandoms will be chosen based off of what i’m currently most into/whichever ones i think of first XD
1. Maleficent [Disney]
okay, i lied a little.....she is clearly my #1 favorite character of all time, so of course she’s first (the rest of the list won’t be in any particular order :P). but....yeah, i love her forever and for all time and eternity, i love her class and elegance, my hunt for all merchandise of her that i can get my hands on is legendary and knows no bounds, she’s my forever girl, etc, etc. if you know only one fact about me, it’s probably that i love maleficent. there’s nothing i can say here that i haven’t probably already said a million times over, so i’ll move on XD
(moana has risen to be a pretty close second, tho)
2. Anthony J. Crowley [Good Omens]
i read the book from a library over a decade ago, and i liked it well enough, but it like....wasn’t an instant new fave that i had to immediately buy for myself (tho it is on a list of books that i wouldn’t mind owning...but maybe it’s finally time, who knows). i’m halfway through the show, and i’ve finally fallen in love with it (i think it finally being a #confirmed love story between our favorite ineffable idiots finally gave it the push it needed XD). it’s still a bit early for me to have a solid, definite fave, but lbr, if i know myself at all, it’s gonna be crowley XD i love this dumb demon (who’s rivaled in his idiocy only by his equally dumb angel husband), i love how he’s so soft even as he tries desperately to convince himself and everyone else that he isn’t, that he loves so many things and humanity and an angel even as he tries to say that he isn’t capable of it, that he never stopped questioning even after it had made him Fall. also, i am so thankful that the fandom has really embraced the potential for the shenanigans of crowley’s snake form.👍
(second place is probably aziraphale, but i also really love anathema too)
3. Namine [Kingdom Hearts]
another one that probably comes as no surprise, if you know me. i love this girl to the ends of the universe. i love the way she reclaimed her agency, her selflessness and determination, her empathy and kindness, how she went from a damsel in distress to pretty much saving everyone, over and over and over again. she deserves only happiness and the best things from now on. and please, for the love of god, give her some new clothes, nomura. >_>
(second fave is roxas, tho really, i love 98% of all the characters in this series ;;;)
4. Aerith Gainsborough [Final Fantasy VII]
my precious sunshine girl 💖 i prefer her in the original game, where she was sweet and optimistic, yes, but she was also sassy and fierce and took shit from no one. i love the girl that decided she wanted to wear a sexy red dress just for the hell of it, and threatened to rip off a mafia don’s balls. i love the girl that was confident and flirty with cloud, but never let any kind of bullshit ‘rivalry’ get in the way of being friends with tifa. i love that she always called cloud out on his bullshit, that she never let tragedy and oppressive shinra forces grind out her optimism, that she never stopped dreaming of a better future. i love that she was exposed to the worst of human nature, and yet still believed that they were worth saving. i love all versions of aerith, obvs, but they’ve definitely smoothed out her edges over the years, and i think that’s a shame. so here’s hoping that she’ll be more like her original self in the remake.
also, can’t wait to see aerith die again :)))))))
(my second fave tends to flip between cloud and sephiroth)
5. Ling Yao / Greed [Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood]
look. listen. i can’t choose between them, i just can’t. and hey....technically they sort of combine into one entity, so it’s totally fine to count them together, right?? XDD so yeah, it’s really fucking hard to pick a fave out of this cast, bc there’s only like....3 characters?? that i don’t love. but ultimately, it had to be these two. every single second they’re on screen, they totally steal the show, and they have a lot of the best scenes and moments in the series. i love ling, how he seems like a total goofball and comic relief at first, but fairly quickly you come to see just how fucking seriously he takes his duties and responsibilities, how selfless and devoted he is to his people, how he would walk through hellfire for the people he loves. he’s just....he just loves, so fiercely and intensely, that he moves even greed into loving him and the people he cares about without even trying.
and then there’s greed, who even from the beginning, you can’t help but be charmed by, with his sarcastic slow claps and laidback attitude. but over time, you see that he’s just like ling, really, in that he can’t help but get attached to these humans, that he loves them just as fiercely and intensely, even as he desperately tries to play it off. i love the way his character serves as a means for the story to have a really thought-provoking rumination on the nature of sins and desires, and on humanity (as do all of the other homunculi). i could go on forever about these two, and about the show in general, bc it’s just so deep and incredibly layered and complex, so i’ll stop here.
(next fave after them is winry)
6. Bucky Barnes [MCU]
it’s hard for me to talk about bucky without just dissolving into endless sobbing, but i’ll try my best. he’s just.....he’s someone who has ended up suffering so fucking much, who has every reason in the world to be angry and bitter and resentful and if this was the villain origin story, you’d probably find it hard to blame him. (also, i refuse to say that bucky was ever a villain, bc he never willingly chose to be with hydra, he’s a victim goddamn it--) and yet....he still chooses to be good. to be kind. he could have chosen to go on an endless revenge tour against hydra, but instead he focuses on his own recovery. and always, always, always, he puts other people first. he chooses to goddamn freeze himself, possibly forever, so that he doesn’t hurt people again. he’s truly an inspiration to me, because even after everything he’s been through, he still doesn’t give up. ......and if you’ll excuse me, i need to resume crying about bucky barnes for the rest of eternity 😭😭😭
(next faves are sam and steve. what can i say, i love my caps XP)
7. Keladry of Mindelan [Tortall]
speaking of inspirations, few (if any) characters inspire me more than kel does. unlike every other tortall protagonist, she has absolutely no magic at all, and she starts her story with more odds stacked against her than any of the others. the system and institution are against her, and most people actively, viciously hate her and want to see her fail, all for being a girl and daring to openly step outside of her gender roles. and yet, kel never gives up, and wins through pure will and determination. more than that, she never stops fighting any oppression that she sees, and is always looking out for the abused and marginalized of society. she is fair and just and righteous, and full of a quiet, immovable strength that i, frankly, envy. she’s a fucking mountain; you haven’t a hope of ever tearing her down.
(other faves....george, raoul, and dom. it’s really fucking hard to choose between them, i can’t even)
8. Oree Shoth [Inheritance trilogy, by N. K. Jemison]
oree is pretty much single-handedly responsible for me loving this trilogy, and is the reason why The Broken Kingdoms (the second book, of which she is the protagonist) is in my top 3 favorite books of all time. she is....just so fucking radiant. she’s a blind artist, and is flung so far out of her depth in the story, and yet she holds her own. in this world of gods, she brings this incredibly human element, and is celebrated because of her humanity. she’s angry and flawed, but also full of love, compassion, kindness, and mercy. she teaches gods the meaning of forgiveness. she takes shit from no one. just....do yourself a favor, and read this series, even if it’s only so that you can read this book.
(second fave....it’s probably shiny, lbr XD)
9. Sirius Black [Harry Potter]
ahhh, a classic fave. but yeah, i still love him, even after all these years. yes, he’s incredibly flawed, but at his core, he’s just so loyal, and he loves so fiercely, and he tries his absolute best to be there for harry, that i can’t help but love him. also, i have a Thing, for characters who suffer so tremendously, but who don’t give up, and still try their best to be good people anyway. also, wolfstar was the foundation of a very formative part of my life, and put me onto the road of accepting my queer identity, so i’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for the characters who were a part of that. 🤷♀️
(other faves are luna and harry, always)
10. Gladion [Pokemon]
mostly his anime incarnation, tho i do like him in the games as well. i love this soft goth boy with all of my heart. he’s so gentle and kind and loving, and i can’t even with him.
(other faves are lillie, n, zoey, and kukui)
if you guys want to do it, i’ll tag... @dabiden, @green-piggy, @seasbelow, @theroyalweekend, @toomanyfeelings5, @ashetrashe, @neddea.....i can’t think of anyone else, and i’m running out of steam, so if you want to do it, then consider yourself tagged! :)

Brian Michael Bendis is the Eminem of Comics
”I created a monster, cuz nobody wants to see Peter no more, they want Miles, I’m chopped liver.”
Hey, Guys, it’s R.J. “Smooth” and I don’t have a slogan but let’s get into it.
It’s Black History Month and today I wanted to talk about one of comic’s most beloved characters, Miles Morales. Since the release of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Miles Morales’ popularity skyrocketed and, after seeing it, could you blame it?
Everything about that film just oozed with love for the character. Everything from the setting, the animation to the very soundtrack, an insurmountable amount of credit goes to every single member of the crew that worked on that film. Just recently, the film even wound up earning a Golden Globe for “BEST ANIMATED FEATURE FILM” and went home to snag seven Annie Awards. The Annie Awards, for those of you who don’t know, [like I didn’t until recently] is a prestigious ceremony celebrating the works of animated films. Films like Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Kung Fu Panda and even Shrek won Annie Awards for BEST ANIMATED FEATURE.
For better reference, Frozen, one of Disney’s best films both critically and commercially, took home five of these awards. Spider-Man went on to take seven. SEVEN ANNIE AWARDS! That’s almost unheard of and even I, someone who has a love-hate relationship with Miles Morales, gotta say it deserved every one.
In spite of it not doing so well financially, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is easily one of Spider-Man’s best films and possibly even best superhero movies of all time. However, none of this would’ve been possible without the help of one man, his creator:
Brian Michael Bendis.
Brian Michael Bendis is one of the best in the comics industry, having written for practically every major publisher: Marvel, DC, Image, Oni and Caliber. With titles such as: “House of M”, “Ultimate Spider-Man”, “Daredevil” and, currently, “Superman”, it’s no safe to say that Bendis knows has a genuine love for comics and doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Bendis has a legacy spanning over a decade and has face some contraversy in his career, as well. Nevertheless, he still manages to pull himself together and continue to make great content and is loved by many. Not to discredit other comic writers, but you just know, whether it be good, bad, or somewhere in between, you know you’re in for some shit when Bendis is the one behind the pen.
Wait… Why does this sound familiar…?
Eminem had a similar career path, as well. Ranging from okay, to garbage to untouchably good, Eminem is very much the same. So, the question is:
Is Brian Michael Bendis the Eminem of Comics?
While not nearly as dramatic, it could be right in front of our faces this whole time. What makes this more interesting is that Eminem is no stranger to comics himself, often reciting lyrics, or “bars”, in his raps that directly relate to them.
“They call me Superman, leap tall hoes in a single bound
I’m single now - I’ll never let another chick bring me down”
-Superman
“Knife in hand, says their relationship’s hanging by a strand
So she’s been on the web lately
Says maybe she’ll be my Gwen Stacy
To Spite her man (Spider-Man)”
-River
“Parasite, and I probably ruined your parents' life
And your childhood too
'Cause if I'm the music that y'all grew up on
I'm responsible for you retarded fools
I'm the supervillain dad and mom was losin' their marbles to
You marvel that? Eddie Brock is you
And I'm the suit, so call me
Venom”
-Venom
Hell, probably the most overt callout to comics was when he was featured in a one-shot with Marvel titled: “Eminem/Punisher”.
Okay, okay, it’s one thing to callout comics in raps as something you may like but what makes Bendis the Eminem of his craft? Well, it’s a bit easier than one may think.
Starting out, Eminem was relatively unknown. He was known for being the white guy who battle raps and was often shunned because of it. The culture of Rap is black music and Em, in spite of his skills, wasn’t welcomed at the time. Even after the release of his first album “Infinite”, he still found no fame or no home to truly say he belonged in hip-hop. That was until his fateful loss at the Rap Olympics in ’97 got the attention of his future manager Jimmy Iovine and producer/mentor Dr. Dre.
Bendis, turns out, kind of had a similar path. Like most artists in the media/entertainment business, he’d seen little success as an artist for caricatures, but soon found his footing in writing, doing small bits in the 90’s for both IMAGE and ONI Comics. It wasn’t until he was hired by MARVEL Comics to write a new line of comics with the titular one being “ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN” in 2000. Coincidentally, it was just a bit after Eminem released “The Slim Shady LP” in 1999.
From there, both Bendis and Shady seemed to be on an unstoppable course for success. Eminem went on to release both “The Marshall Mathers LP” and “The Eminem Show” while Bendis continued to write for Marvel and continued “Ultimate Spider-Man” and other titles like “Ultimate Fantastic Four”, & “Ultimate X-Men”. The two were truly at the top of their games and nothing seemed to slow them down.
That is, until they kept going.
Eminem had his own torment in his life with the passing of his best friend and rapper, Proof, and nearly overdosed on sleep medication. It was a struggle to get back, but it seemed his drive for music got him back on his feet. Releasing works such as “Encore” and “Relapse”, the latter being after his near-death experience, but audiences weren’t nearly as enthused with his work. Eminem even mentioned it on his single “Not Afraid”, going so far to refer to his last CD [Relapse] as “ehhhhh”.
However, yet again, around the same time, the two hit another surge. Bendis released “Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man” (2011) and debuted to the world Miles Morales, only a year after Eminem released his newest, at-the-time, album “Recovery”. Again, the two were back to making solid content. Bendis, admittedly, wasn’t exactly on a slow streak like Shady was, but with such a new character and a drastic change to the status quo, he was met with a fair amount of controversy. (Something Eminem is no stranger to.)
However, he persevered and Miles Morales quickly became a household name.
Now, I could go on, and trust me there are plenty more parallels to go off of, but I feel the point is made. Both men are massive legends in their respective lanes and hard to be competed with in their craft. And, with Bendis now working over at DC Comics spearheading “Superman”, “Action Comics” & “Young Justice” and Eminem recently releasing “Kamikaze”, it seems that neither artist with stay down for long and will deal with an issues that come their way.
But I don’t know tho…

Welp... here we go...
If you dont want spoilers then I recommend you skip this entire post because I do not respect this film at all to not talk about the shit that happens in this film.
⚠️AFTER THIS LINE ITS ALL SPOILERS⚠️
This films wants to be an emotional gut punch but it is so... I your face about it. Emotional beats are either predictable or just... they don't hit. And the ultimate sacrifice from Bhgs at the end while sad just doesn't hit anything. And the plot of "Oh the main villain manipulates the kid to go against his dad and the villain ultimately joins the rival team" is really predictable. And I know that in the end this is a film targeted to kids and thats fine. But this film felt like it was trying to be too hip and too aware (the entire joke about LeBron acting hip and the 'don't dab' comment is just not funny)
The jokes
The jokes in this film do not land for me, albeit 2 (the joke about Sylvestar grabbing Michael B Jordan instead of the actual Michael Jordan was ok and the fact Wiley Coyote was in Mad Max was really cool) ; most the jokes either fell flat or completely missed the mark (this film tried to be hip and modern with its humor and honestly it was more cringe than anything else.
Also idk if this was intentional or not, but can we stop making jokes about how companies are stealing our info and spying on us? We get it Zuckerberg is trash Facebook and other big companies are taking our personal info but seriously it does get old. Mitchell's vs the Machines was at least clever because it was about a big tech company abusing it's power. Space Jam: A New Legacy is about an A.I trying to make himself feel better cause he doesn't feel appreciated and is projecting his issues on a kid he cyberstalked for a whopping 3 minutes.
The Plot
The films Plot is predictable, short, and a around not engaging. The idea of bringing another pro basketball player to aid the Tunes in another wild game for their survival isn't the problem, it's the rest of the Plot that's the problem.
The first film had a simple enough Plot that worked really well (The Tunes have to win a basketball game against roided up aliens or they'll become Amusement Park attractions, and they need a bow retired player to hp them win) Its short and sweet and it works.
This film felt the need to overcomicate it by forcing a dramatic subplot into the fold which, can work. You can have a dramatic subplot while still being a Zany and fun film. But SJ:NL can't seem to decide which to focus on; it goes from zany and over the top one moment moment then gives you tonal whiplash when it jumps to the dramatic bits in the plot.
I genuinely think that this film would've benefited from focusing on the zaniness over the drama, since frankly that's always been the focus of the Looney Tunes
Loony Tunes: Back in Action and Space Jam 1 are two tonaly similar films but both have better comedy and each have their respective dramatic beats, though their both saved for the climax of the film.
LT:BIA and SJ1 both have they're own dramatic subplots (M.J makes the deal with Smackhammer to raise the stakes of the game and J.D has to save his father from the Chairman and his plans. The difference here is that these films, while adding a level of drama, don't let the drama overshadow what tnis film is actually about (the Looney Tunes)
SJ:NL let's the drama completely overshadow the actual Tunes and isn't really engaging (to me anyway)
Also I'd like to say that, while giving this film a video game feel was an interesting concept it just reminded me more of Pixels or The Emoni Movie (though this wasn't NEARLY as bad as the Emoji movie I'll say that)
That's something else about this film. It feels like one big advertisement for everything WB owns (much like how Emoji Movie was one big Smartphone ad) and while that isn't inherently a bad thing it can be a hinderence to the film as well (I wanted to watch the films that cameod in this film more than the actual film itself)
The Characters
Look this is the Tom and Jerry film again, we don't go to this film for LeBron and his fictional family (if some people do then that's fine) but most of us go to see the film for the Tunes and the cartoon asthetic, and there's plenty of that here. But I'd like to actually care about the human characters in this film frankly.
Let's just get this out of the way, LeBron is not a great actor. He tries his best yes but he is not a great actor in this film; he reminds me more of Vin Deisel when he acts (he has a voice yes but he doesn't act physically. It's like he's trying to have his voice match the film but his body isn't in tune with it.
Now I don't wanna hate on kid actors, they do what they can and they're kids. But listen this kid was not interesting at all, and id have rathered the film not include him (or very least make him more interesting other than the "Gosh Dad stop pushing your ways and beliefs onto me" archetype.
The Tunes are fine I have no beef with how they treated the Tunes (all for ONE detail)
The way thsi film treats the Tunes in this film bothers me on so many levels. "Send him to the Rejects" "Losers" The fact that they treat the Looney Tunes like they're some forgotten property is really unsettling to me. The Tunes have never been forgotten the notion that they ARE forgotten bothers me so much, regardless if it's a plot point for the film. The Looney Tunes are some of the most recognizable faces in ask of media, and I get this is supposed to be a "New School vs Old School" message like with the Father vs Son but my God I do not like how this protrays the Tunes.
Speaking of the rejects, let's talk about AL G Rythm.
My God this is the most uninteresting villain and his whole plan is so easy to spot from the start of the film. "Oh look at me, I have a bruised ego cause I feel unappreciated in my time and im gonna project my issues on this kid I cyberstalked while praying KING JAMES would bless me with his support." Holy shit my guy you have a bigger ego than Tony Stark and its more bruised than Bruce Wayne's back after Bane was finished. He is one of the most bland villains I've seen in awhile, and the Goon Squad is no better. The Goon Squad is nothing but cool designs and a refderence to more popular Basketball players (and yeah they're supposed to be cronies but at least make them cronies with personality; the Nerdlucks were funny, had personality, and were an integral part of the story (also the fact that they ACTUALLY HAD THE NERDLUCKS CAMEO in in film but they were rooting against the Tunes just... Ehhhhhhhhhh) And the Goon Squad was boring and didn't add anything say for AL G. stealing the kids algorithm to make his own team.
Also sidenote, them constantly calling him "King James" got really annoying really fast. Like we get you gave yourself that nickname, you're the current too NBA player rn and all that but you don't have to keep saying it my God.
Now what did I actually like about this film. Well quite a bit actually.
For starters, the animation was top notch and everything looked great. I thought the 2D models were a little odd at first (too shiny compared to the faded sleek of the original) but they grew on me. All the CGI models of the Tunes looked really great, say for Sam who just looked really weird to me (probably cause he loses his hat by the end and a CGI Yosemeti Sam without a hat just looks strange)
The Tunes also felt exactly how they should in a Space Jam film, Bugs especially. Yes Daffy was his usual comedic self and I like how they had him try and be the manager of the team instead of a player, and every other Tune was just as zany as usual; honestly of all the Tunes I'm genuinely impressed with how they treated Bugs (till the end)
Bugs was the most interesting to see in the film, wherein every character left Tune World except Bugs and he kinda became this Castaway parody (with his own makeshift Porky Pig dummy) and he was just really lonely and stayed true to the Looney Way and he just wants his family back. That entire subplot is the most interesting part of this film hands down; the only thing about Bugs's arc I didn't like was the end which was predictable, but i was still more invested in Bugs's arc than anyone else's.
Also when they showed the Tunes on the other WB worlds in the Warnerverse that's not the name ik but it's basically the Warnerverse the only Movie refferences that i thought were clever were Mad Max, Austin Powers, and Themyscira. And as much as it pains me to admit it the Rick and Morty Gag with Taz was probably the funniest of them, and I don't even like Rick and Morty anymore.
The Matrix was just eh, Yosemite Sam just didn't land, Game of Thrones was just not funny and I won't apologize. As far as the cameos/refferences in the end I'll say it again, I wanted to watch the movies and shows that cameod more than the film itself. I'm not gonna try to list them off but some highlights were seeing Gremlins, the Mask, every Tim Burton Batman villain/Adam West Batman, Thundercats, and Scooby Doo. Aside from that this was all just one big add for Warner Bros.
So I'm gonna try end this on a note that I know alot of people are gonna bring up or use to say shouldn't be brought up: Nostalgia.
Listen. This film has the same issue that alot of modern film reboots tend to have, which is the fact that it has to match the same hype as the film that came before it.
Now I'd like to say that this isn't gonna be a Power Point on reboots, God knows this is long enough as is, but the issue with alot of reboots is that they try to remake something that more often than not did the media justice the first time around. Robocop, Nightmare on Elm Street, Ghostbusters 2016, litterally every Disney L.A Remake. This isn't to say these films can't be good, or even surpass their predecessors. But more often than not they tend to miss the mark either just barely or drastically.
And here's the thing, this argument can also apply to sequel films that are following up an iconic film that for fhe most part is still very prominent in modern media.
Space Jam has, for better or for worse, remained one of the most iconic films every made, if not for its premise alone. And when they announced a sequel it was only inevitable that people compare it to the original because, let's face it, we want the new film to live up to the original.
We want this new shiny film to live up to the film we all knew growing up as kids and adults, seeing the Tunes on a basketball court for the first time back in the 90s. And frankly, this film did not do that for me.
This film, to me, wants to be what Space Jam already is. But it felt the need to try and thats the first step it failed; it wanted to be hip and aware and make loads of refferences to the original
This film has a similar issue to Ghostbusters:Answer the Call I think, where in it wants to stand on its own two feet, but jt cant help but constantly remind us of a much superior film. We know they've done this before you don't have to keep saying it "We need help with a basketball game Lola!" Been there! Done that!" "So you want me to help you win a high stakes basketball game? One that could very well decide both our fates? Hmmmmm where have I seen that before?"
This film is like that one kid in class who already proved he was right, and is still trying to prove he was right.
If you think this film is great and you enjoy it just as much as the original that's perfectly fine, I'm not gonna try to overshadow your opinions, I just want to share mine.
In the end, I'm gonna rate this film a solid 4/10 (and most of that 4 is the comedy and the animation and the Tunes themselves.) Can you watch this just for the Tunes? Absolutely. Can you like this film more than me? Also absolutely. Do I think this film would've been worth it if I'd have seen it in theaters? No not at all I'm glad I waited for HBO Max.

For rain it depends on how much there is because I freak out if there’s a lot 17. Cooking or Eating out: I’d prefer cooking but I don’t really have the time 18. Spicy or mild: Mild because I am a wimp 19. Halloween/Samhain or Solstice/Yule/Christmas: Halloween 20. Would you rather forever be a little too cold or a little too hot: Cold because then one day I can cuddle with my s/o to warm up 21. If you could have a superpower, what would it be: Teleportation so my mom can stop nagging me about driving and also because I guarantee it would save so much time and money 22. Animation or Live action: Animation. I grew up thinking live action would be as bad as Power Rangers and I’ve barely gotten back into it after The Avengers. 23. Paragon or Renegade: renegade for life Paragon 24. Baths or Showers: Showers 25. Team Cap or Team Iron Man: Team Black Panther 26. Fantasy or Sci-fi: Fantasy 27. Do you have three or four favorite quotes? If so, what are they? “You can be a hero”, “Just because I’m sad doesn’t mean I’ve given up hope”, and “I should like to help everyone, not hurt them. Pure man, black, white, we all want to help one another. Human beings are like that.” 28. Youtube or Netflix: Youtube 29. Harry Potter or Percy Jackson: Couldn’t really get into either but I know the most about Harry Potter 30. When Do You Feel Accomplished: Getting double digit notes for my original content here that isn’t just me reblogging or just “Like”s, getting reviews on a chapter for my fic I worked relatively hard on, parents telling me they’re proud of me, a friend thanking me for cheering them up, having people wanting to create content after being inspired on things I’ve created 31. Star Wars or Star Trek: Wars 32. Paperback or Hardback books: Either’s fine really. As long as it’s physical 33. Handwriting or Typing: Both 34. Velvet or Satin: Both 35. Video games or movies: Stronger preference for video games here 36. Would you rather be the dragon or fight the dragon: Now why would I fight a dragon in the first place? I wanna be best bros with it 37. Sunrise or Sunset: Sunset, since I’m actually awake when that happens 38. What’s your favorite song: Depends on what I’m in the mood for. 39. Horror movies, yes or no: Horror elements, yes. Actual horror movies, no 40. Long or Short hair: Depends on the style and I know I can’t really pull off either rip 41. Opera or Theater: I do like my musical theater, but not if sing-speaking of opera is extremely frequent 42. Assuming the multiverse theory is true and that every story ever told has really happened somewhere, which one of the movie/book/tv show/game/etc worlds would you pick to travel to first: “Do you, Miss Pikes, take Priam to be your lawfully wedded husband?” 43. If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be: Chocolate seems good. Or the chicken recipe my best friend showed me. 44. Older or younger guys: Older 45. If you could delete any show from TV history, what would it be: The Honeymooners 46. Singing or dancing: I myself am better at “singing” but I like when the two are combined 47. Instagram or Twitter: Neither, please 48. Lord of the Rings or the Hobbit: In terms of theatrical releases Lord of the Rings. Still need to read The Hobbit 49. If you could create either a sequel or bring back any tv show/movie, what would you choose: give me my priam-centric game you cowards Depends on the quality of this sequel/reboot and how much time has passed. Like, I’d love to see more of ACCA-13 but I believe it was the hype that got me into it 50. Who is your favorite movie/TV character you look up to and why? Wander from Wander Over Yonder because I too want to help everyone, Iskandar from Fate/Zero because I want that same level of self-confidence, Midoriya Izuku from Hero Academia because we face the same struggles (not literally but shh), Luann Loud from The Loud House because puns 51. If you were convicted of a crime, what would it be? Internet piracy probably. I got Adblock 52. Anime- subbed or dubbed. Now here’s where this greatly depends. If it’s a Bang Zoom/Aniplex dub I’m definitely more bias towards it because I recognize a lot of the voice actors and like seeing them portray different assortments of characters. Funimation can be good too, such as Space Dandy and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. But then the setting of the show itself and the accents come into play. Like, in Black Butler, the English accents are really forced in the dub and it’s too distracting for me, but I freaking love Hellsing Ultimate and Drifters’ dubs for their use of accents. And then Japanese names can be pronounced differently in English so there’s that problem. 53. City or countryside: Countryside 54. What book have you read over and over? That’s not manga, probably Count of Monte Cristo or some of the mythology books I keep around the house. When I was a kid, Magic Treehouse and Chet Gecko 55. What is your personality type? ISFJ 56. Would you rather change a moment in the past or have a glimpse in the future: As much as the 50s fucked everything up we still need them to learn from our mistakes. ...maybe get rid of fire emblem fates 57. Would you rather have an ex that you hate start dating your best friend, or have an ex that you’re still attached to hook up with someone you revile? Neither, please
(my question)
58. Games you want ported for the Nintendo Switch: Persona 5, NieR (original), Ori and the Blind Forest, Child of Light, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Journey, Qbeh-1: The Atlas Cube

Bajillion Questions Meme
I see you, @littleblue-eyedbird trying to find out all my secrets and critical hit points. I’m literally the most boring person in the world and it’s so sweet of you to keep tagging me, omg.
Rules: Answer all questions, add one question of your own and tag as many people as there are questions! 1. Coke or Pepsi: Both? Both. 2. Disney or DreamWorks: My friends...it embarrasses me to admit this, but I haven’t seen an animated movie that wasn’t anime in years. I just don’t even know. 3. Coffee or Tea: BOTH! Mainly tea, though. 4. Books or Movies: Books! 5. Windows or Mac: Windows. 6. DC or Marvel: DC. I never really had a chance to get into Marvel. 7. Xbox or Playstation: OKAY. So, here’s the thing...I hate both Sony and Microsoft. But I actually like both of those consoles? I tend to favor Xbox, though, cuz it has 99% of my favorite games on it. 8. Dragon Age or Mass Effect: Dragon Age 9. Night Owl or Early Rise: Night owl. Please don’t attempt to wake me, apparently I argue with people in my sleep. 10. Cards or Chess: Both? Maybe more cards than chess. 11. Chocolate or Vanilla: Chocolate 12. Vans or Converse: I wear combat boots everywhere...but both are nice. I think I have a couple pairs of Batman-themed Converse that I’m saving for an appropriate occasion. 13. Lavellan, Trevelyan, Cadash or Adaar: Lavellan 14. Fluff or Angst: BOTH AT THE SAME TIME Why can’t I write fluff??? -sobs- 16. Dogs or Cats: Better question is why choose? Why not cuddle both and sneeze from twice as many allergies? 17. Clear Skies or Rain: Rain. Thunderstorms scared me for years, but they’re pretty common here (if we get a storm, that is) so now I’m just like “yes, good, more rain please”. 18.Cooking or Eating Out: Depends on how lazy/inspired I am. Also how broke I am. 19. Spicy Food or Mild Food: SPICY 20. Halloween/Samhain or Solstice/Yule/Chirstmas: Halloween/Samhain all year round! 21. Would you rather forever be a little too cold or a little too hot: I get sick from everything heat really easily, so I’d honestly rather be too cold. Can always put on another sweater. 22. If you could have a superpower, what would it be: Something that would let me borrow other people’s powers, even if they were dormant, just so I could try them all. 23. Animation or Live Action: Depends on the show/movie. Both have their perks. 24. Paragon or Renegade: I’ve never played Mass Effect. =( But, judging by how I play through other games, Paragon 25. Baths or Showers: Baths. If I never had to get out, I’d be perfectly fine with that as long as the water stayed warm. 26. Team Cap or Team Iron Man: Neither? Guy who plays Stark is pretty hot, though. 27. Fantasy or Sci-fi: Both? 28. Do you have three or four favorite quotes? If so, what are they?
“We're all gonna die. The only question is when. This is as good a place as any to take your first steps to heaven. The only question is how you check out. Do you want it on your feet, or on your fucking knees... begging?! I ain't much for begging! Nobody ever gave me nothing! So I say fuck that thing! Let's fight it!” - Dillon, Alien 3
“Some grief is too great, even Death may keep it’s distance.“ - Theresa, Fable II
“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.” - H.P. Lovecraft
Not a quote, but I want to quote a specific bit from Dorian Gray and it’s too long. OTL (Maybe if someone actually wants to read it, I’ll post it?) Also wanna quote Edgar Allan Poe and Charles Baudelaire, but there’s too many options, so just know my fourth quote would have been something from those.
29. YouTube or Netflix: Both are nice, though YouTube is somewhat less so. 30. Harry Potter or Percy Jackson: Harry Potter 31. When Do You Feel Accomplished: When I actually get something finished. The other day I completed my third long fic and am still having happy “I did something” feels. Also when I get reviews. 32. Star Wars or Star Trek: BOTH 33. Paperback Books or Hardback Books: Hmm...I like hardback books, but paperbacks are nice, too 34. Handwriting or Typing: Depends on what I’m writing, tbh. 35. Velvet or Satin: ...what is the fabric for, because that’s really gonna change my answer here. 36. Video Games or Movies: Video games. 37. Would you rather be the dragon or own the dragon: Why can’t I be a dragon that owns a dragon? 38. Sunrise or Sunset: Both <3 39. What’s your favorite song: Why are you tormenting me like this? Why make me choose? (I have been pretty obsessed with Prismo’s Neverland lately, though. Also Vancouver Sleep Clinic’s Stakes.) 40. Horror Movies, yes or no: I wanna say yes, but I also want to sleep when I can. 41. Long or Short Hair: Long 42. Opera or Theatre: Theatre 43. Assuming the multiverse theory is true and that every story ever told has really happened somewhere, which one of the movie/book/tv show/game/etc worlds would you pick to travel to first: -throws self into Fable, burrows into the soil, and never leaves- 44. If you had to eat only one thing for the rest of your life what would it be: I’m tempted to say pizza, but definitely soup! I can eat soup nonstop. Alternately, eel sushi...which is my absolute favorite food. You now know my ultimate weakness. 45. Older guys or young guys: I see your question and I’m gonna raise you with sass master partners. 46. If you could erase any show from TV history, what would it be: I...don’t...know...? I don’t really watch tv? 47. Singing or Dancing: Singing. Loudly. When no one’s watching me. I used to sing in talent shows? And it was terrifying. Now I just kinda sing nonstop when no one’s around. 48. Instagram or Twitter: Twitter, though I’m not around much anymore. 49. Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit: I only ever really got into the Hobbit book? But I liked all the movies for both. They were fun. 50. If you could create either a sequel or bring back any tv show/movie, what would you choose: A sequel for the original Teen Titans cartoons, alternately...another Riddick movie or a sequel to Labyrith...though that might feel weird with Mr. Bowie not...well.... 51. Who is your movie/tv show character that you are looking up to and why? I’m kinda struggling with this one. I relate to more game characters, tbh? But if I had to pick...probably Ellen Ripley. I first saw the Alien movies when I was very, very smol, but Ripley made a huge impact on me? She showed that you can be strong and vulnerable and survive everything that comes your way as long as you’re determined enough and it was really a lesson I needed at the time and still need on occasion. 52. If you were ever convicted of a crime, what would it be? -innocently pushes legal record out of view- Either protesting or getting into a fight because someone was in trouble and I wanted to help them. Also wandering into a place I’m not supposed to be in because I was reading and not paying attention because that’s basically what happened. 53. Anime- subbed or dubbed? Depends on the cast. 54. City or countryside? Both have their perks??? 55. What book have you read over and over? Harry Potter. I read them so many times I just can’t anymore. Which is a shame because I miss them. Also, the Forbidden Game series by LJ Smith...which sounds like a cheap smutty romance, but it’s actually about a shadow demon abducting a group of teenagers into another realm and tormenting them with their worst nightmares until dawn. There’s also a bit of romance. But, yeah, my beloveds I read too much and can no longer read, though I wish I could. Also, shout out to Tom Becker’s Darkside series which I’m on my...4th read through? Discounting all the times I read the first two books? And I’m trying desperately not to burn myself out on. 56. What is your personality type? INTP
My question: 57: What’s your go to comfort item?
There is just about one less question than I currently have followers, so anyone who wants to do this? Y’all can do it. ^^
#that last question was tough#I ran through about a dozen different questions OTL#but it was fun!#thanks for tagging <3#Rae gets tagged

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH? 4-6 is preferable.
WHICH HOUSING COMPLEX DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN?: I'd prefer to live in either Chatham or Patterson, bu I'd be okay in any of them. I would also prefer to only share a room with one other girl, however I would be willing to share a room with two, as long as I don't get the top bunk. I'm a little terrified of falling off!
ALUMNI? Nope!
LIFESTYLE
DO YOU PARTY? HOW OFTEN? It depends on what you mean by party. I can't say I'm necessarily game for clubbing or apartment parties with an insane amount of people. BUT, I am totally down for Pizza Parties and Board games!
SMOKE? No
DRINK? Currently, No. However, given that I'll be in Disney and I'll be 21 by the time I'm there, I'll probably have a drink on a few occasions
COOK? I know a few dishes, but I'm really more of a baker. Are you a night person or morning person? Definitely a night person.
SNORE? No
WHAT DOES YOUR BEDROOM CURRENTLY LOOK LIKE? I’m definitely not a neat freak and I’m not gonna lie, I can sometimes get pretty messy. I like my organized chaos, but I never let it get too bad. And given the apartment inspections, I'll be under more pressure to keep clean then I am now. As for decor, I like bright colors and my nerdy Disney and Broadway posters.
DO YOU LIKE IT WHEN YOU'RE HOT OR COLD? Cold, but not too cold. I like wearing blankets. I also like a having a fan on. The sound helps me sleep.
WOULD YOU RATHER GO OUT OR STAY IN? I like having time alone, but I also know that this is a rare opportunity, and I want to experience all of it.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO ON YOUR DAYS OFF? I spend time with friends, watch Netflix, and I'm currently learning how to sew.
DO YOU WORK OUT A LOT? It really depends on the kind of work out. It's not my favorite thing in the world, but I don't hate it either. I probably should work out more then I do, and I'll probably set some goals for myself while I'm in Disney.
PERSONALITY
THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOU: easy-going, funny(At least I'd like to think so), NERD
ONE GOOD QUALITY: I'm a great listener. If there's anything you need talk about, or you just want to vent, I'm a great person to go to. There's absolutely no judgement here.
ONE BAD QUALITY: I can get anxious it certain situation, but it's something I'm working on and I'm getting better.
OUTGOING OR QUIET: I'm quiet at first, but pretty outgoing once you really get to know me.
DO YOU LIKE HANGING OUT WITH PEOPLE OR KEEPING TO YOURSELF? I like a little bit of both, but when it really comes down to it I think I prefer hanging out with other people.
WHAT WOULD YOU WANT IN A ROOMMATE? Someone that I can talk to and share experiences with. Someone who likes to Nerd Out! Someone who doesn't smoke and someone who is responsible.
BIGGEST PET PEEVES? I don't have any that I can think of right now.
MESSY OR ORGANIZED? As I said before, I like my organized chaos.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT SHARING? Sharing is caring! But, ultimately it depends on what we're sharing. That's certainly something we can discuss.
DO YOU LIKE HAVING PEOPLE OVER A LOT? As, I said before, I like my alone time, but I also enjoy being with my friends and chilling at home. I wouldn't want them over every night, but I love meeting new people and I'm totally open to discussing the terms for having guests over.
FAVORITE THING TO DO: I'm an acting major, so being on stage is my favorite thing to do. But if I can't do that, I like watching Netflix and spending time with friends. I also like doing both those things at the same time! I also really enjoy listening to podcasts. I've even dabbled a little bit in recording some of my own.
FAVORITE MUSIC: Be prepared to listen to all the showtunes.
FAVORITE TV SHOWS: So many!!!! Supernatural, Bates Motel, Jane the Virgin, How to get Away with Murder, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Nikita, Boy Meets World, Gilmore Girls, Sherlock, Stranger Things
FAVORITE MOVIES: Even More!!! Kingsman, Superbad, Kick-Ass, Princess Bride, Wizard of Oz, White Christmas, Scream, Hairspray, Mirrormask, Clueless, The Cabin in the Woods, The Harry Potter series, Goonies, The Sandlot, Sound of Music, Hidden Figures, etc. I'll get to Disney in the next session.
FAVORITE VIDEO GAMES: Kingdom Hearts, Mass Effect, Mario Kart, The Walking Dead Game
FAVORITE PODCASTS: I added this category because I'm seriously obsessed with the Gilmore Guys right now.
FAVORITE FOOD: Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Volcano Cake
FAVORITE CANDY: Twix, Dark Chocolate
FAVORITE COLOR: Purple and Teal
DISNEY!!
FAVORITE CHARACTER: Genie, Mulan, Lilo, Stitch, Ursula, Joy, Sadness, Jack Kelley,
FAVORITE MOVIE: This answer changes a lot, but after seeing the staged recording of Newsies: The Broadway Hit Musical three(soon to be 4) times has really reinvigorated my love for the original film. I love it and the Broadway show soooooooooooo much, it's hard to even describe. If we're only talking animated movies, the three that currently hold the biggest place in my heart are Lilo and Stitch, Mulan, and Beauty and the Beast
FAVORITE DISNEY CHANNEL SHOW: So Weird, it's a show not a lot of people remember, but the first two seasons are pretty fantastic. I also loved Suite Life, and I hold a dear place in my heart for the recently cancelled Girl Meets World, mostly because I'm a HUGE Boy Meets World Fan.
FAVORITE DISNEY CHANNEL MOVIE: The Halloweentown Trilogy (Fourth movie, what fourth movie?)
FAVORITE PARK: Epcot, but Magic Kingdom is a close second.
FAVORITE RIDE: Carousel of Progress, Dinosaur, Test Track, Ellen's Energy Adventure, Journey of the Little Mermaid, It's a Small World, Star Tours

The Orchard Scene According to Me
(Once day, I will probably add the images of the scene here myself, but you can find the Dark Horse version of the scene I'm talking about here)
My personal analysis of the orchard scene and why I think leaving it (or anything comparative) out of the anime was a huge mistake they should forever be kicking themselves for. (Perhaps not quite as hard as they should be kicking themselves for Eagle's death or the WTF-ery that was Sierra's excuse for a side plot, but kicking themselves regardless)
Let's start with the setup. Umi's wandering around after Hikaru finally awake again, contemplating just why Hikaru could enter the road when Umi couldn't. She doesn't have an answer for this, and dwelling on it doesn't seem to be getting her anywhere. Thankfully, there's a convenient distraction just around the corner.
Hey, look, it's Ascot, local Disney Princess and his animal friends! [Insert personal headcanon: It's entirely possible that Umi has not encountered Ascot at all since their initial reunion in volume four. Given this guy had to be dragged out of hiding for that one reunion to even happen and that we didn't see him in volume five (save one quick general reference), I don't think it's much of a stretch to suggest he currently lacks the nerve to try talking to her himself.] [Personal headcanon addendum: This is not wholly a 'trouble talking to cute person' situation. It's easy to forget this in season two given what a cinnamon roll he is now, but Ascot did start out as a villain. A villain who was more than ready to kill the Magic Knights ('Hey, my friends can play with them like little dolls!' anyone?). That Umi was able to forgive that once he backed down and even come to sympathize with his situation is such strength of heart, the fact that Ascot is so hesitant to impose on her just goes to show how very aware he is that he didn't deserve it.]
Umi greets him cheerfully. There is nothing in any of her mannerisms to suggest that she bears him any ill will or distrusts him. In fact, if she did, she probably wouldn't have bothered to show herself, or at the very least, there would've been some hesitation before approaching. There would've been none of that hand-holding action, for sure. (Wait, Ascot was holding a bowl of fruit in that one panel, where'd it disappear to in the next one? Oh, who cares, give me that accidental touching)
Okay, let's take a moment to review real quick. Umi shows up out of the blue (hey, how'd that pun get there?), treating Ascot like nothing less than a close friend on sight despite everything, and on top of that, oh, hand-hold? At this point, is it any goddamn wonder Ascot likes her so much?
But, here's the thing. It doesn't stop there. Next, Umi greets the nearest beast. Remember how Ascot's whole motive for helping Zagato in the first place was the beasts? Remember just how upset he was over people not being able to accept them, how torn-up he was over realizing what he himself was doing to them? Remember just how much it affected him when she did that the first time (another beautiful moment that should've been in the anime)? And here she is, doing it again. Not even giving the poor sensitive summoner's heart a chance to recover from the last onslaught. Absolutely merciless.
And, bless Umi, there's more. Now she's telling him she's proud of him. When she left him in the shrine first season, she'd been worried. Even with everything she'd already done for him, she'd wished she hadn't had to leave him like that, she'd wanted to do more. She'd wondered if saving Princess Emeraude and Cephiro would really help him, and I think she suspected it wouldn't do much, that there were too many other issues afoot. For her to come back and find he's managed to get that at least somewhat sorted out, especially considering how many of the Magic Knights initial efforts in Cephiro turned out so horribly, it's got to be a relief to have something turn out okay. So, yeah, she's proud.
Now, once again, consider just how much it probably means to Ascot to hear that from her. From someone that's done so much for him, that means so much to him, that just up until a few days back at most, he had no real expectation of ever seeing again. He's barely squeaked out two short sentences this whole time and she just keeps layering on the goodness.
[Another headcanon for consideration: At this point, Umi isn't sure what Ascot's thinking, but she definitely wants him to like her, at least on friend terms. She might still feel bad about killing some of his friends/'abandoning' him at the shrine, so on top of just being genuinely happy to get the chance to catch up with a friend, she's likely being extra nice with that in mind. It's just given Ascot's already favorable opinion and precious sensitive soul, well, while trying for 'someone Ascot doesn't hate' she accidentally managed 'someone Ascot would follow to the ends of the world if she let him'. Overkill would be putting it lightly.]
Moving on, she reaches for his hat, a sort of parallel to that time she did the same in the first part (another scene needlessly cut from the anime). If you haven't noticed already, Umi's a touchy person. It's cute. Only this time, she can't quite reach (insert waa-waa music here). She follows up with an, "Oh, must be because your heart matured," as if she hadn't been sweet enough already, and finally, Ascot finds himself some words. Tentatively at first, just enough to get her attention, and then…
BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!
Ascot just gave her the credit for pretty much everything good she's said about him just now. And the best part? He's not trying to impress. He's just being completely honest. She's just been overloading him with feels the past minute or so, surely it'd be okay to let her know something, right? Umi clearly wasn't expecting that. Going back to my own headcanons, she hasn't seen all that much of Ascot, she might not have been entirely sure he even wanted to be her friend. Until he just went and blew all that uncertainty out of the water, that is.
Then, next panel, SHE'S the one complaining about being embarrassed. Oh, Umi, you precious hypocrite, you. Dishes it but just can't take it. Meanwhile, Ascot's all 'Oops, I've said too much' despite only managing a total of maybe five sentences. She de-escalates the feels by bringing it back to the fruit-picking, offering to help out. This is followed by Yaris offering his services as Ultimate Cherry Picker™ and World's Greatest Wingman™. Some indeterminate time later, we see her still there, picking that fruit, just about as happy as we've ever seen her. Fuu and Ferio come around, and she mentions this being something she did a lot of back in grade school.
Just getting to see Umi 'contents under pressure' Ryuuzaki relax for a bit is refreshing. Much like a mother who can't go five minutes without their kids getting into trouble, however, it's short-lived, and we find out Hikaru's gone missing. Alas. End Scene.
Now, this nice dynamic Ascot and Umi have in the manga, this sweetness that still holds whether or not you ship them, it fails in the anime because they only bothered to transcribe half of it. They get 'Ascot being an absolute cinnamon roll who'd die for her if the occasion arose' but they left out so much of 'Umi honestly caring that this guy find his way despite everything'. In the manga, you can debate about whether or not her feelings could be or turn romantic in nature, but you can't pretend their friendship is one-sided. In the anime, it's almost conspiratorial how many of the scenes they cut that show how much she cared.
Leaving this particular scene in (or coming up with something equivalent) could've fixed the discrepancy. While I might not like their decision to push things in the Clemi direction in the anime, I could've accepted it if it didn't seem to come at the cost of what was a beautiful friendship. As Elizabeth Bennet once said of Mr. Darcy, "I'd more easily forgive his vanity had he not wounded mine."
So, that's my thoughts on the orchard scene. Well, not all of them, if I'm completely honest, but the real meat of it. Hope it was either informative, thought-provoking, or just entertaining.
#too many thoughts on a scene that was only six manga pages#that is how I roll#umi ryuuzaki#palu ascot#magic knight rayearth#otp#umi ascot#Dragons and Monsters#are you pondering what I'm pondering?#meta#my stuff

Pretty sure this is like 7 surveys in one yikes.
On Saturdays, I like to… Attempt to sleep in, hang out with mark, order take out.
Where would you like to be a missionary to? I would not.
What’s better — toilet paper rolled over top or underneath? There’s literally no difference.
Which Scooby-Doo character are you most like (Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Fred, Velma, the monster, Scrappy?) Velma.
If you had to endure one natural disaster (i.e. hurricane, tornado, etc), what would you pick and why? Nah, I’m good. Chicago is pretty good about not having natural disasters so lets keep it that way. The worst we get is trees being knocked over and like 100 ft of snow.
What movie or TV show do you take guilty pleasure in watching? Teen Mom 2.
If you had to describe your day as a traffic sign, what would it be? Yield.
What traditional stereotype would you classify yourself as? I don’t know.
What “group” did you belong to in high school? I didn’t really.
If you wrote a book about yourself…what would it be about? ...About myself, obviously.
If your house were burning down, what would you take and why? I seriously dislike this question.
Describe your favorite pair of PJ’s. I just got fair isle pikachu pj pants that I am in love withhhhh.
How many handbags do you own? A handful. BUH DUM TISS.
If this were your last day alive, what would you say to your friends? I have no idea.
What is your very favorite part of your day? Sleeping.
