Alright, general Angmar/Mordor PSA since this has happened twice now and that makes it a pattern: If one person enters a Nazgul portal and then immediately leaves before anyone else arrives, it closes the portal and the Nazgul will not respawn. So if you're the first person into a Nazgul portal then you need to wait until someone else comes in before leaving.

Also JSYK since a lot of people don't seem to, if you leave a Nazgul portal, even before the Nazgul spawns, you won't be able to reenter it. That's you opting out of the fight on that character until the next spawn.

I think what bothers me about Beastars season 3 is how it's almost scared to have its characters fuck up...?

I'm mostly thinking about the scene where Melon and Legoshi meet. In the anime Legoshi catches up to him and is then shot by Melon because Yahya didn't make it in time. But in the manga Legoshi and Yahya do catch and manage to cuff him. But when Yahya leaves to call for backup, Melon and Legoshi start to talk and Legoshi lets him go. And THEN he gets shot with his own gun. It's a good way to establish Melon as a very manipulative, clever and remorseless character but also shows an interesting dynamic: Legoshi sees his mother in Melon. He sees his future child in Melon. And because of that he HAS to save Melon. Because he won't be able to live with himself if he can't.

But I think the anime cut that because they were worried people would go "why did Legoshi let Melon go is he stupid?" and they wanted to keep Legoshi's uwu pure wolf boy can do no wrong image he had going for him. Anyway. More proof that show writers should not be allowed to have twitter.

sometimes I just open lotro, turn off the music and let my character ride the horse from one stable to another. no doing other things, just the sound of horse riding in game while I sit there and either do something completely unimportant or stare at my character and watch the Middle-Earth scenery.

If you're in need of judaica, you can not sleep on going to thrift, antique, and consignment stores. There are some things you just won't be able to thrift, but going to these stores has given me pretty much every bit of judaica that supports me. I feel like it's a great good luck omen to get these things that are (often) older than you - it's magical.

Anyway, I just got a bread box for my challah and shabbos candlesticks - almost everything in the background was also received secondhand, too!

When I was in junior high/early high school my mom got this thing called "BARK" which was an app that let her see everything I did on my phone, and it would ping every single thing that had graphic, violent, sexual, or "crude" language

The thing is, I realized so fast that it was picking up on usernames of screenshots on Pinterest, and it would ping any song I listened to it was sexual or violent, and I was listening to Hollywood undead on loop for like months at that point

These are things that didn't bother my mom, so I just started looking for pins and saving everything that I could that had swear words in it or usernames were sexual, id play only songs I knew would get pinged

And she got so many notifications she couldn't look through all of them to find what I was doing, because I shit you not I got this to email her every second of the damn day that I was awake for

She got so annoyed she deleted it

It was my first true act of rebellion and I never stop using how powerful annoying someone actually is
