back to sketching more bill fashion designs ⚠️
#gravity falls#bill cipher#costume design#so this one would be Complex#its highly inspired by the ziegfeld follies. specifically all the costumes with the big wireframe headdresses and capes and such#the dress itself is inspired by a 1960s barbie dress thoughf djksla solo in the spotlight#i remembered it and was like hey that frill at the bottom hem is vaguely triangular. put it to print.#im not quite sure yet how id make the extra arms. some sort of strong wire attached... somehow to the dress#the attachment point could be hidden by the gold frills#might have to include some kind of boning in the dress as a counterbalance on the arms#and also learn how to sew a dress :/#the things dangling from the neckpiece are just little beaded strands with a tiny golden hand hanging at the end#oddly enough the giant lace neckpiece would be the easiest part of this design to make😭😭#next up: the monster bill design#that ones gonna be a sparkly red jumpsuit. think esmes skiing outfit from netflix asoue but with more teeth and tongues#fluffle art#fashion design#im getting serious about planning a fashion show with these designs now. im gonna buckle down at the start of december and research venues#if any of yall live in nyc and know how to play jazz percussion hmu jfkldsa#bc i WILL be playing trumpet in a live jazz band if i end up doing this show. and yes i will be wearing an eyeball costume while i play.#and i need a percussionist. and maybe a sax player. and possibly a bassist.

#bill cipher#gravity falls#fashion design#??? sort of???#the bottom middle ones are most definitely my favs. in part bc theyll actually be possible to make jfkdlsa#top left is also my fav but needs work#bottom right i hate but felt like doing a sibling for the original eyeball design. i might mess with it more or just scrap it#top right is the loosest obviously and doesnt really have an idea beyond 'can i make a wireframe and glue it to someones shoulders'#the black and white one needs a bunch of work but ive got a set theme in mind for that one so i miiiiight stick with it#and the triangles one is just bc i wanna make a triangle headpiece based off this googly eye mask i found#bottom left is meh. just an excuse to mess with that kind of gauzy layered fabric and see if i could make it pyramidesque#im having fun though!!!#ive got like 4 other concepts in mind that i need to figure out but havent got any sketches down for them yet#but for now: back to my regularly scheduled effigy work. just had to extract these from my brain real quick.#fluffle art

#gravity falls#bill cipher#sculpture#he needs all his arms still#and his other leg. but I'm waiting on that one bc it's gonna be the support attached to the pillar#so far he's just stuck with lollipop stick limbs#here you can see the three different kitchen tables at three different houses I've worked on him at#so I'm having a super difficult time making myself do art rn#on account of. you know. the Despair.#but I'm forcing myself to do it anyway. for bill.#and also so that I can put this finished statue in a portfolio and apply to do fabrication at a local theatre#but mostly for bill. you're the light of my life you stupid triangle. you're keeping me goin man#I'm glad that foil is really fun to work with so this project doesn't feel like a slog#I highly recommend that everyone try a foil sculpture. it's great and it is very quick#make your own bill#tie a string to his hat and dangle him from the ceiling above your bed so he smacks you in the face when you bolt awake in the morning#fluffle art#fluffle sculpts#after his limbs are done I just have to jam him onto the pedestal and touch up the fire a bit around him#then figure out how to make all the things he's holding#the necklace in particular is gonna be an Issue
