POV: you wake up from a mouse bite induced coma

you're going about your normal day when, suddenly, surprise! you've been pokémon mystery dungeon'd!

unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the pokémon assigning quiz has been canceled. instead, you must spin THE WHEEL, assigning you a random, unevolved, non-legendary and non-mythical pokémon. you must now go on some sort of world-saving adventure as this pokémon. good luck!

tell me in the tags what you rolled, and how you feel about it - for bonus points, you can spin the wheel again for (or just take your pick of) a pokémon to be your partner.

bonus rules:

you're not shiny unless the wheel tells you you're shiny

@pricetagged has me vibrating about 'small video creator' with this and I can't stop thinking about it, but flipped and shaken around in a jar a bit? (cw stalking)

Like, imagine seeing some small faceless ‘outdoor survival tutorial’ channel pop up in your endless scroll. Zero comments, three likes; all most likely family or mates- so you drop him a like and a comment. It’s a simple ‘nice tutorial! Haven't been camping in a while, but might need it someday!’

Checking your notifications later, you find a response from the creator- two unpunctuated paragraphs- all an almost illegible mix of scottish slang and texting shorthand, clear he’s more so talking at you in his peculiar ramblings. It's interesting, to say the least, but you leave it be.

You get busy, and your usage of the app drops for a week all while the morbid fascination eats at you, finally dragging you back to check the strange reply once again- only, there's more now.

He’s seemingly been using the reply section as a journal addressed to you directly; he asks questions about you, drops little hints about his life as a veteran, tells you what he’s been up to that day, asks if you like his recent videos- it's somewhat mortifying given the situation. 

Tapping on his profile you find he’s uploaded a lot since then; all innocuous survival tip videos with single digit views- but one stands out, posted less than a day ago.
