I’m ‘restricting myself and creating an aesthetic around it’ because I struggle with an illness and I am trying to find ways to make myself feel better.

I’m starving myself to death for my own validation, no one else's. I’m starving myself to death for the mental illness that I struggle with.

I have never seen anyone on edblr romanticize pedophilia, only older men, but non-ED tumblrs do that too. I do not romanticize older men, as I am queer, as are many others who are on edblr.

I would keep trying to ‘get a grip,’ but that’s unfortunately not how mental illness works. That’s like telling someone with depression to just be happier.

I will agree that this site does have an eating disorder problem, but I am part of it so I don’t really care.
