don't know how to say this without sounding like im insane, but i think my dr is wrong. tsh tested at 6 (healthy range for lab ends at 4.2), so she tested my free t4, and it's .99, just barely inside the healthy range (ends at .95). so she said "hey it's fine you're good lol 👍 also the high tsh could just be bc of ur testosterone hrt 👍"

and. i love her and she's always been super helpful. but it feels *wrong*. why do the symptoms match up. why does it feel like my thyroid is a bit swollen. it feels like too many coincidences to just wave away, and i hate to say that. i hate to add another health concern to my plate to pursue. but it feels like if i dont, id just be burying my head in the sand and pretending it's not there.

I just started watching Brideshead Revisited, the first 12 minutes have been DELIGHTFUL. I can't help but think of them as Richard Papen and Francis Abernathy on a date though 😍

i have seen a lot of discussions about how people organize their books and i have an alternative. when you put a book on a shelf, ask yourself a question:

do you think this book you are holding would like its neighbours? would those books like each other? would they have interesting conversations? would they vibe with each other?

yes? then it's the right place! your books will spend a lot of time on the shelf, so better make it more pleasant.
