Demon Busters Interlude (1)— Muichirou, Senjurou, and Nezuko!
Tumblr media
Next Part>>
<<Previous Part
This took a while but here’s the next installment of the Demon Busters au! This one focuses on Muichirou, Senjurou, and Nezuko. If you aren’t familiar with Demon Busters you can check out the previous part here! In short, this is a modern kny au where people have been dying to demon attacks at alarming rates, so the Demon Slayer Corps went through a massive update and rebrand, now they are called the Demon Busters!
—Lore Dump Incoming!—
In this au Muichirou, Senjurou, and Nezuko are best friends and form an unlikely trio of a demon, a hashira, and a normal kid. The word “normal” is used loosely here since despite coming from a long line of fire hashira, Senjurou Rengoku just can’t seem to get it together. No matter how hard he trained he just couldn’t get a grip on the techniques of fire breathing that have been passed down in his family for generations. As a result, he gave up on it altogether choosing to do what most kids his age do and go to school.
Muichirou and Senjurou were introduced by Kyojuro. They go to the same school, and even though they didn’t seem to get along initially they were able to connect with each other despite the Muichirou’s constant absences and horrible memory. After Senjurou’s brother passed way in the battle with upper moon 3, Senjurou met Nezuko when he was introduced to Tanjirou. He thought Nezuko was strange since she was a Demon Buster despite being a demon herself. It made him wonder, if Nezuko was able to slay demons despite being one what was stopping him from slaying demons? Despite everything, they became fast friends.
If you were to ask these three how they became such close friends in the first place, there would probably be a weird jumble of answers. The truth is, they all met because of Tanjirou in some way. They all knew him, and then they all got to know each other, then one thing led to another and they found themselves hanging out with each other. Muichirou and Nezuko get into all kinds of mischief, demon related or not. Senjurou tries his best to help them but sometimes he just can’t, which is probably why Genya became part of their little group as well. Genya doesn’t come around often, being busy with Demon Busting and all, but there’s never a dull moment when he’s around.
Even though he can’t be around his friends all the time, knowing that they’re there gives Senjurou solace. Before he met them, he felt so lonely all the time. He didn’t really get along with a lot of his classmates at school and talking to his dad was…. Not the best idea. On top of that he couldn’t even get into the Demon Busters. His only true friend was his older brother, (and Ms. Kanroji who came to visit sometimes) but even their friendship didn’t last forever as his death came so suddenly. After he died, Senjurou felt truly alone. Until he met his friends, that is. His brother’s death brought him closer to Muichirou and caused him to meet more people in the Demon Busters. Now, with a life that isn’t perfect, but full of laughter Senjurou isn’t a loner anymore, and he gets a front row seat to the hijinks that ensue in the life of a Demon Buster!
———
Thanks for reading this lore dump! Muichirou, Senjurou, and Nezuko’s friendship is a very important part of this au and they are extremely silly together! Also this isn’t mentioned in the lore dump, but Muichirou is into photography because it helps him with his memory (I’ll tell you more about this later). Thank you guys so much for your support on this silly au! The new episode that came out actually destroyed me since I know what’s about to happen, and this is my way of coping. See you guys in the next one!!

Finished watching Dead Boy Detectives. Here are my honest thoughts.
-If you're going into it expecting another Good Omens, stop. Our protagonists are all minors. Teenagers. They cuss, they have total dirty mouths and sexual humor, but they are not eternal beings pretending to be middle aged men. They're ghosts. Dead Boys, if you will. Also this might be a stretch, but I'm assuming from the slightly less good CGI that the budget for this series was a LOT less than what it was for GO
-Edwin is kind of a dick in the first episode. But it's okay. Because character growth is swag.
-REALISTIC CHARACTER GROWTH!!! I liked Edwin a LOT more during the second episode BECAUSE of the character growth. And honestly? It's completely natural that bro is more than a little prickly after only being able to trust one guy for an extremely long time. Fair enough my guy. Carry on.
- this show kinda has Nimona vibes. If that makes sense. Witty humor, somewhat sexual dialogue, funny moments during serious times, though geared towards a younger audience. If you like those kinds of things, you will like this, I'm sure of it.
- In the early episodes, the pacing/character relationships feel a little off??? I'm not sure if that was because I was expecting another Good Omens or what. But after 2-3 episodes, the dust quickly settled and we got into the actual storyline. Which was extremely appreciated✨
-these villains are FUCKED up. I'm telling you. They are HORRIFIC. Had me squirming and cringing through their intense scenes. And gosh. That was a TRIP.
-TY TENANT PLAYS THE MAIN GUY EDWIN!!!! And he plays him WELL. I did not realize this going in to the show and thought his face was VERY familiar. Only after I looked it up did I realize why. He's our sassy son of Job. (EDIT: turns out Ty plays the Doom Patrol version. Not the one on Netflix. My bad! They do look pretty similar though, so ykw. Great casting. Also my point still stands. This guy is a pretty fuckin awesome actor. 10/10)
-Cat King is such a wild card holy SHIT.
-Charles is cute as fuck. His backstory HURTS. But also. I love the way his ears look. Like in the pictures that I saw of him they were of when the Cat King impersonated him so I was like oh chill. So he's got pointed ears bc feline but NOPE. He's just like that!! And honestly? Slay. I fuckin love it.
-oh did I mention tragic backstories???? Yeah we got those :D for everyone :D
-Niko is the best and I love her. Also I love how the letters on her desk are written in Japanese. That is a VERY nice touch of character building.
-hot butcher lady with throat tattoo
All in all. A truly delightful series and I genuinely hope it gets another season because I NEED to know what happens next. My little sister LOVED it and the ending had us all staring open mouthed at the TV screen in shock.
This 15yo girl is literally ranting my ear off, having adventures with the Dead Boys in her dreams and chatting with me about it, searching up fanfics and drawing fanart, the whole shabang. And it is DIFFICULT for this girl to get into shows like this. So honestly? This is perfect. Thank you, Neil. For giving us a whole other banger.
That being said. If anybody else has some younger siblings that are around 15-17 and are looking for shows to binge watch together, this is the perfect one. I'm telling you, you will NOT regret it (except maybe emotionally)
Thoroughly recommend.

Today was a tough one lovelies. I really want to thank all of you who reached out when I was struggling, it meant a lot to me. I know some of you said we didn't know each other-- but I just wanna throw out there that you're part of this crew, and even if we haven't talked or interacted much, your love means the world to me and everyone else you send it to. Every single one of you who's willing to reach out-- to a friend/crewmate who has asked, or hasn't asked and just looks like they need it, or you're just spreading a bit of joy-- you make this world such a better place. You take sadness and you turn it into solace and comfort. You share a little piece of yourself to make someone else's missing pieces start to be whole again.
I just want you to know how powerful that kindness is. It can mean the absolute world to someone when they are truly down, to know they are seen and cared about, even by the briefest of acquaintance. Seriously, thank you. You are a glimmer of sunshine on hard days and the impact you make is immense. Tonight, I just want to say thank you so so much for your kindness. Love you crew, I hope you're well.

So I've finally finished Bloodhounds (+ ahjussi collection)
...and I have no idea where to start and what to say and how to feel.
Tumblr media
No, wait, please hear me out.
It was b l o o d y and at parts a very difficult watch, as it has lots of explicit fighting scenes, which look extremely realistic and cruel. So cruel that I had to close my eyes and not watch, I even skipped many & i'm not sorry. However, there are also parts so heartwarming that it makes you forget about all the crimes and gore for a moment. So, it's up to you to decide if it's worth the struggle. Since the violence could be a bit too much for many, let's just say I do and don't recommend this one at the same time. Personally, one of things I greatly enjoyed is the subtle comic tone of Gun-woo's and Woo-jin's interactions with each other and their characters which represent people doing sports professionally so well, the purity of their hearts and lack of malice in everything they do, since they truly do live for the sports. Then there are two absolutely powerful and skillful young women, Hyeong-ju and Da-min, playing such important roles in the entire series, each of them individually contributing so much to the entire plan of bringing the bad guys down and saving what could still be saved. And also, one of the most enjoyable parts were definitely the bonds that came out of these newly formed friendships. Younger acting crew did an amazing job. In comparison to the older and experienced ahjussi crew (I'll get to them in a bit), they've got some serious talent. It must have been a huge undertake for both Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi to live up to the expectations of the entire team behind this drama. And they did it. They absolutelly slayed.
Tumblr media
If you still haven't watched this drama, trust me when I say these two cinnamon rolls will instantly win your heart right at the beginning of the first episode. They're like the most perfect two besties you'd want to be besties with too. And yeah, you'll suffer thru all the horrors just to see them win the biggest battle of their lives. Gosh, every time I tried typing something coherent about them it just ended up being lots of crying shaking throwing up. They're the best, ok? And this is best I can do. ╥﹏╥
And while our marine boys scratched so many itches around this platform, I have to mention the absolute gentlemen that starred in this series and swept me off my feet *deepest sigh ever*
So many great actors took part in Bloodhounds, it's hard to believe my own eyes at times. Whoever was in charge of the casting did a killer job. I couldn't even take the bad guys seriously because they're freakishly handsome. Well, at least not until Kim Myung-gil brutally ended my favourite ahjussi trio damn you ep 6
What started as an obsession over two young marine guys and their bromance ended up as a hole in my heart over downfall of three middle aged criminals men and a will to trade all the money and gold bars for their lives. And more importantly, a huge appreciation for Korean actors over the age of 40.
No, let's be real. They're handsome and talented and great at their job and deserve all the love and support. With that in mind... here's a tiny screenshot dump because it would be a shame not to post it:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And I want to be normal about them and move on in peace but *internal screams* I've already mentioned Lee Hae-young in one of my earlier posts, addressing my obsession with the character he portrays, the sushi restaurant owner Hwang Yang-jung. And I know many people are obsessed with him too. But no one is speaking up. Which is silly. And tbh I really thought there would be more gifs of him and other men but...there's close to none? Can we talk about how fine this man is? How fine this whole ahjussi crew is? Can we... can we just acknowledge they sliced us all in tiniest pieces possible and burned us all till we turned into charcoal? Can we make a mess of kdrama side of tumblr by excessively posting about them? Pretty please?
It's true, I came for the boys, but stayed for these men. I'm not even joking when I say kdrama has me in a chokehold again, but this time for a whole new reason. Dropping everything just to watch series and movies these guys took part in sounds like the best idea at the moment. I even forgot about the new releases I started watching, which makes me laugh at myself, but... it is what it is. At some point, a girl just has to obsess over her favourite ahjussi, and that's okay.

watching inside no. 9 and those guys are really good actors fr. like take rs as the douchey hedge fund husband in kid/nap. it's not a showy part but he's nailing it, every movement / line / expression is funny & recognisable & characterful. easily the highlight of the ep. and i have not seen him play that character before! you know? after doing that show for years he was still pulling out whole new characters. he has the range okay he has the range. or take sp in the best actress committee episode. again, not a flashy part or anything. potentially the generic dude in an ensemble cast of heightened archetypical characters. but sp makes him so funny and memorable by making him really cheerful and friendly. which shouldn't work but it really does. the way he says "it is! it is a real word! :D" slays me
if i had to choose sp's best performance that i've seen so far, idk what i'd choose but i would instinctively gravitate to love's great adventure. i feel it may be the epitome of what he does best, which is arguably the opposite of what rs does best.* which is theoretically what you want in a double act, right? you can see some potential versions of this very loosely defined contrast on display in e.g. bernie clifton or misdirection, say. if they wanted to repeatedly fall back on an easy double act dynamic, they could slip into their roles from quiet night in or bernie clifton so comfortably every time. but the point is that they can both do both. they can both do just about everything. and they do! they both play every type of character & relationship & power dynamic you can imagine, and they never truly repeat themselves. fascinating double act behaviour. that's what not getting typecast looks like ig
*implying what rs does best is some form of smug soulless prick and/or haunted victorian doll. of the two of them, he definitely has more Edge. but he can absolutely play sweet & sincere when he needs to. unfortunately what i personally enjoy most is his gay characters, which is definitely just the fujo brainrot talking. like the nurse in how do you plead! that little guy was so cute. his little uniform and all his little mannerisms. he can have a little child murder, as a treat. he should get thrown around a little bit i think. that episode was mad qbbs by the way

Ok, one more Utena post even though I'm technically done with this year's rewatch.
There's a trope - an archetype, really, though I'm not sure if it's actually been named as one yet - in fairy tales where a female character, often a young one, is given instructions or some other form of social contract to follow, disobeys, and suffers peril and misfortune as a result. Little Red strays from the path and gets vored by a wolf, Goldilocks breaks into a house and gets eaten by bears, etc. It feels pointed to me because boy characters who do the same get the opposite result more often than not - Jack not only repeatedly breaks into a giant's house, but robs the place several times, makes out with the giant's wife, and murders the giant in cold blood when he's caught. There's counter examples you can find (boy who cried wolf did not come to a good end), but overall, the formula is:
disobedient boy gets a shitload of money and fame, often slays a monster or beast along the way
disobedient girl gets punished, often by way of being mauled by wild animals
With me so far?
Ok, so, Utena opens by establishing a purposeful artifice, telling the prologue of the story in the style of a shadowplay theater production, and structuring the narration as if it's a fairy tale. Utena, in this telling of the start of the story, is the disobedient girl. She is instructed to remain pure of heart so she can become a princess and marry a prince, and decides instead to be a pirnce herself. Not a pirncess, a dragon-slaying, damsel-rescuing prince. Instructions disobeyed, cue up the wild animals of disproportionate moralizing bad ends. They even end the narration with, "But was [a girl wanting to be a prince] such a good idea?"
In essence, gender roles, immutable, unchangeable gender roles, are the fairy tale that our characters playing out. And, as the show goes on, it extend even farther than that, where all sorts of societal expectations we force upon the young - gender roles, compulsive heterosexuality and monogamy, on and on it goes - are that fairy tale, that theater script, that theatrical artifice. These kids are being forced to become archetypes against their will.
And, by the standards and tropes of fairy tales, Utena must be punished for her disobedience. She must face a great humbling that either destroys her or forces her to obey. That's how the fairy tale goes - that's what's in the script of the shadowplay.
We even get reminded of this with our Nanami side stories - Nanami, even more than Utena, is the archetypal Disobedient Fairy Tale girl, and her episodes always focus on her getting humbled for one of her abundant character flaws (and often involve some trauma related to rampaging animals). She constantly reminds us what will become of the disobedient girl - and thus what will become of Utena.
But Nanami also breaks her narrative, which ends up being what our heroes must do as well. When she's set up for her ultimate humiliation - tricked by the brother who she has misplaced a great deal of her desperate need for affection onto into believing he's not biologically related to him, and thus could consummate her icky childish crush on him if she truly wanted to, which, as is later revealed, would just end up being for real incest since they actually ARE biologically related, and is all around icky regardless - Nanami decides to fucking bail. She wants to get away from everyone and her brother especially, she wants to go to another school, she wants to exit the narrative. She's forced to have a final bout with Utena, but ultimately not only avoids her ultimate humiliation/punishment for her disobedience, but makes good on her desire to leave the role she's assigned - from this point on, she has nothing to do with the plot of the show, appearing briefly in the background now and then and ducking out of the movie entirely.
And that, ultimately, is what Utena and Anthy do - as do at least three members of the supporting cast, possibly, depending on how you interpret things. They look at the fairy tale they've been made to live in and decide to fight tooth, nail, and tire tread (when Utena turbo teens into a car) to escape it. The ultimate disobedience, you could call it - a full on revolution.
I also think it's notable that the ultimate villain of the story, the final antagonist, is the prince who gave Utena the instructions, Akio/Dios. Dios himself tried to live up to his role to the letter, to follow his own instructions/archetype as the charming prince who rescues damsels and slays monsters. And it nearly killed him. But rather than shake off the archetype, he's decided to own and exploit it, using it to control everyone around him - he becomes the one who masterminds the literal machinery of the narrative, the industrialized, heartless mechanisms of a formulaic world where people can only live the roles they're assigned and never go off script. And when it's destroyed, so is he - he has allowed himself to be someone who can only exist in this world of limited, simplified, impossible-to-live-up-to roles.
Like, as meta writing goes, it's just a fucking banger.

Are you still doing d20 hot takes? These are admittedly lukewarm (some salsa that everyone at the table can enjoy).
1) I watch for the character arcs/development, not the story, so I really enjoyed Neverafter.
2) Both campaigns set in Calorum have been really hard to get into, even though they’re really good. But I also don’t like GoT so maybe that’s on me.
3) Hard agree with everyone who said they don’t really want sequel campaigns. I would, however, be down for the odd one shot a la holiday MisMag or Boys’ Night.
4) Coffin Run is so slept on, it’s not even funny. Jasmine’s props, the letters, the Dracula wings lighting, gorgeous sets & minis, incredible RP all around, great bits, all the campy horror movie references… Truly one of my faves.
5) I really wanna see Aabria or another guest DM do a full length/over 10 eps season. I feel like Aabria’s DM style would do well with a few more eps so she can explore more. And it would just be nice to hang out with a guest DM a bit more.
6) Confession: Never finished UC2 or Pirates =< UC2 was hard to pick up with less likeable characters (to me) + feeling like Chap 1 wrapped up so nicely + I’m bad with interpersonal conflict. And then I never got past the start of ep 1 of Pirates cause bad British accents is my pet peeve and B Dave’s character was first introduced 😭
oh i'm ALWAYS here for d20 hot takes. (god i love sam says that was so fucking funny, especially because what lou then gave was the most mild gossip i've ever heard)
1- completely valid. and to a large extent, i do too- i did ultimately enjoy the season, primarily because i love the characters so much.
2- skill issue. calorum campaigns slay absolute penis. (for real though totally fair, they're not for everyone. but i do think it's interesting in conjunction with watching for character arcs/development, bc i think acoc in particular is one of the best with that)
3- ooh yes one-shots are a different thing entirely, always a fun time.
4- coffin run FUCKS. my favorite non-intrepid heroes campaign, and it's only acofaf that comes sort of close. everyone needs to watch it, and if they've already watched it and don't appreciate it, they should try again. i could talk forever about it and how great it is.
5- yes. a million times yes please give us 20 episodes with aabria gming i'm begging. and in general yeah i'd love to see a guest dm have more time and space to flex. (except mercer please no more mercer in the dome)
6- i feel you. it took me a long time to get through tuc 2, this is a cody walsh hate account (half joking). and it took 3 attempts to get through pirates as well. honestly what got me through it was myrtle, cheese, and the little bit of garthy that we got. i found the other characters kinda annoying, big same on that accent, bob's was grating, too.

FHJY Finale Thoughts: Episode 19
Disclaimer: I know I've been really negative about the last two episodes but I do actually have real criticisms, and I will try my best to not be just 'I hate this' about everything. No promises though. Also, none of this is hating the IH or Bleem. I respect that they're very fucking tired when shooting this and don't have a week in between episodes to think, and so these criticisms are made with that in mind. Also feel free to debate and discuss, I just wanted to share my opinions and try to pinpoint where the narrative went wrong, or where BLeeM could've made a better DM choice, but I love hearing other people's thoughts!
Bringing back K2: Bringing her back to have a second healer is really smart, but saying that Kristen liked having a sister around doesn't make sense. There was never any moment where Kristen and K2 seemed to get along, and honestly, I think K2 got along more with Fabian and Fig. Show don't tell is actually really good advice.
The short rest (and Ice Feast): Just nope. Nope. Not a fan, solidly don't like it. This is the big finale, and I felt more concern during the dragon fight than here. That's the problem with playing level 14 characters, I'm aware, but like. Not letting them take the short rest, actually having The Rat Grinders be skilled at fighting (If Brennan was lying about them grinding rats, you don't think he was lying about them only doing the killing blow on monsters? Plus, do you really think Porter would have his first worshippers and warriors only know how to do a killing blow?), having Kipperlilly steal the votes, anything man. Ice Feast played a big part in giving them the advantage, and I wasn't cool with that too. Taking away fire damage, making them unable to be stunned, all of that took away like the biggest threats of the fight. (I do think it's really cute that Brennan actually made Ice Feast for his friends, but allowing them to use it before the final battle, on top of the short rest was too much)
Strategy: Rewatching, it's actually fun to see them strategize because they're so good at it! It just sucks that they feel nothing but hate for these kids and we know that doesn't change after everything they've seen. And the narrative's going to reward them for it.
Squeem: Honestly? Also, not my favorite. Like, to have a short rest, and Ice Feast, and several allies on their way? What's the point of even fighting? Just skip to the victory dance. (Was so funny to have the return of hot chocolate with a shot of cortado, and lemonade cortado)
Battle Set: Once again, the art department has fucking slayed. Truly, such a work of art. 10/10, no notes.
Mary Ann: Not getting into it a lot with this episode, but see here for my general thoughts. Also, not happy with the cast's reactions to Mary Ann freaking out over getting her strawberry burned, as that's most likely her having a meltdown.
Ivy: I do appreciate Brennan trying to get the Bad Kids to be nice through the Hangman. Also, if Ivy truly does like looking good, great for her, but the only things we know about her at this time are that she's besties with Oisin, she was into Fabian, she's kinda bitchy, and some of her class stats. So the idea that just because she's a "mean girl" she'd take offense to getting called ugly feels misogynistic, especially coming from a complete stranger/someone literally not in her universe of existence. As for what Fabian said and did to Ivy, in my opinion, part of it is because he rejected Mazey at the party to impress her and feels bad, part of it is because she rejected him, and part of it is because he feels bad that he 'yes and-ed' the racist remark she made about Mazey. Also, the close proximity to the rage stars. I think he was wrong for what he said, and I'm not going to get into the virginity comment now because I still have a whole 'nother episode to get through, but I do want to say this is when Fabian/Mazey stopped being cute to me. Also, Brennan using Ivy's last moments to have her make a mean comment really feels like he's trying to cast her as the mean girl, which again, it's fine if she is. You can't convince me she's not just a kid scared for her life.
Oisin: Smart to get him somewhere he can't counterspell Adaine, and to take him out of the fight first, but why didn't we have anything directed at him? Like, I know that he never really got close enough to Adaine for episode 18 to be a full betrayal, but everything with Ivy and Ruben was so intense, I'd expect something. On behalf of Ivy and Ruben, I'm offended he was mostly left alone. As a general Rat Grinders enjoyer, this does count as a (small) w.
Buddy: So sad that Ally's insight roll on him failed, and I will not tolerate anyone calling him stupid or naive about the plan: see here. I get annoyed that Buddy was played up as a joke villain, but whatever! He's just a dumb southern hick, right?
Ruben: Saying there's no loyalty from Ruben is soo arrogant. They never emotionally connected so who would he be loyal to? The friends he's had for three years, or some random girl who had one real conversation with him? Tumblr user @rubenhopclap says it best. Fig's speech to Ruben is just *argh*. Girlie you don't know anything about him! (I do understand Emily's annoyance, because she did spend like at least one roll per downtime session on Ruben! But also... it was Wanda Childa talking to him, not Fig. He didn't have a real person to connect with, so why would he bother?) Like, out of all The Rat Grinders, we have explicit information that he is scared despite all of the rage and yet she just yells in his face? Thought the theme of the season was doubt beats anger, not war conquers rage. I'm also uncomfortable with Fig, who earlier in the season explicitly states that she think she's a monster for ruining one person's stay in hell as opposed to punishing all of them, deciding that just because Ruben was annoying and a waste of time he should be going to hell to be punished.
Kipperlilly: No notes. Literally, girlie was getting w's the entire episode.
Jace and Porter: No notes. Honestly? Their fucked up dynamic carried me through the finale.
The Lava: Just another solid no. With the amount of advantages we already have, it makes no sense to let their 'being immune to fire' translate to 'being immune to magma.' Bringing in some science, magma is literally a fourth state of matter, different from water. That's not going to feel like taking a swim, it's going to feel like getting crushed by cold lava. (Yes, I understand different DM's would allow that and different DM's wouldn't allow that, but with the advantages they already have, I feel like making them roll even for just half damage would be fine. Plus, fucking common sense says 'don't jump in lava, even if you have fire immunity.')
Making fun of Porter: I adore a group of teenagers just absolutely clowning on a 40 year old teacher, but I do wish they had engaged with the themes. We know it's really fucking likely The Rat Grinders have rage stars, and yet they just completely skip the part that Porter can control anyone with a rage star. And it's not like the Academy hasn't failed them before. It's not like Aguefort himself hasn't failed them before. They should be angry about that! Just, the refusal to engage with the themes in a story is irritating.

time for some thoughts on the finale now that it’s a more reasonable tome to discuss it (and then k can let myself reblog all the gifsets I’ve been dying to post for the past like 40 hours)
my biggest overall thought is that the finale would’ve benefitted greatly from being split up into 2 episodes. a lot of the pacing felt rushed where it deserved to breathe, which meant that a lot of things didn’t quite feel earned. unhinged revenge louis was an absolute delight to watch but I wish in the end we’d had more time to dedicate to his slaying of the coven, particularly with santiago. I think the one-and-done chop felt too quick for the villain that he was and would’ve loved to see the telepathic fight lead into an actual physical fight when santiago showed himself. also rip ben daniels you were fantastic and I hope you come back next season as a different but equally cunty villain. all that said, gay blade louis was so hot, his being unhinged and plotting revenge was delicious, and his hallucinations were spooky as hell.
I am coming around to the main twist of lestat being the one to save louis and armand’s actual relative powerlessness at the trial. yes he directed the whole thing, but powerlessness in the sense that his fear of being alone essentially paralyzed him to any active defiance of the coven. I did love the louis/armand conversation and armand admitting that he couldn’t count on louis’ love long-term, and I feel that justified his sticking with the coven and even his more active participation in the direction of the trial itself. as for the fact that he was willing to let louis die, I still feel a little lukewarm on it, but I’ll admit that I got attached to my own idea that armand’s ultimate plan was to manipulate louis into his arms by purposefully saving him, letting claudia die, and solidifying louis’ hate for lestat. at the end of the day though, I guess he still achieved those goals but in a slightly more opportunistic and pathetic way than I’d expected, and the horrific manipulation of him taking advantage of lestat’s actions and lying to louis across an additional 70 years of their relationship is delicious in an altogether different way. so for the most part, I’ll take it. (as an aside, I hope we hear more from armand in future seasons about his rationale of the trial. I’m personally of the opinion that he truly didn’t know whether or not he would intervene on louis’ behalf in some way later on into the proceedings, and that we’ll never truly know bc lestat got to it first. which is kind of hilarious and tragic in equal measure when you really think about it)
my main problem with the twist (and ultimately the biggest problem I had with the finale) is that daniel’s reveal of armand directing the trial and lestat being louis’ actual saviour didn’t feel like it was earned. armand directing the trial, sure, that was almost to be expected, and again I’ve come to terms with the idea that lestat saved louis. but the sam/talamasca/copy of the edited script deus ex machina wasn’t signposted enough and felt like an ultimately cheap way to bring about the reveal, and daniel jumping from that reveal to the certainty that lestat saved louis felt rushed. show me daniel putting the pieces together over multiple episodes; show daniel perhaps suggesting that armand may not be being truthful and have louis start to question it himself after everything he’s learned about armand this season. show me more of the fight, with louis dragging the truth out of armand and throwing him around the room. the way it was presented felt like it was something daniel pulled out of his ass, like daniel connected dots that weren’t really there. again, this is a critique that could’ve been solved by splitting the episode in 2 and signposting daniel starting to put it together across episodes. the finale really just needed more time to breathe.
daniel was a fucking delight (outside of the lead up to the reveal about lestat mentioned above), both as the human finally getting the last word against the ancient vampire he’s been trying to trip up ever since 2x05, and the as the deliciously blasé vampire who seems to have upped his sarcasm and lowered his bullshit-tolerance tenfold after being turned. I cannot WAIT to learn more about his turning and whatever is going on with him and armand (and I don’t believe for a single second that it was just done out of spite, I can’t wait to revisit it in s3 and see what was really going on) and I am beyond delighted to see bogosian living his dream and to see daniel continue to be an old man (the body thieving theories were scaring the daylights out of me)
the only other thing I’ll say about danny’s role in the finale was that I never truly felt the stakes were that high for him. during the fight he never seemed to truly be in any actual danger, so raglan james warning him to run felt a bit hollow when all that essentially happened was that some papers fell on his head and the he got 10 million dollars. (he very much did get turned into a vampire I guess, but I never felt like he was actually in danger of dying or getting seriously hurt — “you should be afraid of the other one” WHERE, louis never did anything to indicate he would put daniel in any danger, despite his anger at the reveal. like okay let me see louis get genuinely angry at daniel for ruining the fiction he’s resigned himself to for the last 77 years, give me some payoff on that or something). however him and louis remaining best friends and the setup for the armandaniel stuff next season means I never lose.
the loustat reunion did work for me, probably mostly bc jacob and sam’s chemistry is literally electric, and also because lestat looking so pretty and pathetic did move me a little. the acting was phenomenal, and the framing of them as grieving parents solidifying claudia’s central role in their lives and in the fabric of this story was really nice. “siri, stop” was absolutely iconic and I am fascinated by the first true look at lestat as a weird offputting creature that is going to take to the 21st century in the craziest ways imaginable. his driftwood keyboard was pathetic, his shack was dilapidated, and jacob and sam both deserve emmys for that reunion scene.
really glad to see louis powerful, thriving, moisturized, still a lil depressed, but ultimately growing into himself. so glad he’s going to stay a main focus of the series and in absolute awe of jacob’s performance. overall, this wasn’t the strongest episode of the season (reserved for mid-season 2x03-2x05 where I think it really hit its stride) and definitely not as strong of a finale as I wanted it to be, but solid overall and I’m exciting to see where they take things next season.

Who are some of your favorite MLP G1 and G4 characters. Two of mine are Danny Williams from my little pony 'n friends and Scootaloo from My Little pony friendship is magic, because they are similar and share a lot of personality traits.
Thanks for the ask! I don't get em a lot lol ❤️
My fav g1 character is defs Fizzy. She's one of the pony characters with the most personality, and she's basically the Derpy we could've gotten if the fandom didn't decide to cry wolf about "ableism." I also rlly like g1 Lord Tirek, but he's in, like, one single episode 😭
My #1 fav g4 character is Luna!! I love her. She's truly the biggest mental health awareness icon in the show, and the most relatable for me personally. Plus, her lore goes hard. I wish there were more eps centered around her..
Tumblr media
Fluttershy is also a big fav of mine for basically the same reasons I like Luna. Rarity is also a bigg fav of mine, but SPECIFICALLY later seasons Rarity. She kinda isn't written well at all in seasons 1, 2, and 3. Rarity slays, she's an aroace queen.

ACEE HII
i knowww i need netflix to renew the show or i'm throwing punches.
niko rlly said, yeah. i died but do u really think the narrative could be the same without me and now she's in an igloo with the sprites. what an icon. good for her!!!
ikr edwin needs to be kept in a safe little house so he can take the break he truly deserves. poor boy has been running around torn since pre-s1:( so does charles. they should live in a little house all together. with crystal too.
she is truly Going Thru it. fucking hell for her arc to revolve around finding her past only for her parents to be ignorant as fuck and to find out ur just a shitty person. yeahh fuck that's rough. god if i had that last name i would've changed it as SOON as i turned 18.
so i take it u liked the show????

My Btvs opinions part 1
Okay so I finally finished Buffy the Vampire Slayer and just wanted to share my opinions on all of the main characters throughout the season. Forewarning though, some of this might be controversial!!
Buffy
Ah Buffy. The most main character to have ever lived. She truly slays. Like I just love everything about her. She’s fucking iconic. Shes confident. She is a total badass. She has her insecurities. She can’t drive. She is totally bisexual. She has amazing one liners and amazing outfits to go with them. The list goes on and on forever. Buffy has taught me a lot about believing in myself. Believing in my power. I’ve made a post on this before but a common theme in this show is Buffy feeling like she can’t do something and then stops herself and goes “wait a minute? I’m Buffy. Of course I can do this” and then she does it. It was truly inspiring to watch. Since watching the show I’ve had moments where I’ve doubted myself and then I literally thought of Buffy and got a boost of confidence. Buffy is so inspiring. She is one of those characters that I think will live in me for a long time. She is very close to my heart and honestly gives me strength. Ironically she wasn’t the reason I started watching this show but she’s the reason I stayed.
Faith
I am not joking when I say Faith was the reason I started watching this show in the first place. I saw an edit of her on TikTok and she was so fucking hot I instantly fell in love with her. So I decided I HAD to watch the show. So maybe my expectations were too big because I hate Faith now. Don’t get me wrong Faith is a greatly written character!! She was only in 26 episodes and is one of the most impactful characters on the show. But I still hate her. If it was any other show where Buffy wasn’t the main character, I might love her and be in the pro Faith hashtag. But because of the way Faith treated Buffy, I just can’t with her. Especially after s7. Like she just fucking irritates me. She is always wallowing in her self pity and jealousy of Buffy. She pushed all of her insecurities onto Buffy and made her seem like some prudish stuck up bitch when that was just far from the truth. She didn’t even have a clear image in her head of who Buffy actually was cause of how much she projected onto her. And she was sort of a pick me girl. And no arguments or deep analysis from her supporters will change my opinions on her because my feelings are based on my utter love and devotion to Buffy. When Faith and Buffy were friends I loved her!! I loved their friendship and I would have probably shipped them romantically. But when Faith started treating Buffy badly is when my feelings for her changed.
Willow
Willow is probably my all time favorite Tv witch. So much so that she made me want to start practicing witchcraft again. She has so many amazing quotes like “Occasionally I’m callous and strange” and is such a sweetie pie. And I have a ginormous crush on her. But Willow season 6-7 I do not like. She became very egotistical and I also blame her the most for bringing Buffy back. It is honestly very hard to separate my feelings for Willow from s1-5 and s6-7 cause that’s how much she annoyed me. But before I watched s6-7 I truly loved Willow. And Alyson Hannigan is a truly terrific actress. Dare I say one of the best in the entire show.
Xander
Okay here is where things might get controversial. I actually like Xander. There are definitely episodes where I hate him but for the most part I really like his character. He has a lot of flaws like being a “nice guy” and his occasional sexism. But most of that I feel it is just a sign of the times. That was how they wrote guys in the 90s and early 2000s. The reason I like him despite these things is that I like his heart. Like what he brings to the group is stability in the form of food or repairing Buffy’s house or driving them around or babysitting Dawn. I just love how they didn’t give him superpowers or a lot of intelligence but was still needed in the group. Or maybe not even needed just wanted. He gave what he could cause he loves Buffy and Willow. And he is so fucking hilarious. Like maybe we just have the same sense of humor but I legit find him funny. And he is one of the few characters who I liked more in later seasons that in years beginning.
Giles
I love love love loved Giles. He was such a dad to Buffy and supported her through so much. In s3 he was one of the few to understand the pain she felt with Angel dying and running away. I love how he made mistakes with Buffy but always tried to do his best. He was always there for Buffy whenever she needed him and was there for Willow at her worst and helped her rehabilitation. And most importantly—I love his sweater vests. As with almost every character in this show, I started to not like him in s6. I know they had to write him off cause he needed to be with his family in real life but it still makes me angry that he left Buffy at her absolute worst. It was just so out of character for him and it made no sense. That’s really the only thing I don’t like about his character. Also teen Giles and demon Giles will never fail to make me laugh hysterically.

Alright spoilers for the final Dr Who special
HERES MY THOUGHTS ON THE GIGGLE AND FINAL RANKINGS FOR ALL THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIALS!!
-
-
-
-
Bi-generation
Oh boy
I spent a while trying to write this, but every time I came to a complaint, I realized that the story kind of set it up in a way. All that to say, this review was originally going to be a lot harsher, but I found some justifications for the things I had complaints about.
In general, I like the episode. It’s a goofy romp where Neil Patrick Harris is a cosmic-scale nut job while David Tennant looks on in horror. It’s fun. It is not, however, a good ending to a series of specials let alone ANNIVERSARY specials. It doesn’t feel like an ending. The ending doesn’t feel emotionally resolved (that’s the thesis statement right there)
Throughout the episode, the doctor is constantly reminded that he has always had to move on. He always has to leave his friends. Between meeting the classic companion Mel, to the Toymaker giving him basically a slideshow of all the people who have died because of him and his actions.
And so the story compliments this with an ending where the doctor doesn’t have to leave. The pattern breaks. The doctor stays.
Aaaaaand he also doesn’t. At the same time.
I feel like the same effect could have been reached without splitting the doctor in half. Now there’s two doctors. How the hell are you gonna manage that? The Timeless Child shit is definitely cannon so now there’s two cosmic super beings AND two Tardis’s (Tardices? Whatever the plural of Tardis is) in existence.
I was emotionally prepared to say goodbye to David Tennant as the doctor but now the story feels unresolved. Instead of the heartwarming ending they were going for, it feels like this was just concentrated fan-service intended to lead into a spinoff series and encourage fanfiction writers to fill in the gaps (I will say, the Doctor calling Rose his niece was very sweet. He does finally get a family and that is undeniably nice)
SO! Corrections:
I think the same emotional effect (if not more of an emotional effect) could have been achieved if 14 didn’t actually die in that confrontation. Maybe the resolution of his story is that The Doctor decided that, for a while, he does stick around. Maybe we get a montage of domestic Doctor. He still gets his family and he still gets to resolve all his emotional baggage, just without the Bi-generation nonsense. When Ncuti takes over we get a Doctor that is ready to start traveling again (remember, 15 isn’t going to have this emotional catharsis. He left without confronting his baggage. He’s still fucked up, but I don’t feel like the writers are gonna acknowledge that) And then, after some time has passed, maybe the David Tennant body “wears a bit thin” and he regenerates the normal way (that’s how Hartnell regenerated, I feel like it would be fitting with this whole “new era of Doctor Who” shit they’ve got going on plus the Toymaker is a villain from Hartnells run, the themes are themeing)
Other than that, pretty fun episode. Kate Stewart slays. Shirley continues to be a bad bitch keeping the doctor on his toes. The tease for the Master at the end was fun, always a blast to see that lunatic. Overall, I give The Giggle a 6.5/10. Passable episode with a truly nonsense ending (and not the fun kind of nonsense)
Final ratings for all the specials:
The Star Beast: 8/10
Wild Blue Yonder: 9.5/10 (this might be one of my favorite episodes of Doctor Who ever)
The Giggle: 6.5/10
I do still love RTD. The man wrote some of my favorite stories in all of fiction. I’m very optimistic about this coming season of the show. I think Ncuti Gatwa has charisma coming out his ears so he’ll be fantastic. My pie in the sky dream is that it’s so good that it makes me forget about all this weird shit and hanging plot threads. Here’s hoping!

Thoughts on Ahsoka Episode 5 - Shadow Warrior - A Discussion Post
Episode 5 of Ahsoka was truly an emotional rollercoaster. There were so many surprises and details that everyone just could not miss. Filoni truly fed us with content, and we love getting to see some touching moments. Buckle up and let's talk about it!
(all screencaps from Ahsoka are from cap-that.com! https://www.cap-that.com/starwars/ahsoka/105/index.php?page=4)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Let's start with the one and only Anakin Skywalker. With Hayden Christensen reprising his role, he comes to Ahsoka in the version she grew up seeing: her master. Anakin states that he wants to complete Ahsoka's training, and they engage in a lightsaber duel that gets intense with every step.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Whenever he said "Live... or die", my mind had flashbacks to when he had said in Rebels, "Then you will die." My head just kept going to it and I had chills.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ahsoka falls from the World Between Worlds into a flashback of the Clone Wars, reliving the battle. Ariana Greenblatt, who played young Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War, the little sister in Stuck in the Middle, and was recently in the Barbie movie, plays young Ahsoka, which I find amazing. She really captured how young Ahsoka was during the war and her emotions towards everything around her.
Seeing the Clone Wars scenes made me feel like I was the young high school girl during the pandemic again who had just recently discovered Star Wars and had quickly watched all of Clone Wars to catch up to Season 7 and see every masterpiece of the show. This was such an exciting moment for all of us fans. Hayden nails the Clone Wars Anakin with his outfit and his movements.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ahsoka sits beside an injured clone, putting her hand on his. The clone gently holds her hand, right before he falls to his death. Ahsoka's emotions take over her as she begins to cry, grieving. These scenes truly show how young she was; she was just a child forced into a war that has to be fought. Greenblatt's portrayal of Ahsoka nails the spot on these details.
We also got to see the Siege of Mandalore in live action, which has become one of the best Clone Wars arcs. Anakin steps into the scene, getting to see the Siege of Mandalore for the first time with his own eyes. I will never get over the way that the two are standing together, it's literally the same shot from Season 7 of Clone Wars.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of the most brilliant surprises in the episode was getting to see Captain Rex. LIKE LOOK AT HIM!! The king only had a few lines and a few shots, but he slayed as usual. We could hear Temuera Morrison's voice under the helmet, which got my excitement up. I'm so glad he voiced Rex and we got to see him in live action. (Now where is Rex during the present in Ahsoka???)
Tumblr media
Back to the present above the water. Hera had found Huyang, who stands near the cliff, holding Sabine's Mandalorian helmet. He wished that they stayed together, and is sad now that they are apart and who knows where.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jacen was truly adorable this episode. He hung out with Chopper and Hera the whole episode, and when he was playing with Chopper, the sight was so cute. Jacen listens to the waves, eventually hearing the lightsabers clash between Ahsoka and Anakin. The Force truly thrives through this kid, and Kanan would be so proud. Also, the fact that Kanan was mentioned this episode shattered my heart. Huyang is forced to take Jacen aboard the ship for "a tour", the kid's interests peaked about the Jedi. He asks Huyang if he can be trained, which he straightforward says "No", which I found funny.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Returning to the flashbacks, Ahsoka kept on seeing Anakin turn into Vader between quick shots that flashed with each burst of light. The sight that scares us all. When Anakin turned into Vader during the Siege of Mandalore scene, the way his voice changed sent chills down my spine. If I looked at an image from that part, I could hear his voice.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As Ahsoka fights the Vader side of Anakin who eventually appeared back in the World Between Worlds, she manages to get ahold of his lightsaber. The red blade glows under her face, and her eyes slowly turned into those red-yellow Sith eyes, just like Anakin's. Anakin sees his padawan as a Sith briefly right before the blade extinguishes. Everything eventually turns back to the calm normal. Ahsoka bids farewell to her master before falling back into the water.
Tumblr media
After Hera and the crew rescued Ahsoka from the water, we got a hug between Jacen and Ahsoka, which was adorable. Ahsoka has now begun wearing white, which I feel like is definitely symbolic of something. The white outfit reminds me of the one she wore in the Rebels finale, even if it's not exactly it.
Tumblr media
With the New Republic after their tails, Hera talks to Mon Mothma about the situation, who unfortunately can't do anything about it. Senator Organa was also mentioned, which means our girl Leia was trying her best to hold on for Hera. Hera, the rebel she is, goes with her own plans anyway.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The purgills were the ones who took Ezra and Thrawn away into a whole other galaxy, so how do we try to find them? Follow the purgills! Ahsoka (with Huyang) follows the purgills (and actually goes inside one... yeah she's Anakin's padawan with that plan). Both are ready to go with the purgills to find Sabine, and hopefully find Ezra.
Tumblr media
Jacen watches the purgills while sitting in the Ghost, talking to his mom about the stories regarding the purgills that took away Ezra and the "bad guys". I'm so glad Jacen knows about Ezra, even if it has to be through stories. The day the two meet will be such a joyous occassion. Even though Hera won't go with, she hopes that they return safely with Sabine and (praying) Ezra.
There's only three episodes left now, and I just know even more chaos is about to ensue. Ezra and Thrawn should definitely be making appearances very soon, which is going to be so fun. There was more focus on Ahsoka this episode rather than Sabine, and I loved the directions it went in. Filoni really gave us fans all the emotions and incredible shots, and he is still responsible for my therapy. I feel like next episode will definitely be much more of a rollercoaster, and here's to manifesting again that Ezra (and Thrawn) will show up soon.

Ok merging responses a bit here we go
HELPPP MICROCELEB LMAOAOAOA ok but honestly every time I see someone mention me on your blog and it’s not you (jeirin) I’m like “omg my rise to fame!!” LMAO and OOO I NOTICED the part that currently says “feels like we only go backwards” right?? Actually speaking of I’ve always been kinda curious about how you chose what to put there LOL
EXACTLYY Karasu tries to walk in all manly like “this is boring and dumb I’m too good to be scared” and gets his shit rocked by the entrance staff (bonus points actually if otoya sneaks in during the same round and makes Karasu piss his pants)
NO SERISOULY SUXHEIDJ it’s fr just “mother, older sister” HELLO???? Bachira’s mom is fr the only one who gets named wait I’m actually gonna fact check the age again when I have the book in my hands again jic
That episode really did something to me he looked immaculate thank you 8bit (I’m ngl I think it’s partially because it was also a nagi and Reo episode that they put their 8bitussy into it hopefully we get a very nice Karasu scene soon…)
FRRR need to send fan mail to kaneshiro asking lowk
Latte sweater yuki is so perfect with the muted earthy tones and the cozy vibes goodbye maybe i need to sit around in cafes more
NO SERIOUSLY like what are the odds that that question gets asked??? Its so random lowk like of all questions kaneshiro fr a stalker
Also losing my mind the amount of times i accidentally click on an ad while scrolling and get launched onto a random ass webpage thank you so much tumblr
- Karasu anon
LMAOO whenever someone else mentions me in their posts especially when they don’t tag me (so i get jumpscared while scrolling through my dash) i’m always like 😱 people perceive me?? idk i think i should stop being surprised though considering how much i post about bllk and how many fics i’ve written for it i think people are probably sick of seeing my username in the tags SKDFJHS anyways yeah i get what you mean i kick my feet and giggle a bit too
YES that part!! ngl i just put song titles from my writing playlist there 😭 feels like we only go backwards is one of my favs if you haven’t heard i recommend!!
okok hear me out here…so we have karasu going on a date in a haunted house, otoya and shidou trying to scare him (otoya had to ask shidou for karasu’s schedule since he’s not on pxg anymore and shidou would only give it to him if he got to join in the shenanigans), and then for some reason AIKU AND NIKO are actually working at the haunted house (niko is the ticket seller that scared karasu because of his emo haircut and aiku is one of those actors that blows up on tik tok because everyone’s thirsting after him) truly so chaotic…oaeu creeps into everything i think about like any idea ever can ALWAYS be elevated by the addition of aiku and niko LMAOOOO
i think isagi’s parents were named in an additional time too?? but yeah other than that there’s nothing really given in terms of info about anyone’s families…in my mind karasu’s sister will always be named yayoi though like i doubt we’ll ever get more info about her (even if we get a karasu ln they’ll probably do what the barou ln did and just call her his older sister without an actual name) so in my mind her name is yayoi (bfb effect) now i need to come up with one for chigiri’s sister…hmm…maybe akane (apparently it means deep red?? which would fit with the hair and whatnot [kinda like karasu])
oh 8bit was def putting in the work because of nagi and reo those are two of their favs LMAOOO i think reo’s little sequence was the best animation besides episode one all season KSDJFHDSK but yeahhh yuki absolutely slayed and we love him for that
UGHH I WISH THERE WERE YUKIMIYAS IN THE CAFES BY MY HOUSE all i have is old people i need to move or smth because the selection where i live is dismal i’m fr going to die single if this is what i have to choose from
LITERALLY IT’S SUCH A RANDOM AND SPECIFIC QUESTION i know for a fact kaneshiro is lurking…which of my followers are you king i need to know!! and btw kaneshiro if you’re out there read my post about yukimiya and kunigami and give them proper characterizations 🙏🏻
HELPP omg tumblr has so many ads now it’s so annoying i can hardly go on the app without my music cutting off and stuff it pisses me off fr
also another unrelated thought BUT i saw an edit of karasu’s dub voice and i actually love it omg like he sounds really good?? i was hating on his dub voice last season but the english va really stepped it up this season he sounds amazing (i actually really like all of the new dub voices except otoya’s i think…otoya’s is just eh but it doesn’t fit him esp in some scenes) anyways here’s a little tt dump for you i’m sure you’ll have seen a majority of them but OH WELL you will see them again!! also if i’ve sent any of these previously i’m sorry i forget atp what i have and haven’t sent LMAOO
this is the one with his dub voice i feel like the sass translated really well??? imo he sounds a lot more smug and condescending and a bit arrogant the way he lowkey is but it doesn’t feel like he’s trying too hard if that makes sense (like it’s not that kaiser-esque “ex-fucking-cuse me” “kneel blue lock” grandiose bs it just feels like karasu really does think he’s better than the others but in a casual nonchalant way as he should)
this isn’t an edit but the way he says “go look in a mirror” also kinda has me giggling 😭 like okay karasu whatever you say king anything for you
THIS ALSO ISN’T AN EDIT BUT THE MOST YUKIMIYA VIDEO TO EVER YUKIMIYA (the other two guys are tabieita) THE GUY EVEN LOOKS LIKE HIM IT’S SO PERF
me whenever isagi is on screen instead of nagi karasu barou or yuki fr
THIS EDIT HAS ME FUMING black beauty is MYYYY SONG why did someone edit RIN ITOSHI to it and why is it GOOD 🤬
nagi the most glorious beautiful majestic man ever he is the only one who is allowed to be edited to 99% of ldr songs (karasu barou and yuki are okay too but most of her music doesn’t really fit them imo)
speaking of nagi i need all of his haters to remember that he was the FIRST to gag rin both in terms of soccer and verbally as well as the first to score on the u20s and likely would’ve thrashed bm if he had stayed motivated…sorry not sorry but nobody’s favs are touching MY goat 🔥
okay ngl i may have sent this to you already if so i’m sorry but anyways this is one of my FAV karasu edits specifically because of the clips of his hands LSJFIDJSJ HIS HANDS ARE SO GORGEOUS AMAZING MAGICAL what i wouldn’t do for him to be real and in love with me
this song kinda cracks me up because of an insta post my ex-friend (the fanon shidou one) made as a joke a couple of years ago BUT the edit is reallyyyy good also this kinda music is what fits karasu for edits in MY MIND…to me the most karasu audio to ever karasu is asap rocky’s part in summer bummer by lana del rey (if you couldn’t tell ldr is my favorite artist) if i could edit i’d make one of him to that song too (i actually used to have an editing acct on tik tok but i rarely posted and got scared someone i knew irl would find me so i deleted it HAHA but actually in high school i was the editing queen people used to film clips at assemblies and stuff and send them to me to edit it was crazy)
this song is FR me to karasu LIKE COME HERE TABITO I WANNA BE SAVEDDDD
another miraverse curated edit but this time it’s nagi and barou instead of barou and karasu
i hate that this one is actually really good (tw kaiser)
otoya (idk what else to say it’s just him being cunty LMAAOOA)
i’m sure you’ve seen them considering how many likes they have but the way this artist draws yukimiya especially but also karasu…sigh…hey god it’s me again
UGH he’s so beautiful i love him…okay that’s all from me happy scrolling!!
