Strength Workout
With V2Fitness 💪🏿💪🏿🔥🔥🚨
Warm-up for 5-10 minutes jogging around the track or field and then run up and down the first section of stairs.
1. At the bottom, do 25-50 bodyweight squats.
2. After the second section, do 25 push-ups.
3. After running the third section, do 20 burpees.
4. After running the fourth section, do triceps dips on the steps.
5. After running the fifth section, do 25 forward lunges per leg.
6. After running the sixth section, do an up-down plank for 30-60 seconds
7. After running the eighth section, do 25 reverse lunges per leg.
8. After running the ninth section, do 15 V-ups.
9. After running the tenth section, do 20 step ups

Started the week off strong with a positive & successful day at work. Then pushed hard after work. I usually avoid Monday evenings at the gym, but I relaxed before work so I knew that I would feel guilty if I skipped after for no reason. Skipping for recovery is one thing but I wouldn’t have had an excuse. I got over some of my gym fears and used the cable areas even with crowds of youngins all around 😂 then also found an empty spot in the classroom for myself. Worked a half day at PF (only 2 more shifts left 😢) & then alll dayyy outside in the beautiful sun at the pool. My new job couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. I’m staying so busy mentally & physically which is really good for me especially right now. It’s kinda weird but I feel like I’ve grown a whole lot in maturity in just a few weeks. 🤔 I think I’m finally starting to feel like an adult at almost 32 😂 don’t get me wrong I still don’t know what I’m doing 93% of the time. Another note, since my workouts are all over the place rn I just did upper body in general and a killer stair workout.
