I think about tiny 15-year-old Sadeas a lot. It's such a weird detail. I know it's one of them Weird Alethi Things to start fightin' young (what else are they gonna do, read?), but the image of this 18-year-old and... however-much-older-Gavilar-is going around, punching a whole country together, and also there's this 15-year-old hanging out with them? And they're fine with it? How did this happen?

I like to think Sadeas just insisted on following them around and they couldn't get rid of him, but then he turned out to be useful, so... ? Why not, at that point?
