At the beginning of the week I ranted about t.e.r.fs or whatever t.e.r.ds,. Trans exclusionary ridiculous dummies. I never once mentioned anything about trans women in prison, but still, I was called out for supporting trans women in prisons that match their gender or in the other person’s opinion , don’t match.
My point was that it makes no sense to divide people into two categories of human and that’s it.
I said nothing about prison, but looking into that issue, prison systems world wide are horrible and broken and blaming trans women for that is shameful.

Why do trans identified males need to be in women’s prisons? Self identification aside, if a male is unsafe around other males, why wouldn’t females also be unsafe around males?
Why do you think males fluctuate between being being a genuine threat and completely harmless depending on who is raising the concern?
In other words, why are males are a genuine threat when trans women complain about being put in men’s prisons, but completely harmless when cis women complain about having trans women in their prisons?
I don't believe in prisons, and I don't believe in any gender segregation. This is like asking weather or not a certain group should be in a whites only slave plantation for me. The entire system is fucked.
Women's spaces should not exist, anywhere. That is a requirement for trans rights.
Prisons should not exist, anywhere. That is a requirement for human rights.

If nothing else, I want you to take this away from yesterday's presidential debate:

The way online punk culture has been taken over by white tboys and turned into a black-hating and self-glazing cryptoterf fostering ground really does show white men are white men no matter agab. You completely ignore the afrocentrism of punk history to call white men our 'founding fathers'(what an interesting choice of phrasing you use to joke about that)and you treat black men as tokens and kinks and black women as these terrifying harpies who deserve to be talked down to so they can be put in their place, how society sees them,at below bottom of the barrel in terms of what kind of people you can be and you throw poser accusations at afropunks for talking of influential black punks and wearing different punk fashions than you and you mock solarpunk as a utopia fantasy and not literally eco-activism under a different name acompanied by african influences for it and the rest of it's subculture aspects
You use terf rethoric to gaslight trans women into thinking they're the radfems in denial for aknowledging they experience misogyny as women even if they're closeted and not shrinking themselves for 'special' men aka you and your nonthreating internalized transphobia ass who believes being afab means you're the same as a woman and believes trans women are 'biologically male' even with all the fake ass affirmations you give you see them as women to look good and get away with your silly little guy routine, all the more proof trans men ABSOLUTELY have male privilege seeing when a tfem has as much of a sex drive she posts about through properly tagged nsft posts and horny fanart of media she loves you bully her over exactly like a high school incel, she gets turned into a social media pariah and even doxxed if she's too strong against her harrassment campaign to be 'a real girl' since girls are supposed to very demure, very mindful or else they're 'males' all along underneath it all but the coiner of transandrohobia had a corrective rape kink and you fight with your whole life to defend the movement as you call tme and tma bioessentialist terms as if they're about gentials and not gender
You CANNOT be punk if you're not pro-black and pro-transfem.And i mean ACTUALLY,not using us as props or 'settling us down' from our anger at the system,of which you are actively working to be a part of.Telling black people and transfem people to not stand up for themselves and to not participate in their own cultures for your own comfort over wanting your experiences to be universal and that you're more woke than them isn't very punk

i need people to stop talking about the anti trans executive order like its a philosophical debate and like the series of legal proposals that it is. going 'well we still believe in the gender spectrum' is not helpful rn this is about id markers and prisons which are real things we need help with not mindsets.

In 2020, NBC did a survey of 45 states + Washington DC. Of 4,890 transgender women prisoners, only 15 were housed according to their gender identity. This despite the 1994 Farmer vs Brennan Supreme Court decision (Dee Farmer, a trans woman, had to file a lawsuit alleging her beating and rape violated 8th Amendment protections on her own - the ACLU didn't step in until it reached the Supreme Court), and studies consistent with this one that show trans women in prison are 13x more likely to be the object of violence, particularly sexual assault and rape. In the following comparison, all the white dots are transgender women who are not housed according to their lived gender identity, and the red dots are those who are:

We should also note that trans women, particularly black trans women, are far more likely to be incarcerated (10x more frequently than the general population) - possibly due to old and new laws that make it nearly illegal to be trans.

Regardless of what your stance is on trans issues, I don't think anyone can argue in favour of transgender women charged with sex-related crimes being held in a female prison and not sound rape-y.
AMAB individuals charged with sex crimes have no place in women's prisons.

What is V-CODING? (horrific, do not watch)
TW: Extreme violence. I'm only sharing this so that cis folks can't look away and pretend this isn't happening: prison staff subject trans women to this. We cis folk must stand together against what is happening to our sisters.

The normalization of misogyny to the point that you are expected to self-censor/censor anything related to what people think of as "women's health" is so fucking infuriating.
Like, not only is it infantilizing as hell to be forced to couch everything you say in ~flowery, feminine language~ it also fucks up people's perspective about what healthcare for women* looks like. Suddenly, the only part of women's healthcare that matters isn't related to the woman, it's related to how she can be a woman of Good Breeding.
Women's healthcare matters - not because it might affect if they can be barefoot and pregnant but because these women are people. Women are inseparable from humanity.

at this point im begging for some random white guy to read up on radfem theory and make a youtube video explaining why trans ideology is inherently misogynistic idec about being vindicated as a feminist i just need someone generally considered to be a human being to take a stand against this in a reasonable way so people will actually listen
