As YJH alldued to, the demons are basically reborn humans, who have been wronged in some form or another. So, the demons are basically a man made evil of sorts. Their resentment turns into energy which then give their bodies new life.

Demon also all have pointed ears, except KDJ. Whether that's because he's their king or some other reason, is not known. (but to me mwahaha)

Originally, the heart colour was going to match the colour of their usernames (instead of being green), but it was difficult to discern the colour when the points were too low.

one fun thing about George is that they actually show how Hawkeye's style of joking functions as a beacon for gay people. Like, George laughing at his gay slang tourist joke is a hint that he's gay before the reveal, and Hawkeye signals himself as relatable and safe by making an interior decorator joke and referencing his own inability to throw a football during their conversation

like is that not all the precedent you need to take eg "Someone's gonna have to get me pregnant first" in Welcome to Korea as Hawkeye sussing out whether BJ's down to fuck? or yk, Hawkeye's vibe in general as announcing to anyone whose radar can understand it that he's looking for guys to hook up with? you don't even need to understand how gay guys found each other in similar ways in the real world to make this connection, it's all technically there in the show itself

Actually I'm not done talking about them yet. One thing that makes Stobotnik so interesting though is that by the end of each of the movies, everything changes for them in some way.

At the end of the first movie, Robotnik and Stone both lose their US government-funded careers; Robotnik's existence is fully scrubbed from databases, Stone takes up a new position as a barista but anticipates and prepares for Robotnik's return.

That means that in movie 2, when Stone immediately rejoins The Doctor's side, there is no longer any real incentive, financially or career-wise (unless we're talking about him banking on Robotnik's successful world domination), except for his devotion to Robotnik. We don't know exactly how Stone began working at Robotnik's henchman--in the first movie Robotnik also has an entourage of trucks and suits backing him up--but he's Agent Stone; we know it's a job! By the end of movie 2, there's no longer any pretense that it can be 'just a job' for Stone; he's Robotnik's right hand no matter what.

If you take the end of movie 2 deleted scenes as canon, after Robotnik's movie 2 defeat, Stone literally digs his Doctor out of the rubble, cradles him in his arms, fireman carries him to safety, and cares for him the whole time that he recovers. There necessarily has to be some vulnerability between the two of them at least during that period if somehow not at any of the points before.

And then there's the end of movie 3, where as of now we can only speculate what Stone will do now. But by the end, Robotnik has finally made a proper realization of exactly how much Stone means to him. If he somehow comes back...? If he doesn't...? Who's to say how their dynamic will have shifted.
