One thing I loved in the Lunar Chronicles is how Jacin made Cinder think he was loyal to Selene (or in this case herself), when the only person he's loyal to is Winter. And it wasn't even on purpose, he just forgot to specify which princess he was talking about lol

My suggestion for the 2k24 tlc renaissance (as someone who wasn’t here for the initial hype) is to introduce newer and wackier ships that no one could possibly have conceptualised. That seems to work just well for other fandoms. Additionally, we should form a cult like following behind the parents of the main characters and all their associates, devising our own canon around their intricate web of relationships, in spite of the feasibility of any of those interactions actually having happened in canon
