For the “would Virgo Shun be a gremlin toward Virgo Shaka?” considering Shun’s first actual reaction was to throw hands with him in the anime, I would say gremlin? Some fake-nice-I-didn’t-forget-what-you-did-to-my-brother passive aggressive behavior? I think that’s gremlin behavior

I love all the possible headcanons you guys have for Virgo Shun, but I must admit that I have a soft spot for those where he is a little fucking gremlin. Considering how much he cares for his friends and his brother, well. He’s def going to act like that.

“Look, I know I’m the next Virgo Saint and I’m your apprentice while I learn how to be a good Gold Saint, but I still haven’t forgotten that one time you *almost* killed my brother and yeah sure you've brought him back but OH BOY I’m still so pissed for that but alas I can’t simply be disrespectful to you. However, I can be a little annoying about it. As a threat. I mean. Treat.” kind of Gremlin Shun 😂

Would Shaka be annoyed when gremlin Shun arrives? DEFINITELY. Thorn between the option of removing his ability to even think of such annoying statements with Tenbu Horin or pretend he simply didn’t listen to that (he has a reputation to defend+ he’s a Saint, and a Buddhist + he can’t just another dimension people like Saga did).

I truly enjoy thinking of them interacting with each other, they are really fun. I even saved this one shitpost in my memes folder to redraw it one day or another with Shun and Shaka 😂

I think Shaka and Shun would get along well. I feel like Shun would be one of the few people Shaka would like or get along with. Think of him as a nice guy and someone easier to have a calm conversation with. Things that Shaka would be more compatible with. I mean, Shaka's clear favoritism toward Shun would be noticeable, unlike others who would treat them with more distance and coldness, while Shun would be treated in a closer and friendlier manner

Indeed, I do feel that’s the most plausible outcome :)

Like, when I imagine Shaka interacting with someone it’s mostly him silently listening to whatever the other person is saying and maybe uttering occasionally a remark. But sure, in this scenario he would enjoy listening to Shun’s rambles about what his friends or the other Bronze Saints did, maybe after the two of them finished training, while resting a moment in the Virgo House (would Shaka offer some tea to a friend? Does Shaka drink tea to begin with?). And if Shaka feels like it, he’ll chit chat as well, something such as what he used to do back in India, or his early days as the Virgo Gold Saint ("I know it's a lot of hard work for you BUT back in MY days I was a kid and yet I was already a gold saint etc. etc."). I don't really know if he'll ever be in the mood for a long talk, but to someone who knows him he's going to look a lot more talkative than well... what he is usually.

100% on the favouritism thing, omg YES. He’ll talk to Seiya or the others like he has to explain something to a dumb kid with the most annoyed and cold stare (or the closest thing he can do with his eyes closed) + as any perfectionist Virgo he could ramble for hours about all the tiny little errors someone committed while training. Having Shaka as a teacher is a rough experience.

And with his apprentice he’ll just be “Yes, good job Shun😌👍”

Average day in town.
