Although it is Kate Berlant month, I have still been interviewing people who've created some of the BEST Bo Burnham content online.
Case in point, today's post is one that I have been trying to set up for over a year now—Zachary Marsh, the incredible editor who assembled one of my favorite Bo videos: the HCA Virtuoso Award montage! 👀

Kingdom Hearts - End of the World
#kingdom hearts#kh1#end of the world#scenery#my gif#this world is so fascinating...#i'm impressed by how the devs can create unsettling and ominous worlds while still using such vibrant colors#like they don't use grey tones as a juxtaposition to the lively disney worlds. they may darken the palette but it's still colorful#also the music here is on a whole other level. they certainly know how to set a tone and atmosphere#i never really noticed how the gummis in the chasm are constantly changing colors. same with those sticky looking web things#i had to include two gifs from that place because it's my favorite area#and now i'm finally done with creating a gifset for every world in kh1 :] three games down... many more to go

i hate doing laundry ough it's The Worst
#not only does leaning down to move my stuff hurt my back#but i have to touch dirty clothes and go into the dirty room and touch the dirty machines and i have to wear 2 pairs of socks (so my#normal socks dont touch the contaminated floor) and when i lean over the washing machine my clothes touch it <-the worst part of it all#tbh. now my current clothes are dirty but i have nothing to change into and i will have to wear them all day and it makes me SICK#and i cannot talk abt how dirty the garage (where the laundry machines are) it makes me nauseous that place kills me if i never#had to go into it ever again i would and i have to carry a laundry basket (dirty) and it touches my clothes when i carry it (disgusting)#and now my clothes are even more dirty and i feel like i cant touch any of my things bc i dont want to infect them but i cant just do#nothing all day when i have to do laundry but it makes me so SICK i need smth to cover all of my clothes but everything i've tried misses#some part and my clothes are ruined and it makes me SICK how am i supposed to do school or draw or anything when it's so bad#i have everything scheduled so i can take a shower and go straight to bed after i'm done but still it's so bad and it stresses me tf out#and i have to do laundry every 3 days because i only have 3 towels to use after showering and even if i did have more towels#i still would have to do laundry as often bc i couldnt handle doing multiple loads or having bigger loads my back couldnt handle that#w the system i have set up now it's just bad it;s all bad i hate doing laundry#i dream of one day where i can do laundry in a better way i think it'd involve not having the washer and dryer down steps bc that's#dangerous for one and for two not having them in a garage bc garages stress me out and three to have smth to cover all of my clothes#and 4 to have machines that dont need me to bend down idk if they have ones like that but it hurts#anyway that's it for listening to dux complain abt smth that ultimately doesnt matter and is only a problem bc their brain#chemistry is off#k bye i have to go do laundry *explodes* and take an exam *explodes* it;s an essay exam *explodes* and then im going#to like sit around feeling sick thumbs up emoji

Bloodmoon in dresses, first main work
A drawing I’ve been working on for a while now.
It was tedious, I hate drawing lace, and I am absolute garbage at drawing flowers, let alone floral patters, LET ALONE EMBROIDERED FLORAL PATTERNS
Still, this looks cool, and I’m proud of it. If anyone recognizes the style of dress, can we be friends? (And can you tell me what it’s called? I wanna say China Poblana, but I’m pretty sure it’s not the same style)
Lore preface-
Bloodmoon I is a hyperactive menace. They run around the Daycare and cause mayhem, they are small and sneaky, yet they somehow remain the loudest animatronic whenever they’re around. It was Lun’s idea to stuff them in this dress, not only because it matched the twin’s aesthetic, but also because they had a point to prove here. In such a big thing, would Bloodmoon’s abilities be hindered? He alongside the other Lunars sought to test that out. Bloodmoon doesn’t quite understand the purpose of this, the fabric is annoying and it gets in the way of them crawling around, they actually have to walk normally! But once they got used to the feeling, it wasn’t that bad, it actually was rather fun to play with the skirt! Who knows, maybe they could even dye the cloth red with the blood of their victims if they get enough practice.

#you know how they say time makes you look on the past with nostalgia and that's why elderly people think so fondly of past decades? not me#there are moments I look back on with nostalgia sure but the overwhelming feeling of looking back on my childhood is just whatever I do#wherever I go whatever happens that will not be my life again. my memory is long I made a promise to myself I intend to keep I don't forget#support you having your grandkids if their mother is deemed unfit yes. take the older two myself if it comes to it yes. move provinces to#live with you to look after the five of them together where you would be my only adult connection and there's a language barrier and I have#no work history and I'd be between five hours and nine hours away from any other connection I have answer's an absolute fucking no. I've#seen how you are with my sister how you were with my brother. who do you think they call when they've had enough of you? do you not#remember most of the beatings I took was because I was standing between you and my brother? of course not because according to you you#never did beat me but if you think I'm not aware that would turn on me again the second I'm no longer distant and just visiting if you#think you'd find nothing to complain about because you've built up this golden child ideal of me in your head and want to forget how it was#when I was actually in your care you are very very wrong.
