Been thinking about the no crime cult discord (the old name for ranboos discord)

I recently received a DM from a fellow who was a junior mod in the Shipping Container server, & they’ve been gracious enough to allow me to use their words on the current happenings, covering the events of the 0303Emily internal happenings of the server at that time.

Now, you may wonder why exactly I’m bringing up the 0303Emily debacle, much less in association with Pansear?

Well, besides the fact that the accusations leveled against 0303Emily are baseless themselves (One example of why at the bottom of this post, completely ignoring the fact that Azriel was only a month or 2 away from being 18 at the time of the accusation while 0303Emily was just 20.), they indicate a trend between both accusations that further shows minimal actual PROOF & deliberate misinterpretations of situations to then twist things into a more negative light.

Now, the statement from the junior mod:

“first off, sorry this isnt really that well worded. i dont even know where to start with all this. i wanted to offer my view on things from the internals of the SC server and some info that might explain the origins of all this. ive wanted to talk about this for a while but im not a very confrontational person and i didnt even have a tumblr or twitter

i was a helper (basically junior mod that had bare mininum perms) on SC during the entire event, and while I did not participate in the decision because it was really complex and i was busy with finals but i did lurk the convo and read a lot of it. i dont have any screenshots of this because i left a few weeks later after the entire mod team basically dissolved and the server lost all its users.

basically a while back before the grooming accusations some kids (like under 18) on the server were going around looking up artists on furaffnity, e621, and other nsfw websites and then reporting it to the mods of SC and i think mainworld too. the mods were pretty "this isnt really our business" about it and told the kids to stop snooping, and that was the end of it.

a few months later still before the grooming the issue resurfaced with the same users going after nsfw artists, they were again told to mind their business but a few weeks later came back with the grooming accusations on top of it. the key thing here is that the mod issue was heavily centered around the nsfw art that emily had been making, along with several other users who were in nsfw servers that these kids had joined to snoop around. they logged thousands of messages from multiple users and sifted through them looking for anything that could be added to this report.

again i just want to emphasize that this was not at all about Emily and Azriel at this time. The entire report was about NSFW people were doing in private NSFW sites and places that the kids had to lie and sneak into because they were LOOKING for dirt on these people. It was not just emily but around a dozen users in our server that had been perfectly fine up until this point.

there was a lot of delay with getting this report finalized and the grooming accusation came later. however given the context this seemed to raise a few red flags for the staff because the accusors had been so intense about their search for info and the fact that the conversation between them was months prior, there was some question of if the accusors had coached or otherwise convicned azriel about them being groomed just to get more dirt on emily.

Well the SC mods were tired of the NSFW artists being reported and considering the number of people being reported (again, more than just emily) and the methods the accusors had taken, decided that this was basically tantamount to stalking and kicked everyone involved.

What you see on tumblr is the response to that. They went and said "SC is run by groomer zoophiles" and everyone who had a hate boner for pansear jumped on board and it went nuclear.

I dont really know if this helps but i am just tired of sitting here being unable to speak about it because i dont have a following and i really miss pansear.”

I want to further emphasize this part:

Minors actively invaded adult-spaces, willingly & ACTIVELY exposed themselves to adult content EXPLICITLY to ‘dig up dirt.’

So, with that in mind, why would they stop at that? Why would they stop at something so trivial as faking screenshots? Multiple members have actively made threats to people accused & they care not about spreading a falsehood (Just look at Pansear’s old Tumblr handle!).

And here’s the example I said I’d give earlier. Azriel starts the conversation with mention of the horrors of some NSFW content from the fandom & then gives an example. 0303Emily follows up with a shared experience. This is some of the ‘proof’ that was presented in the doc Azriel & Co. put forth.

This doesn’t even mention any of the other discrepancies in their own ‘proof.’ The ‘Zoophilia’ allegations are once again Anthro on Anthro characters engaging in sexual acts, just like the allegation against Pansear.

INTRO

Occult gameplay is up there with one of my favourite ways to play. Food is a part of our Sims lives, and should also be for occults so that they can cook up their preferred foods.

This Occult Recipebook is a collection of custom recipes (food and drink) for Occult Sims in the Sims 4.

I have started off this occult culinary journey with: ✨SPELLCASTERS✨

I have plans to later create foods for each occult life state, so I will keep adding to the recipe book.

“Spellcasters” as a life state can be played in so many different ways: they can range from gnarly evil witches who practice black magic and eat bird entrails, to happy little fairies who live in cottages surrounded by woods and flowers! I have tried to include a little bit of everything in the recipes I have created. These foods are a mix of fairy, fantasy, green garden witch, apothecary, or black-magic sorcerer etc. 

They effect Spellcasters and/or human Sims in many weird and wonderful ways.

E.g. Nettle Tea which helps teenagers suffering with acne, Milk Thistle Biscuits which leave the consumer with prickly thistles in their tongue, and Eye of Newt Soup which most Sims will find disgusting but which Spellcasters will happily slurp up.

[it's in an ancient world, and no dx. she was sbondand as a baby bc of her disability, but grew in a good place and have a good life]. thank you!

Hi!

In this post you can find some links on what people with DS enjoy seeing when it comes to representation and some basic information stuff! You can also take a look at this post for advice on intellectually disabled characters in general, a lot of the points I'll mention below will be very similar to these. There's also this, which might be potentially helpful to you when it comes to characterization!

The main thing to avoid is the infantilization - which you already seem to be avoiding, considering the SC is a caregiver, which is probably the exact opposite of infantilization. I will also say that I have never seen an intellectually disabled character in that role, it's nice to see something new!

I would stray away from any angel/can do no wrong/"pure soul" association. Obviously it doesn't mean she has to be mean and rude, but people with DS can be frustrated, can fuck stuff up, can dislike people just as everyone else. They can drink, smoke, have sex, do drugs, whatever. They're not little kids.

Make sure that the character has a hobby, friends, etc.! A lot of intellectually disabled characters tend to be written as extremely flat; there's often just nothing there. It depends on your setting of course, but show her participating in various activities - does she like foraging for mushrooms? Is she really bad at sculpting but trying to get better at it? Does she drag her friends to go birdwatching when the season starts? Does she despise cooking? Try to make her into a three-dimensional character with her own likes and dislikes (which might seem obvious, but it's missing in so many characters with ID/DS! it's weird).

I will also add that if it works for your story, I would love to see a character with DS who has a romantic interest, or is at least considered in that way. The public perception is that people with Down syndrome don't ever get in romantic relationships, which isn't true! So showing her having a partner, or wanting one, or having one in the past would be very nice to see. Also, ID people can be in interabled relationships! So while her partner could also have DS (or another condition that causes ID, I know quite a lot of people with DS who have an autistic partner), they could also have a different disability, or be abled.

there's a question that got me curious after reading bout the SC roles in the orphanage, how do they deal with a difficult kid?

for example; there's a specific kid that they're really worried bout, that kid won't eat much, refuse to join activities, and if they did join (after being forced) they hardly keep up, won't communicate and always look tired due lack of sleep, and hardly share their hobbies, emotions or thoughts with anyone. what would they do having to deal with such a kid?

(and yes this ask plays an important role in the fanfic since I wanna get their reactions right)

Okok I assume you don't want to wait eons for me to possibly draw an answer so I will bestow this knowledge upon you as the mod, hope that's alright :) This might be a long one my bad

Kickin and Hoppy tend to try to motivate and cheer up rather than talk. They're not really the "emotional talk" type, if they feel it's necessary they'll get one of the other critters who are better equipped to speak with the person

They more or less try to nudge others into things or being engaged with activities, if they don't seem interested they'll join the activity with them and try to help keep them interested. They'll also make games out of simple activities to motivate others, like they'll challenge kids to an eating race to get them to eat their breakfast, stuff like that. They'll also spend 1 on 1 time with the person if they're not wanting to do anything, just to keep them company

Picky and Bubba usually sit the child down and have a talk, they'll want to offer advice or help them work through whatever is going on. They also keep eyes on troubled kids, just to make sure they're caring for their needs properly and not doing anything harmful. Otherwise they'll try to keep the child on the right path with suggestions

Crafty and Bobby have gentler approaches. They'll try to lead into asking the child if they're okay, mostly just sticking around them and watching them to get a sense of whatever is going on before speaking with them. They'll gently nudge them to play or to join in an activity, but eventually they'll pull the child aside. They'll invite the child to vent, even if not much is said they'll try to provide comfort and support anyway. Crafty specifically will invite the child to draw with her, just to keep them company

Dogday is very direct. He wants to know what's wrong and how to help. He can be a little pushy, but he tries to reign himself in, he just cares a lot and doesn't like seeing others upset. He wants to know what's going on so he can offer advice and support, and he also wants to try to cheer them up, make them feel a lil better, help them look on the bright side a bit

Catnap is super attentive. He's Playcare's guardian and he takes that responsibility seriously. He's very observant, he'll watch the child and stay nearby to get a sense of what's going on before acting. Sometimes he's quite indirect in helping, he'll ask another kid to invite the troubled one to their game. Other times he'll nudge the child into the right direction himself, or he'll just quietly keep them company

He tends to talk to children before they go to bed. He'll hang out with individual children and read them stories to help them settle down, but during that time he also tries to get a sense of whatever is bothering them. He asks questions gently, he'll listen if they want to talk, and he'll offer comfort/advice accordingly. He tries to be a calming presence more than a forceful one so he's not generally super pushy

Hey Everyone this isn't my typical post but this is being posted to let anyone know who is contributing or interested in the Sugar Spice & Nothing Nice Zine that they have let a person onto the team who writes extremely morally questionable fics onto their team. (scs proof below)

Also letting you all know because I didn't read this bit in the FAQ, that they did not and will not do background checks on any of the contributors. This was most likely added into their FAQ after the controversy with Morning Brew's moderation team. One of the moderators in this new zine (Gato) was also involved in moderating said zine as well. This was also most likely added to avoid blame for any morally dubious behavior that some contributors may exhibit.

This was mostly made to bring awareness as I recieved my invite and only realized after looking into who's on the mod team that I don't wish to be associated with these people or this project. This is an 18+ project but i’m extremely uncomfortable working on a project that lets people like this onto their team.

Plus his relationship with blitz is what started to cause the drama. Imagine you dad cheated on your mom and you didn’t understand the full situation and when your dad offers to take your mind off of drama, he brings the person he hooked up with that started all this drama in the first place (not putting the blame on blitz).

Yeah it's such a shitshow. Plus Blitz was actually taking his job seriously and wasn't flirting back, quite the opposite actually. So yeah. Pretty fucked

Though blitz during season one rarely flirted back and seemed to just tolerate Stolas more than anything.

Like, this is why Blitz is so messed up over it Stolas got feelings but it doesn’t erase all the shit he pulled and Blitz didn’t even get time to consider the situation, was just dismissed :(

My only hope is that stolas’s actions have consequences. Cause in season two his actions are softened more and some people would go Greta lengths to defend him- I get having like a favorite characters and seeing things from their point of view. But I feel like at times stolas’s actions are forgotten or expected to be forgiven because he was always “a victim”. While I won’t downplay the abuse and how bad his upbrings, it doesn’t excuse the actions we’ve seen him do in the show. Whether he’s aware of it or not. And I really hope apology tour is not just the “blitz hate train”. Though curious how Stolas thought singing at a concert with a banner that says “blitz sucks” was ever a good idea- but whatever it’s just me.

I also think he needs to realize he’s not just a victim if he REALLY wants to be an equal partner to Blitz Yes sometimes it’s one person’s fault, but it’s very obviously not this one

I for one cannot wait until Stolas has his awakening - so the fans with Stolas blinders glued to their heads have to eat crow. If it really is a "Blitz hate" train (although I think it's a broken hearts show), I'm not sure how I can watch that.

Also remember that their whole deal thing started when Blitz was in a life threatening situation. He was in no condition or position to consent properly. Even in the very beginning, he had no time to process...

And yeah, I do think Stolas genuinely thought Blitzø was sneaking in for him and he almost certainly would be pretty horrified to know that Blitzø wasn’t fully on board with it, but Blitzø is a victim. I don’t think the relationship isnt salvageable, but it needs a looooot of work.

Everyone goes on and on about how bad blitzø is. Meanwhile, Stolas is just as shitty but more subtle about it. Regardless if he's aware of it or not.

Stolas' biggest flaw is self-centeredness. Not out of malice or selfishness, but out of pure sheltered obliviousness. Stolas never seems to notice (or care) how someone feels until some extreme emotion is shown. One can hope Stolas will learn to put the pause button on his own thoughts and learn to listen and read the room

Whatever it is, I hope it keeps coming, because it's healing to the soul.

This Specific Instance we're wishing death upon him more than the default amount because he's participating in Squidcraft, a Latino-made/hosted and primarily Latino-played Minecraft competition with a big cash prize. (Aka that irrelevant ass sweaty ass racist Texan is literally only playing to win more money he doesn't need. He also won last year's SC 🙄). Last year there were a few non-Latino players (like him), but this year there were a BUNCH, most likely thanks to the existence of QSMP. There were Americans, Brits, and French just to name a few!

My mutual @pixiecaps has been the most outspoken on my dash about the dumbshit being in Squidcraft, so I'll tag them here and they can add any additional context they see fit in the reblogs or replies. They might have insight or perspective that I don't bc they're Latino and I'm not. 👍🏻 And this was baby's first Squidcraft for me purely bc QSMP members were in it, so idk much abt previous ones whereas Pix might.

It's annoying enough that Crapnap is in the competition at all, but yesterday a bunch of other previous DSMP members (Philza, Tubbo, Foolish, to name a few) all died in one of the games together and were thus eliminated. Shatnap's petty nobody poopy ass was literally CHEERING when they all died, which is poor sportsmanship for one (he has none tho let's be real here), and two: No Toxicity is one of the competition rules. So by all means, he should be investigated by the Squidcraft mods and (hopefully) disqualified for his bullshit.

And some additional context bc my guess is this all plays into why he was so outwardly toxic like that: Tubbo has outspokenly hated the Dr*m Team for a while now. He also had direct beef with Shatnap bc the dumbfuck tried migrating to Kick (basically Twitch for bigots & predators, to say the least).

AND, most relevant and recent: Philza was just on Tommy and Jack Manifold's podcast Shut Up I'm Talking about a week ago, and on the Patreon version of the episode the three of them talked about how Dr*m is a piece of shit, they all hate him, and how nasty and weird he was behind the scenes during DSMP, especially to Tommy.

Dr*m Team 100% knows this was all said, bc a) some of it was clipped ofc and b) Dr*m fucking posted the DSMP world download as damage control after people started talking abt what was said on the episode bc god forbid he look bad and get negative attention for 2 seconds. He's been begged by numerous people for LITERALLY LIKE 3 YEARS to drop the world download and only JUST did it to do damage control and make himself look all good and innocent or At Least distract people (spoiler alert: didn't work, he just made himself look even more pathetic. He basically gave the people who correctly hate him a gift in addition to clowning on him).

Shartnap literally lives with Dr*m, so there's no way he doesn't know Tommy, Jack & Phil have spoken some of the truth TECHNICALLY PRIVATELY. IT WAS ON PATREON BEHIND A PAYWALL.

Soooo yeah. As usual, Dr*m Team fucking sucks ass (many such cases, no one is surprised). Crapnap is the ""last remaining"" of the Dr*m Team to not have some Extreme horrific controversy and that's what keeping him able to be in competitions like this, rather than isolated to a shitty corner with the other two dumbfucks. (CLARIFICATION: He DOES have controversies. You can assume what some of them are based off of things said in that post I linked. Plus the Kick thing. But in comparison to Dr*m [a groomer, among other things], and George [sexual predator, among other things], Shatnap is ""the least awful"" of them, which is almost definitely why he's still ""welcome"" in competitions like this one).

Additional silly context: I'm calling him variations of shit because he openly admitted sometime earlier this year that he shit himself (or at least sharted) on stream.

i was scrolling r/SC and its weird the mods are saying you arent responding to their modmail responses and claiming you are "threatening sub members". I have seen no evidence of this anywhere.

Ive seen the odd claims that somehow you are only citing older DSM sources because it "supports your narrative" but then they dont read the criteria for how vague it actually is. Nothing you have show has supported the sysmed claims and I have a degree! I've studied this for more then 6 years and I'm licensed! It's vague for a reason.

The mods there seem to think that our life should revolve around them just because I sent a message to them asking them to remove a post mentioning my name and age. I have asks in my box, and other posts I want to make. I got what I wanted from that conversation, which was proof that I reached out to them to ask them to remove comments naming me. I might respond further if I find the time and the interest. But I haven't yet decided.

As for threatening members of the subreddit... I really have no idea what they're talking about. If anyone there has received any actual threats, it wasn't from me.

I think either they're making things up, or are taking some sort of statement that I'll continue to post about their hate sub as a "threat."

I don't have any idea what they're talking about with citing older DSM entries either. I rarely discuss the DSM, and when I do, it's almost always the DSM-5.

I prefer the ICD-11 as my go-to source, as it explicitly acknowledges that you can have multiple "distinct personality states" without a disorder.

Furthermore, most of the published papers researching and acknowledging endogenic plurality that I cite have all come out within the past decade.

Practically the only time I cite the DSM is when debunking people falsely claiming the DSM says you need trauma to be a system.

Otherwise, I generally don't consider it that relevant. It never claims you need trauma to be a system. It acknowledges possession states as real phenomena. And the existence of criterion C implies you can meet the other criteria without a disorder. But I feel there are better sources out there to use.

Like you say, it's vague. Despite leaning towards the existence of non-disordered and endogenic plurality, it doesn't go far enough to make it valuable for me.

I'm certainly not going to use older versions of the DSM as sources.

But yeah, there really is nothing to back up their claims. I've been asking anti-endos for years for even ONE single peer-reviewed paper stating that you can't be plural without trauma or a disorder. Just one.

Because I can name countless reputable psychologists and psychiatrists who have made it clear they believe in other forms of plurality in peer-reviewed papers from reputable publishers. I've seen others who are open to the possibility but seem neutral for no other reason than the fact their specialization is in trauma disorders, and they don't deal with people who aren't traumatized or don't have mental illnesses of some kind.

What I have never once seen is a single anti-endo provide a peer-reviewed source stating that you can't possibly be plural without trauma. And I mean this with any wording. It doesn't have to say "plural" or "system," as long as it communicates that this is the only possible way to have multiple self-conscious agents in your head.

See, for example, how the creators of the theory of structural dissociation have said in one paper that "self-conscious" "dissociated parts of the personality" may be involved in mediumship and hypnosis.

In the years I've been asking for this, not one person has been able to link to a peer reviewed source where a psychiatrist or psychologist has stated the opposite.

All they have on their side is The Big Lie. I've talked about this recently. Just repeat a claim over and over again until people believe it. Claim the experts support and agree with you, and you never need to source any of those non-existent experts. That's what r/systemscringe, and sysmeds in general, are depending on. That their members will be gullible enough to just accept whatever they say.

Strawberry Jam handles difficulty in a very different fashion to Spring Collab. Like, the variance in difficulty within each lobby is so much greater, to the point where the extremities intermingle with each other a little & even overlap in some cases. The red advanced maps are basically expert and vice versa. I think this might be preferable to SC's problem where every new lobby felt like you were wandering somewhere you shouldn't be, SJ has you enter each new lobby decently well prepared for at least the easier stuff.

This comes with some new problems though, like do you remember that part in the video where I talked about how the community corelates speed tech with difficulty & how this creates artificial segregation of mechanics between lobbies? Well, in SJ, the difference between red advanced and green expert is so minimal that the only concrete difference is tech usage. The expert lobby has a lot of maps that are basically just middle of the road advanced maps with the occasional ultra or dream hyper, and also a couple maps that by all accounts should be in grandmaster but they technically never have you do more than one ultra in a row (which would make it a chained ultra) so it only uses "expert tech" i guess.

This tech-focused difficulty categorization is a years-long uncorrected error on the part of the celeste modding community, honestly. Like they must understand that tech use on its own can't denote difficulty, or else they'd have put summit down-side in the beginner lobby.

To anyone wanting to read this in bad faith, I'm not here to judge your fetishes. I am not advocating for the banishment of all fetishes or however you want to twist this. I believe fetishes can be expressed in appropriate spaces. Strudel Cafe is not that space. Redla admitted in her TH bulletin that she got involved in vore when she was far too young for it. Why on earth would she acknowledge this, but not acknowledge that she is exposing minors in SC to it? How do you think people are exposed to fetishes at a young age, Redla?

I don't find anything inherently wrong with vore as a fetish and I am not trying to argue that. Allowing fetish content, no matter how "sfw" it is in a strictly sfw space with SEVERAL minors, is different. I don't think the mods would take kindly to users drawing strudels in diapers if these same users admitted to having diaper fetishes and discussed these fetishes at length on several platforms. It's not appropriate for kids. Fetish spaces are not for kids. Yes, kids will explore. Kids will be curious. Why would the Strudel Cafe mods want to support that in their own server though? Is this really the place to expose minors to vore? The designs may be "sfw", but isn't it a little insidious to know that they were designed to fuel a fetish? I have a hard time believing that characters with creatures in their stomachs or with stomach lining fillings have NOTHING to do with Redla's vore fetish, which she posts about on nearly every platform she's on.

I am not here to defend or scorn any fetishes. I want to point out the special treatment the mods are giving Redla for whatever mysterious reason. You can't even argue that it doesn't hurt kids when Redla admitted that she was exposed to vore when she was too young. How is she able to justify it to mods when she herself admits it's wrong? Furthermore, what about the adults who recognize the behavior as... weird? We know better. There are plenty of adults in SC and, surprise, they have fetishes! Why is one person so unable to control this fetish when every other adult in the server has no problem being appropriate?

She is welcome to express her fetishes in fetish friendly spaces. Strudel Cafe should not be one, but apparently the mods are okay with it being one. I am glad that so many people are leaving because of this. It is painful to see so many wonderful users go, but it disgusts me that the mods are refusing to do the right thing. I wish everyone who is leaving the best of luck.
