i don't think shrek 5 having a tiktok joke or referencing memes or whatever is inherently bad (the mirror was already being used for internet/phone/tv jokes in the original movie) but the way they went about it is definitely kind of a red flag to me. like... that's all the sneak peak is in terms of content, besides showing shrek's kid as a teen?? and the memes are sorta treated as like, cringe, or self deprecating humor? idk, i dont think itll be in the final movie and i'll wait til theres an actual trailer, but i dont blame people for raising an eyebrow. Idk, the pop culture was always there, but it was always genuine and it always served a purpose, yknow?

but yeah people calling in for another sonic redesign situation or saying the shrek series is pandering to pop culture "all of a sudden" are being silly.

I had previously never seen anything passed the first episode, so imagine my shock when watching a full play through of the Game of Thrones Telltale game, when I realize this mostly underrated little video game has better characterization for Jon Snow then season 7 and 8 combined.

So I have this playlist filled with fun dancing music that I like to listen to when working on stuff like the Roleswap comic. It’s a random mix of genres mostly consisting of 60s, 70s, 80s, and other toe tapping classics. Oh, and a lot of disco! Haha.

I thought it could use a good playlist photo of the Roleswap heroes inspired by other album covers of the time. I find myself drawn to vintage art styles so I just went and had fun with it! I figured the colorful and swirly album cover style would be a good place to start :)

Is this a safe place to admit that I tried really hard to get into MCR when I was a fourteen year old emo, but I never could???
