Holy shit it’s been another year????? The hell?????

Also! Your art style is gorgeous and that being found in 2023 and then refined throughout late 2023 and the entirety of 2024 really shows, as does your growth in panel layouts, perspective, and — as you said — experimentation. If you ever post your animation or video game art I’m looking forward to it.

As cheesy as it sounds, being able to laugh at funny comics and look at all the details of your art really made my 2024 brighter, even when things were hard. Including looking at your older art— it doesn’t need to be new to be enjoyable! I’m glad your art is well loved and it’s a privilege to have been here since the (near) beginning. I hope you take care of yourself in 2025 and beyond!

Thank you so much for keeping up with my art journey throughout these last two years! Two years!!! I am baffled at how that feels both too long and too short!

Admittedly, my art summary didn't manage to capture the fact that I did a lot of comic layouts that I'm really proud of. I also drew more backgrounds and made some very detailed works (*Dungeon Meshi spoilers for these examples*).

The growth is lot more evident when comparing my 'best' comics of 2023 to 2024:

Just wanted to make something for the AU because I love it with all my heart. Like, I love Sun and Moon in this, the plot, too. It's just amazing, dude. Can't wait to see how the story goes!!

My rambling under the cut-

First of all, I just wanna apologize for how long it took me to finish this qwq

I'm no professional animator and I made a ton of mistakes in the process of making this-

I've always liked crime/detective shows since I was little so I think that kind of explains why I love this AU so much XD

I tried to get as much of the AU into the animation as possible. There are also some unintentional and intentional references to the comic Meg made last year (ex. Sun tugging on his glove, etc.)

When I said I was gonna 'fix' older frames I actually meant "redraw almost the entire animation". Why? My style has changed a lot ever since I started this project. The first half looked so poorly drawn compared to the second half, and there were some scenes that I didn't like or didn't make sense.

I still have the old frames saved and oh boy... you CAN see the big difference and improvement... there are some I posted here some time ago that do not appear in this now. There are some scenes I did leave there, I think it's noticeable which ones because of the style

(This is a redraw of something I did more than a year ago. I’ve been wanting to redo it for a long time since I loved the concept, but I thought I could revisit it while leaving more to the viewer’s interpretation. So, I hope you like it !!)

Coincidentally, and to my shock haha, the author decided to drop the last four chapters while I was drawing this. Sitting there after reading the lovingly crafted ending and finally re-drawing the first TWSB fanart I ever made felt very poetically well-fitting for the occasion! Thank you to Sookym, and all of the friends and fellow readers that I have followed along with on this journey for the past few years!!

I'm very excited for the side stories and the webtoon that is coming back for season 2 on the 30th (and with a new adaptation team)! I hope to continue drawing art for this beloved series for longer too!! 🙌

some dumb doodles! i really like drawing terezi with visible eyes. people have asked me about my troll headcanons, i guess this is one of them.

and a comic i'm working on. if i don't release it by late december, we're gonna have to save it for 2026. which is hilarious cause i've been writing and rewriting this specific comic for 2 years now. there is pages where the dialog is actually complete before this, but they look shitty and i need to redraw them.

here, for making it this far, i'll throw in some premium entropicbias gay arts that'll make you go, "shit, is it pride month already?"

oh, and here is the last piece of art i have to offer. my computer reset, and i lost the progress i made rendering this. honestly, it's my fault for relying on csp's autosave so much. i would really rather die than press ctrl+s every once in a while. i guess my luck ran out with this one. shame!
