Pendwelling’s art and fics make me absolutely insane about him (well, their stuff makes me insane in general cause it’s so good but we’re focusing on Jibril Diop rn) and just

I literally started the TWSB novel because I wanted to meet him because of their I bet on losing dogs fic and how they’ve talked about Jibril and their instagram stories just keep that flame going

STILL haven’t gotten where he is (even tho it’s been almost a year since I started reading the novel) cause I get distracted by other manhwas and started reading the MSCH and ORV novels but I’m slowly chipping away at it

Also started learning how to read Korean recently because I wanted to get nuances and things that MTL would miss or struggle with so I could read TWSB and MSCH with as best of an understanding as possible

Also!! Realized that the earrings that they draw for Jibril, I’ve got a similar pair cause of my last life!scar cosplay. And, I’m genuinely thinking about cosplaying Jibril, specifically in that outfit from their art where he’s in the rain while CYC are under an umbrella, since I’ve also got a button up shirt that I was already planning on dyeing red.

Oh yeah I was haha!!!! It was pretty easy, tbh I mostly just referred to other fandom tags and copied it but with TWSB.

The format that I've generally observed, and which I used, is :

[Fandom Title in original language] - [Creator's name in original language] | [Fandom Title in English] - [Creator's name in English]

So in TWSB's case, it's:

서브 남주가 파업하면 생기는 일 - 숙임 | When the Third Wheel Strikes Back - Sookym

Other examples for other Korean webnovels:

백작가의 망나니가 되었다 - 유려한 | Lout of Count's Family - Yulyeohan

전지적 독자 시점 - 싱숑 | Omniscient Reader - Sing-Shong

(I'm not sure if your fandom is also for a KR novel, but if it isn't, I'd suggest looking up fandom similar to yours and coping its format!)

Oh also, when you create/type in a new fandom tag for the first time, it won't be recognized as an "official" fandom for a while, usually not until more works appear under it (either from you or other writers) and the system/ao3 volunteers properly acknowledge it.

I got up to ch 155 in TWSB and I really need to share my liveblog thoughts... it's absolute peak...

(ok i couldnt put into words everything i felt about that christelle pov scene in 154 but just wow... devastating... just beautiful... I cried😭😭😭 both ch 154 and 155 felt like climactic moments...)

AS FOR CHAPTER 155..... I really want to talk about how this felt like a callback to ch 15 and a continuation of the LGBT metaphor with ced so i want to link where i talked about this before first...

As the CEO of the TWSB fandom, do you know artists who sell TWSB fanmerch?

I do!!!! you have to wait for whenever their pre-order forms open on twitter (and depending on the occasion, sometimes it's South Korean buyers only or in-person pickups), but Naro-nim @/naro_akam (who recently has put up new fanmerch) and @/MD_gyu1 are generally the usual go-to artists for merch!! MDgyu-nim is especially known for their comics/doujins!!!!!! IIRC you can even view them digitally behind paywall on their postype acc, too

If I remember any other artists I'll probably come back and edit them into this hajha, but if you follow even just a few TWSB fanartists/fan accounts, generally you hear pretty quickly whenever someone makes merch and is opening pre-orders. It's a small fandom so news spreads easily 🥹

I guess a benefit to growing up in a fandom is for sure that my artistic skills have grown with me. When I was younger there were a LOT of things I wanted to draw but didn't have the skills/courage to do my ideas justice, but now I'm glad to say I am definitely better at drawing what I want to draw 🥹🥹🥹 I plan on doing and drawing so much more....... ouggrhhh..... TWSB oh TWSB...... I'll try and draw as much fanart (and now OC art too!) as possible 🥹😫💪
