And if they'd ask about it from Miranda she'd explain, "We were meant recreate them, but thanks to Wilson we ran out of time."

How would that feel? Which is worse, the fact that enough of Shepard had to be replaced even their skin isn't original anymore, or the fact that there is a timeline where Shepard would have looked into a mirror and seen their tattoos, and maybe thought they're a little off? A little too bright and fresh in colors, and were the lines always so thick? But unable to really determine what's wrong for sure.

Really unfun headcanon I had because my brain hates me: what if El5n and Norea du Noc knew each other before the events that lead to them joining their respective factions? And El5n doesn’t know, because he lost those memories as part of Peil’s experiments, and Norea doesn’t know because he looked entirely different back then and there’s no way he’ll still be alive, right? And then he meets her during the Open House, and says they’ll get along well, and there’s this little part of him that says “like we used to” and he doesn’t know where it comes from. And then they talk during the walk, and the sense of familiarity just gets stronger, and then after Eri mind-zaps him the memories start to come back the way El4n’s did. And so he finds her in the basement, and gets a solid understanding of what’s going on, and he reaches out to her because he never had any of his past left to him before. Not even his own face, and yet here she is. And he wants so badly for her to live, just live, the way she used to when he knew her… and she never finds out that she knew this boy before, that he does understand a little bit of what’s it’s like to be Earthian, never knows that they were friends once.

I’m a mechanical engineering co-op (kinda like an intern) at a pretty big company. So of course there’s all the weird conflicting systems and tons of random documents and departments and stuff.

A lot of times I’ll have to ask someone to help me find a document or CAD file that I need for one of my projects (because I’m only here for a few months and they haven’t given me access to all the databases). And most of the time it’s not an issue.

But about once a week, I’ll ask for something and the person will just look at me, pause, and then a look of horror will dawn on their face. Because the thing that I requested should definitely exist. But it does not.

Also a picture of my Minecraft conlang. There is no first person plural (this was made for a singleplayer world) and the only future verb tense is future perfect. Passive is nearly oblique at this point but there is a fully formed subjunctive. There is also a differentiation between /ɔ/ and /o/. However there is no differentiation between /d/ and /ɾ/ (there is no /r/). /l/ does not exist.

I think we as a society should bring back brotps. I think we should be weirder about characters being friends the same way people are weird about ships. Make those two characters who interacted once or twice besties. Make it difficult for them to get rid of each other even if they want to. Go nuts
