I love my job for so many reasons, especially when I get to help lifelong friends optimize their health. . . . I work hard to stay fit, eat clean and live a healthy lifestyle because I want my soul to have a beautiful and healthy place to reside in. Despite all my efforts, I just found out that my body is not as healthy as I thought it was. I have an uphill battle to fight this year to get my bodys health in shape and have turned to my lifelong friend and nutritionist @thevidawell to get me back to where I need to be. FUEL. Food should taste good, and at the same time provide nutrients to nourish our bodies.
