Mucho amor as we celebrate my babes bday. Words can’t express the gratitude I have for you. You are the most kind hearted, patient and loving individual, god knows how. 🤷🏽♀️ Your sense of drive is unteachable. Thanks for taking me along all of your adventures and encouraging me to be better. To many more mementoes. (at Montefalco)

Do you find the ocean or any body of water calming? Well, we are made up of water, 75 percent to be exact. When we go into the ocean the natural salt water draws out toxins and magnetic pull from the negative ions that are floating around help our bodies release serotonin which in turn helps reduce anxiety and depression, increases our energy and helps combat stress. - Healing Crystals // Sand - Detoxification // Sea Salt - Cleansing Energy // Vibration - Balance of Chakra // Currents & Tides 💦Now you know why you feel so dang good after that ocean plunge! Create a deeper connection for what your body needs. Think of it like this and then get in there this weekend amigos.

Adventures in #hana yesterday were incredible. Captured this shot right before the camera got water in it, whoops. 🤷🏽♀️I highly suggest doing the #roadtohana even though it’s a lot of driving on sketchy roads, it’s beauty is worth the adventure. __ I am fortunate enough to travel a lot, for both work and pleasure. That being said, it’s difficult to stay in my routine which consists of lots of superfood staples which makes eating out a lot easier. Sometimes finding healthy food is not easy, for instance yesterday we walked into a normal grocery store and I literally came out with nothing. I’ve never been so disappointed by the selection of an entire store filled with absolutely crap, nothing that I would put in my body or would recommend any of my clients. __ Something clicked, this is the option for most people, this is why we are a sick country and getting sicker. Anyways, I am here to help and hopefully change this for the better, it’s my calling and I hope I can do it. That’s it. 🥑Quick tips for being healthy when traveling🥑(Note: I am human, I do indulge when celebrating and don’t feel bad about it, instead I enjoy it and go back to my normal routine the next day) + pack snacks from home (Thrive Market is an online health food discount store, link in bio with my FREE guide) + practice intermittent fasting + increase good quality fats + hydrate Message me for more personal tips! ❤️ (at Hana, Hawaii)

I am loving cauli rice so much right now because it is so dang easy and you can do so much with it! Plus, they are now selling organic riced cauliflower at Costco and Trader Joe's in the frozen section. I promise you won't miss the rice, AND this recipe makes you feel so good after eating a big bowl of it! (at San Diego, California)
