SO. Turns out that Danny is apparently a clone. Who knew? Not him! Would have loved to know that earlier, but he doesn’t exactly have time to freak out about that because Ellie is melting. She’s going to die if he doesn’t do something and he already gave so much ecto that they both look ten now, but the only thing he can do is pray to everything and Clockwork that this portal works. 

Because Ellie needs their Original’s dna to stabilize her, not his own slowly destabilizing blood, and that means going to another dimension to where they’re still alive. This has to work- even if they can never go back, it’ll be worth it if he can just make sure Ellie lives. She’s all he has now.

The way people are becoming anti-children nowadays is really sad. And I'm not talking about people not wanting to have kids of their own, that's fine and something that shouldn't be shamed nor up to someone else to debate. No, I'm talking about the people who adamantly hate these little humans for simply existing, wanting to ban them from spaces due to them having emotional reactions that they are still learning to understand (you know, the kind of lessons that everyone had to learn and figure out at one point). It's gotten to the point where I've even seen these types of people genuinely support children being harmed and deny their hurt under the consensus of "Well then maybe they shouldn't be there," in your average public space. Like, imagine thinking hating on children, people who need assistance and guidance, is something to be proud of.

ANOTHER headcanon: The boys are so close that people will sometimes simply assume they're twins.

When they're known through pure conversation it's pretty easy to make that mistake because of how often Elias likes to drop tales about their shared adventures (spanning from toddler years to present) but in person it's more goofy.

Like yeah, if you gave them the same clothes + hairstyle they'd resemble each other, but there's some obvious physical differences between them that'd be hard to ignore. (Logan is blonde and Hesh is brunette, Logan is short and Hesh is normal, etc.) but SOMEHOW, without fail, almost every new person they're acquainted with will eventually go "So... are you guys twins?"

When they were kids Logan and David would just answer to the affirmative, and though they'll still say it now they're doing it as A Bit. "Yes, we're identical twins, can't you tell?" *Dead-eyed double stare*
