I’m pretty sure I’ve expressed this before but if there’s one thing I absolutely must have in the Good Omens finale it’s this:

Crowley has been fighting. He so tired. The Metatron has struck him yet again, this time harder than before and he falls down defeated at the feet of another Angel. Only to realise he recognises those feet. Bloodied and exhausted he see the tip of a flaming sword come into focus next to his head. His eyes travel upwards to land on the hardened face of a fierce looking supreme archangel. Before Crowley can make a sardonic comment, Aziraphale bends down and offers him a hand. Crowley hesitates for less than a second then resolutely clasps the angel’s hand, and before he realises he’s hauled to his feet. Aziraphale lets his hand go but only to curl his arm protectively around the demon’s shoulder, clutching him close to his side. He raises the flaming sword, pointing it at the Metatron and the other angels, and with golden glowing eyes fiercely snaps, “Don’t. Touch. MY. Demon.”
