i know coming back right is kinda a silly idea but im thinking about it.

what if ranboo came back, and they came back right?

not physically, of course. god, he looks a decade older and has the exhaustion to match. their skin is marred, mostly scar tissue now, from the explosion, from sam, from the endless ocean of limbo, from crying. tubbo hates that they match now. he’s skinnier, too, as if death took everything but the skin and bones of him. they look more monstrous. theres a new streak of white in his hair. it reminds tubbo of wilbur. it reminds tommy of himself.

but he’s just as kind, he still holds their son with tenderness and sings songs of old to him. he still brushes tubbos hair away with a feather-light touch. they still help techno with the dogs. he still visits tommy. they still grow pink tulips.

their memory is... better. ranboo still loses his house keys and forgets where he was going or what they ate for lunch, but they have every scar on tommy memorized, he knows tubbo like the back of their hand, can recite historical events like a textbook, will never lose track of an important date again.

its all they had in limbo. he didnt want to forget for good.

he's still scared, if they're being honest. scared that their sacrifice was for nothing. scared that his family will be destroyed again and again for the sick pleasure of some fucking guy. scared that he'll be used again. scared that they'll hurt the people they care about again. but for now they're okay, they have a team and a family and a second chance.

ranboo comes back and theyre okay, honestly. they move into the mansion with his husband and child. he thanks techno again and again for saving his son. for saving him. techno doesnt accept the thanks, he should've done more. he talks with tommy about limbo, and about grief. they visit their own graves and they grieve. for one another, for themselves. it washes over them in waves. tubbo still waits for the other shoe to drop, for his husband or himself to turn into a maniac and blow the server to bits, but it doesnt come. it won't come. its not the same, it cant be, but its good for the first time in a long time.

maybe the other shoe doesn’t have to drop. maybe sometimes people can come back and maybe they can be okay.

You were casually walking down the streets of L'manburg one dark night when you felt a strong hand grasp your arm. Within moments, you had been dragged into an alleyway by the Siren himself, and he held a knife to your neck. Dream, the #1 hero, stood by, wanting to rescue you but also not wanting for you to get hurt. "Siren, let the girl go." Dream commanded.

"Hmm... no."

You didn't know what to do. So you interrupt their conversation with a yell. "distraction tactic!" Then you kiss Siren. It wasn't a rough kiss but it also wasn't a peck. It was a light kiss and when you pulled away Siren and Dream were both in shock that neither of them went to stop you as you moonwalked out of the alley way and back into the streets of L'Manburg. "...." "...." Silence... "WHAT THE FUC-" Siren shouted *later* Wilbur went home. When he opened the door his dad, Philza, was in the kitchen making tea as his twin brother, Techno, and his younger brother, Tommy, were watching some thing on tv in the living room. Wilbur was still in shock and just slumped onto the couch. His family stared at him "um.. mate are you ok?" Philza asked. All three of his family members now standing in the living room, looking at him. "is it normal for a hostage to kiss you?" Wilbur asked, looking at them Lots of questions were asked that night

c!wilbur cutting everyone’s hair in l’manburg, but because of his poor peripheral vision he struggles to cut his own. so eret does it for him, and she eventually gets the hang of it. after the fcr, wilbur kinda has a slight mullet from her absence. and it’s the little things that hurt him even more.

Soft rustle of grass filled the ears, the warmth ray of the sun covered the body as the wind pierced the skin.

The sun was shining above the sky, the clouds drifting, the birds singing. Distant humming of the strum of strings can be heard playing.

When Nikki opened her eyes, she didn’t expect to be blinded by light; to be greeted by the great open sky; to be surrounded by lush green fields.

She had expected to see a roof on top of her head, or a blanket encompassing her body …but that wasn’t the case, and she is here.

The bright morning star blinded her eyes as she covered them with her hand, shielding them as she waits to adjust to her new found source of light.

A breeze flowed against her body, as if urging her to go somewhere better, somewhere safer than this grassy plain—a place where her eyes won’t be assaulted by the sun in the sky.

Nikki was confused, this wasn’t home—no—this was not the cave that she had hid herself in after that rightful day.

Nikki was dazed, this was not where she had lest slept. She remembered the eerie silence of the world below, the muted grey and the dimming light from her torch.

The coldness that covers her body even when she’s covered with wool and leather, a makeshift blanket she had made for herself.

This place was warm, this place was bright, this place was soundly—it was alive.

Nikki stood up and walked over towards the giant tree in the distant, to where the wind leads her, hoping to take cover under its shade. She looked around and took a note on what was surrounding her.

She didn’t know where she was, how did she end up here, or why is she here, but it didn’t matter to her because, honest to Prime, she felt at ease here.

After all she’s been through, after all that has happened, this newfound peace made her relieved.

She did not care of where she was, or how she got there, she’s just glad that she was there.

Under this tree, near the glowing statue; on top of the grass, leaning on the roots that lingers. She did not mind be stranded at a serene place like this.

The now not-so-distant strumming of strings and the voice that sings serenaded the air as she closed her eyes once more.
