My roommate and I got super trashed last night and watched Twilight Breaking Dawn part 1, really just to snark on the wedding and other twilight style weddings on youtube.

Anyway In the midst of a lot of cringey wedding toasts Bella's dad gets up and says "Edward will be a good husband. I know this because I'm a cop and I know things" to which I burst out laughing because of how unintentionally ironic it is.

Like Edward's a shitty romantic partner so of course a cop would think he'd be a good husband (look up 40% cops to learn more)!

This is my view on meditation and spiritual truths. Witchcraft, to me, is full of things no one can teach you. Oftentimes these lessons don't even come in words, but in feelings. You may try to put it into words afterwards but it's not what this is really about is it? The heart of it is how you feel.

We can teach people meditation but we cannot teach them enlightenment.

i will say. I do really get how dream has such a devoted follower base. with his stream and video he presented all the information in a way to make the view sympathetic towards him and make himself seem like the good guy. if someone were to only watch those and do none of their own digging or basic fucking research then I get how they would draw the conclusions they do and form the opinions they hold.
