just sensory issues wise that closet must have been nightmarish. Especially considering how awful silence and body noises are. I've had so many moments where my own breathing was what tipped me over the edge into a panicky sensory overload.

Everything was probably sticky with blood, piss, vomit and sweat too.

every time i think about the closet it just gets worse because dear lord it probably got so hot in there so fast. i doubt it was properly ventilated, so ironically it probably felt a little like being buried alive

Funny short answer? Yeah, he'd be pissed. He cannot stand Starlo and the fact that Star's flirting with Ceroba long after the fact would make him gag

Serious, longer answer (because I am diseased and must talk about them)? No, I don't think he'd actually be upset.

If Chujin's ghost gets to witness everything that happens after his death, I don't think he'd be angry Ceroba eventually enters another relationship. He's dead, but she's not; he wants her to be happy and move on. Honestly, he'd probably be very worried watching her not make more connections, platonic and romantic, after he passes away. She doesn't NEED another romantic relationship necessarily, but it's not good for her to close herself off from others.

Being with Starlo helps her connect with people again. She makes friends in Dalv and Martlet and others, stops closing herself up emotionally, stops drinking to cope with the pain at the saloon. A lot of that is her own strength, her own determination to keep living on and be happy for herself, but Starlo does play a part in that and helps her out. That's something Chujin's ghost would appreciate.

Starlo treats her right, is always there for her emotionally, offers her comfort and any kind of support she requires, makes her smile and makes her laugh. Yes, Chujin finds him very aggravating and honestly still disagrees with a lot of his politics and opinions, but even he can't deny Starlo's a good man. And if being with him makes Ceroba happy, he has no complaints. He would fully support her dating and eventually marrying Starlo.

Them adopting a human child and having them move into the house he built, though...

Georgie earnestly tells people Jamie's age in months until he's like 4, and then after that she still automatically calculates it in her head and will sometimes completely deadpan tell people her son is 305 months old when they ask, because she gets a kick out of watching them try to calculate it and slowly realize that her son is actually an adult man and she just had him crazy young

i love how unfatherly crowley and aziraphale both are when it comes down to it. sure aziraphale is more than willing to give the young people in his life help and advice and be their friend but he and crowley spent six years (eleven in the book) practically raising a kid (you just know his parents weren't around that often) and by the end they didn't even like him. crowley even suggested they just fucking kill him. he turned three kids into lizards for annoying him right after he destroyed their house. like it was that or kill them obviously but he did NOT hesitate with the newts. that's so funny to me. they're just inherently disinclined to parenthood. we need more characters like them actually

We really needed a book/episode of the working life of stephen, thomas and wolsey because i just think there is so much potential to show wolsey and thomas not taking anything seriously, and stephen taking everything seriously, but then stephen being so bossy to them you would think he was in charge.

he'd be the type of person that if his desk broke or whatever, somehow thomas and wolsey would be the ones to fix it, put it back together, spend the whole day really getting into fixing stephen's desk/chair or what have you, and stephen would just be sitting, not lifting a finger.

he would just be sitting there persumably in wolsey or thomas's desk watching them be little bob the builders the whole time.

and then on the other hand - they'd get on stephen's nerves. they would purposely try to do so just because seeing him get upset is funny. thomas and wolsey would make bets on who could make him so angry he turns red or he takes off his hat. wolsey would win most of the time, but thomas would come very close - at least when it came to making him red.

remembering when i was deep in my joblessness and my father asked me "well what's ONE skill you have that could make you money RIGHT NOW". in a way where i thought he may have already known his answer and wanted to teachable moment me, but i went along...

i thought about it for a long time because well i think i have a lot of skills that could theoretically make me money but i settled on "networking." Because I think I'm very good at connecting people + resources and many jobs benefit from or require that skill. also good networking helps you Get the job. i felt rather shaky in this answer, but i also thought his question was insane, so it was the best i had.

Trying so hard to not start fic writing before I've even finished the game but I want so so bad to write a time travel fic where post totk wild gets sent back to pre calamity hyrule in the middle of a lynel or gleeok fight, like he's just covered in monster blood and guts with a mishmash of armour pieces (at least one barbarian piece) hair long and tangled, scars all over, wielding a ridiculously huge savage lynel spear tipped with dragon claw and dripping sizzling blood. Smoke coming off him. Arm looking half rotted.

In the middle of the throne room.

Several particularly delicate lords and ladies faint. All the guards are pointing spears. He nearly takes someone's eye out before realising where he is.

Once he realises when he is it becomes a race of time to make the right waves before zelda comes to pick him up.
