last night, we closed out this chapter in the city where my mother was born, and i have no words to express how special it was. the energy, the love, and the connection we shared in that moment made it the best show of my life.

Hi! I'm the anon who asked you abt the TTRPG Deathclaws thing. I just wanted to thank you for the long and cohesive response and your take on the whole thing! I love worldbuilding and more specifically making animal variants and the reason i asked to begin with was because you inspired me a ton and i wanted to expand upon the ideas you have presented in your super cool blurbs--

But i think itd be better of me to try to respect your art and instead try to make something of my own instead of expanding on something of yours- even if my art of the things i have come up with will never be as visually amazing or indepth as yours. I really adore your art and creativity when it comes to creature designs- thank you for inspiring me.

Heya!! it's time to go on another tangent oh boy

I've also loved worldbuilding and creature design since I was a little kid who was notably bad at it due to being a child. I adored the trend for pokemon fusions and variants when they came through and I was doing them even before they were a huge trend - I filled out books of the things in high school! But not every artist or fanartist particularly starts on similar routes. Sometimes they don't have creative friends to essentially trebuchet their development into creature design early on.

It's not something I can pretend everyone has a penchant for and can just do on a whim - it takes a particularly malleable thought process to just decouple what is into what could be, and how far you can or even want to stretch that. But everyone has to start somewhere! I believe my journey of deathclaw designs started in 2016 as just a tiny scratch on the surface from 'what if they were different behaviourally' to 'what if they were different... visually' - when my only major inputs for design ideas were fallout 4/NV and skyrim, and it showed. Strong designs come from 'what is the purpose of it in this setting' and you reverse engineer traits shared by real or fantasy (and therefore a chain reaction of traits shared by real) animals - and you can only reverse engineer using what you know!

So - save the deathclaw variants as inspiration but also! Make a huge folder of things. Pad it out with a bunch of stuff. Build a visual library. See what other artists are doing with their concepts (this is probably also why monster hunter is so popular, because it has an ecological niche that makes it feel believable) and let that color the world you're trying to build. Let yourself go 'ok this artist did this. so what if I did something similar, with a different color scheme or scale type or animal part? what if it lived somewhere else, how would that affect it?' God knows the bethesda presentation of fallout is incredibly two dimensional and the worldbuilding needs all the help it can get

it's how you get insane premises for fics, AUs, and tabletop campaigns alike - by stepping off the beaten path and showing how much you understand the world when your concepts that fuck it up can still maintain a cohesive and believable presence in it. Though it's still a lot of effort to take any steps along this journey, which is why a lot of people don't like start u_u

So good luck, honestly, and keep being inspired by things!

Hello, thank you for your request. And honestly I'm as much a bad writer and the only reason I take requests is because it helps me improve my writing and have more creativity in understanding a simple character's behaviour even with their short amount of time of showing up:)

Anyways, you too keep yourself hydrated!

I could only do 3 of the more 'popular' NPCs since their behaviour stood out the most and actually show their own different personalities. (well, jacob is somewhat biased..)

But no worries, I'll start to work on other NPCs when i'm ready. For now, they might be ooc cause it's simply headcanons. Fun police please don't find me 👁️

1. Jacob:

- It's like the whole fandom agrees that he's muted/doesn't talk much. He talks by body language and expression, though it's more leaning into body language.

- Guy can speak, but only when he has to. Most of the time he rather keeps it to himself.

- Jacob is honestly a chill guy, he might be silent most of the time but he got some incredible listening. The type of guy to remember things you said from a whole decade ago. He doesn't give a fuck on anything, you could push him around or hugging him, pulling him and he wouldn't care as long it not bad intentioned. Great at detecting lies.

- He can't smile. I mean he can, but it would turn out wanky wonky, stiff as hell. Basically 😬 but well expressed if he's grossed out by something. Just imagine a simple 😐 face turning into something more detailed and expressive to exaggerate his disgust towards anything.

- Doesn't acquire bitches. (That's suck man..)/j

- Used to have long hair but shaved it off because wearing a shako is hot as fuck, plus it would get in his eyes. His team probably slapped his shiny bald head at least once a day, or just rubbed it aggressively every time he took his shako off. It's an addiction.

- People don't know his actual name, they just call him Jacob and he now is Jacob. (Personal headcanon..)

- Elders love him, no but like he would be really nice and respectful towards elders. Unironically would stack candies they gave him and refused to share, he barely eats them smfh.

2. Barry Williams:

- Your stereotypical English man, thick accent and a ginger.

- This guy would have the funniest laugh you would ever seen in your entire life, to the point if he laughs at something, it is contagious because his laugh is hilarious. A full on snorting and broken pitched, wheezing, coughing and he's gripping his stomach typa shit.

- Big hands, very warm hands. Bear paws. His hands are also sweaty. Barry himself is hella beefy.

- A gap in his teeth, always has the food stuck in there every time he eats and has to spend time getting it off. Accidentally poked his gum once and died right on the spot.

- Would coo at any babies or animals if he manage to see one in sight.

"Look a' them!"

- Bigg teethy smile, got his eyes wrinkled in glee and the dimples completed it. Happiest smile. Like look at him go :D (go englishman go)

- A dog person probably, he likes dogs, he loves dogs. Dogs also love him, wants a dog a while ago but due to the circumstances, he can't :(

-Dislikes being whispered in the ear, it itches as hell and he doesn't like people's breath fanning over the side of his face.

- Eats alot, he's not really picky. His appetite probably the size of 3 people combined. He can eat to keep his body going, but definitely not full enough.

3. Jean.

- A humble guy, despite his obvious talents and his excellent works along with his effort for literally anything.

- Fancy mustache he takes really fucking good care of it. It so fancy to the point his fellow teammates would actually thought of him being a higher rank but instead he's just the same as them.

- I'm sorry, but women and older women definitely adore him (who wouldn't). He's a respectful, handsome looking guy. Dude always got a group of people staring at him while he's minding his own business. Probably deny that he doesn't have admirers.

- A good talker he is, people couldn't really bring themselves to dislike him. He got acquaintances almost everywhere, people recognize him and he recognizes them too. Even if they didn't know him shit, he just knows them.

- A romantic frenchman, Jean enjoys poetry and arts. He found himself admiring the works of buildings as he passed by, statues, drawing, novels.

- Would act like those dads who would have their hands on any kind of architect. Or watching a dude fixing stuffs with such focus.

Rosie calls out to him after entering what used to be the home base for G.H.O.S.T. and now given to the remaining autobots and decepticons for them to work on the space bridge. The area was quiet, as if no one was around, and this confuses Rosie. Usually there were a few others out and about.

Hearing the soft pleasant music down the hall gains her attention, and follows towards the music, hearing it grow louder before entering Megatron's personal room, only to be confronted by the blue jazz music playing and dim lights that give a soft warm atmosphere. She can't help but smile softly, looking around as she comes into the room and is approached by Megatron, holding his mass displacement.

"What is this?" Rosie loves the romance blooming around her, making her heart flutter with warmth and joy. "Are we celebrating something?"

"Do we need a reason? I only wished for us to spend this evening together. I asked for everyone to keep themselves busy, away from us, so we won't have any disruptions." Megatron answers through a tender purr as he smiles at her.

Rosie's smile turns into a smirk. "Oh really? And what didn't you want anyone to hear?"

Megatron closes the distance between them, caressing her chin before whispering into her ear. "Your howls of pleasure."

A pleasant moan bubbles from Rosie, feeling goosebumps exploding through her body as she feels her legs grow weak simply by his words and touches. That's all it takes.

"That sounds incredible." Stepping closer, Rosie slides her hands over his broad shoulders and rests them behind his helm, bringing him closer and sharing a tender kiss.

Megatron lets out a low purr from his chassis, delighted by her tenderness, something he hasn't really received over his long period of time throughout the war.

"That's because you're the jealous type." Rosie teases him.

"It's my nature, that won't change." Megatron then grows soft again. "Thank you for giving this old fool a chance. Very few have ever shown me kindness, not that I deserve it, but you gave me a chance to be happy again. I'll forever cherish you, my beautiful flower."

His words hit hard, causing Rosie to tear up as she tries to hold them back, not wanting to look like a sobbing mess. "Oh Megs..."

"Tonight, I want you to be happy, whatever you want." His smile turns into mischief. "Any of your desires you would like to undertake?"

Rosie's smile turns wicked, biting her lower lip as she hums in thought. "Yeah, there is. I want you to be creative, to take control and fill me, breed me, that's what I desire from you." She slides her hand up along his chassis earning a low purr from his chassis of approval.

“Let’s get you out of those clothes.”

Megatron is gentle as he removes the clothes from her, purposely going slow and touching her warm skin under the pads of his digits, optics roaming over her body, admiring every inch of her beauty. He likes what he sees, an exotic beauty he's never seen before that has become his obsession.

Rosie relishes just how he maps out her body with both his servos and optics, it makes her feel very special, attractive. She stands still for him while letting him take control over her, waiting for anything he might have to say, or even order her.

"We met like three weeks ago."

Hello! :) I've really enjoyed all your posts so far. It feels like you understand these characters on an incredibly intimate level, and so many of your headcanons and characterizations hit the spot for me. Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful things you create with us! Looking through your writing brightens up my day every time.

If possible, I'd like to request a Star Trek matchup. I've only watched TOS, AOS and a bit of DS9 and TNG, but I'm completely open to any character that comes to mind regardless of series and gender.

I'm a transmasc enby and lean towards masc or androgynous presentation. I have dark brown eyes and wavy hair. I have a bit of grey hair from stress and a single dimple that shows when I smile or purse my lips. My height and build are on the lower end of average and I've been told I have fairly broad shoulders.

My MBTI is INFP. I'm reasonably sure my enneagram is 4w5, but I could be wrong. I'm neurodivergent and that factors into a lot of my personality and worldview. I'm an old soul. I have a variable social battery, but I am always there for people when it matters the most. I feel things quite deeply, but I strongly believe that emotions and logic go hand in hand, and as a result have a pretty high EQ.

I'm very easygoing and approachable, and like to make lots of friendly acquaintances in my daily life. I try to connect a bit with everyone I can strike up a conversation with regardless of age. I care a lot about people and I think people would generally consider me sweet or easy to get along with. With my closer friends, I'm maybe the dad friend counterpart to our other mom friend. I'll be silly with them but am usually the first to go no-nonsense when they need a voice of reason. My brand of humor is quite deadpan, but I laugh a lot at my friends' antics. I will only sass or give a ribbing to people I consider fairly good friends, but make sure to avoid any sore spots.

I'm passionate but not really competitive and thrive in environments where everyone really loves what they do. I have no problem taking on leadership roles or otherwise. I generally serve as a mediator for conflicts, and don't mind speaking up for other people's needs. I gravitate towards creative mediums like art, reading and writing, music and theatre, but also have a soft spot for anthropology and biology. It is pretty easy for me to find beauty in all sorts of places and people and things, and one of my favorite things to do is to take things slow and focus on the little things for a while.

I'm demisexual, sex-positive, and probably ambiamorous. My love language is words of affirmation then physical touch, in that order. Gender doesn't really factor into my attraction for someone and I find people attractive because of who they are as a person, not how they present. i totally get that, and it used to be my number one problem, creating at all. i remember being in art school surrounded by people who were always drawing, and me, i just couldn't, and i couldn't explain what made drawing so difficult for me

and i think what blocked me is that i was paralyzed by indecision - too afraid to waste my time making "bad art" to do anything, or the wrong type of art, art that' won't look good in my portfolio, art that's too silly and specific to me. so in the end i made nothing

what's really been helping me lately is that i have dramatically lowered my standards for myself. i sketch every idea i have, even if it's just putting down three lines, even if it's self-indulgent and silly. anything that excites me and makes me want to draw, i follow that excitement as far as it will take me. maybe that's a fully completely illustration, maybe just a sketch, or maybe somewhere in between

if the goal is to have fun and not making a masterpiece, i feel less pressure and i end up drawing more. and drawing more leads to drawing better! if you make 10 sketches and really pressure yourself to make them great, that's torture. if you draw 1000 sketches, some of them will turn out amazing

when i have ideas i sketch, and when im low on ideas, i have all these already made sketches to revisit, and as i draw i find new ideas! this avoids me having to face a blank canvas and desperately scratch around my brain for ideas. creativity does not like being scrutinized like a bug, it vanishes under pressure in my experience

i find that creativity can be a negative or a virtuous circle. not drawing leads to less ideas and more pressure to deliver something good which will keep someone not drawing. but if you find something that gets you excited enough to draw again and keep going, then you will get more ideas along the way. follow them! draw the same character 1000 times in a row. i tend to focus on mostly one of my characters at a time - i draw her, i think about her, so i want to draw her more, and so on. that's fine

if there's any part of drawing that you like more than others, maybe try leaning on that more, and remember you don't need to do anything you don't want to do. if doing lineart sucks, don't do that. if coloring makes you want to stop drawing, use black and white

but also, where i've also been very lucky is having people like you around! :-) having people respond and connect to my art with such enthusiasm and such kindness, it's incredible

genuinely i owe more to people online who like my art than anyone does to me for making it. i would probably still make art if i had no one to show it too (which is what i did in middle school lol), but it's very lonely. it's harder to create something if it feels like no one will care. and i've been there, i spent years on deviantart having zero followers and attention. so i think every artist needs supportive friends they can show their art to for encouragement

some people feel shame that they don't do art just for its sake, that they want followers and likes and all, so i just want to say it's normal to want that :-) like i do make my art for an audience, if it was just for myself, i'd look at it in my head

i came from ACD — holy shit this fic has me under some kind of magic. i found it last night and am only just now starting ch10 but i have been having a blast with every single chapter. i can't put it down haha

i'm normally very quiet about my enjoyment of things because i don't like making myself visible, but it's quite frankly criminal that you don't have more people commenting on your work!!

i feel your characterization of volo to be incredibly accurate (seriously! i can picture him in my head easily with what you write for him), and your interpretation of rei is really creative — plus, i love that there's art and music/playlists to go along with the story. i love your uses for the legendaries thus far, and the core four of rei's team as well.

the humorous narration and dialogue you sprinkle in throughout the story have me having to take small breaks to really let some comments or exchanges settle in. that, along with how you title chapters — good lord, you are funny as fuck. please continue, i need more laughs like this.

this fic has been scratching every single itch i've had, giving me everything i was looking for (AND stuff i didn't even know i needed!) and the overwhelming joy i felt to see that the last update was YESTERDAY? is unfathomable.

1. my favorite fic of yours is probably phantasmagoria (with sanemi’s “bundle of joy” and rengoku’s “tell me to stop” being very close second and third places). i loved the complexity of the characters, the unreliable narration, how there was no “black and white” so to speak, everyone in the story in some way or another wasn’t completely good or completely horrible (except d*uma ofc), everyone fucked up somewhat along the way (some more than others lmao); however i am also super excited as well for the great war and vow between man and star, and ofc the completion of netherwood lolol, and have no doubt you’ll crush those fics too!!

3. best character you’ve written for: honestly, i’m just gonna straight up say i love how you write ALL your characters. however (and i’ve talked about this to you before) i have never loved how someone writes kyojuro more than how you write him. i am not the biggest kyo girlie (gasp i know) BUT the way you write him??? god i’d marry your version of kyo in an instant. you make him so much more than just the over-enthusiastic characteristics that he possesses, and i love that about your writing of him.

Do I really need to explain this?? it’s the Onceler for crying out loud!

He’s a classic Obvious reasoning. This man is part of tumblr history. we have to respect our elders! he Created the sexyman! this man is a legacy, a legend, he is the icon. no literally the tournament’s photo is the onceler. he once sailed the tumblr sea and navigated us to the tumblr we all know of today, this hellsite wouldnt be the way it is without him. everyone should recognize that and appreciate it. thank you mr once-ler.

The Message The Onceler had great character development and thus is an interesting character! He has a backstory and growth but most of all he learns a lesson that the viewer can learn aswell. In his age he teaches and spreads the words of anticapitalism and preserving nature. Do your other sexymen do that? I dont think so. He teaches kids to care about nature and overall has a positive message to share.

Skill He is also creative and inventive, he created the thneed, something we havent even been able to make in real life. He must be incredibly smart.

Criteria Lets take a look at the criteria (note he is so important that his existence helped mold the criteria of the sexyman) He had hundreds if not thousands of blogs dedicated soley to him. I mean just him. He was shipped with himself and with fans, and formed countless au’s. He breaks none of the rules and in fact follows all of them! A sexyman is created by the fandom, and even if all youve heard are tales, everyone should be on the same page about the Onceler fandom during its glory days.

Hardships Tumblr has been mean. You and your “deoncelerization”. You outcast him. I believe we all owe him an apology. That along with kicking him out of the tournament so early in both matches. I feel it’s unacceptable and he should be compensated for this unfair treatment. Please spread the kindness in your heart to our dear ol’ onceler. Even in the canon he had a hard life. Let him win.

Even if you dont find him sexy, thats a personal bias and you are outright denying his clear classic sexyman traits. I do hope you will have an open heart when voting.

Omg yessssssss, I love getting to support small businesses and especially small swiftie businesses, it's always my fav thing to do! Oh I feel that! I live in a big-ish city, but it's in the middle of nowhere and it takes almost 2 hours to get to the closest big city with things like target or even most chain restaurants like Panda Express or sit down ones like Olive Garden.

The OG Speak Now era was something else! I remember when it came out and being absolutely obsessed with haunted bc I was in a twilight phase and I firmly believed that haunted should've been on the soundtrack somewhere! Long Live is my fav from Speak Now (og and tv) but a lot of that has to do with the memories I have associated with it! It's 100% Taylor's songwriting that makes it so clearly Taylor. Really and truly, it's amazing to see how she's consistent with her writing from debut to midnights considering how much she's grown as a songwriter and musician over the years. I firmly believe that her music holds up throughout the years and will continue to do so, especially with the re-recordings! Oh I am, I love getting to relive those eras again, especially because they were so important to me during the OG eras. I'm very lucky to have my brothers! We're all very close and I wouldn't trade them for the world (I'm the middle child lol)!!

Her name is Kayla! She's an 11 year old Labrador Retriver mix that I adopted last year and I love her so so much! Winnie is my baby but Kayla is my sweet old lady. They get along for the most part except Kayla is a garbage disposal and will eat anything, including Winnie's food (which makes Winnie angry because she's particular about her food lol).
