After a week of playing some visual novels, I MIGHT write about Ronin(Killer Chat!) and Nightowl(Blooming Panic) along with Ren(14 days with you) and Crowe(The Kid at the back) because I have a few ideas in mind for them.

Don't worry, there will still be Sol(The Kid at the back) content. I have some drafts waiting to be done and shown to my dear readers.

"It's not as good as the last time we shared a room, but it's manageable." Forde tries to lighten the dingy bunker's mood, but it does little to help. "Are you doing alright?"

"Hee hee..." There's as much worth in gentle humor as in vengeance here, or so Maria believes; they need to carry more than just their broken hearts with them to survive. Disentangling her fingers from her hair (a clump of dried blood now separated and disguised), she brushes back sanguine locks and turns a wondrous gaze over the room.

"You're right -- the ambiance just doesn't compare!" She jokes back, her smile touching her eyes and tucking their corners in mirth. Her chin takes its rest on her knuckles, faux-appraising eye returned to their new lodgings. A beat held; she shakes her head playfully, but when her gaze rises it's with a smile.

"I'm okay," the little cleric reassures him. Fingers brush against the tear in her shirt, though her now-bandaged shoulder protests even this. At least she had been seen to rather quickly; it's a favor she'll be sure to repay once she's taken enough rest. She ought to take her own advice sometimes, after all! Even if it might chafe.

"I'm here," she murmurs. Her back straightens, her faint smile held in warmth. "I'm alive. There's still something I can do for them, for everyone -- for you, too! But, if I could ask you two things..." A pause; a hum. "Are you okay, too? And, hmm... What's your favorite color?"

She grins at that. "In whatever order you like better!"

hai my name is twiix :3 im 16 (turning 17 literally on friday), im bi n my pronouns are they/it. i don't identify with any specific gender?? i think if i had three words to describe me, they would be meow meow meow (im a cat :3)!! im also an extrovert n my star sign is aquarius for those of you who were curious

some of my favorite things ever are cats, my boyfriend, the band ghost, kpop, jojo's bizarre adventure, creepypasta, bandori, pink things, hearts, cars (NOT the movie), fuzzy blankets, fnaf, metal, all things cute n pretty, south park, writing (duh), my ocs, spring, hour-long documentaries about true crime, internet mysteries, horror, and space, n yeah!! oh an playing video games hejhehsjhefkj but that's about it :3

uhm some other fun facts are that i associate myself a lot with pinkie pie and sayori, my favorite song right now is rats by ghost, my two biggest passions are writing and singing, i swear a lot, i wanna learn how to play the bass, i prefer having my nails long, i have one tattoo and my lobes are pierced (but im definitely planning on more tats and piercings, im getting my septum pierced soon actually!!!!), and i like talking about myself a lot!!!

After their mother started working more again, like Nerissa remembers her doing when she was much younger, the responsibility of their continued progress in homeschooling fell mostly on Nerissa and Poseidon.

Nerissa has never had an issue motivating herself to read books or write out her interpretations of their contents or even to solve a system of complex arithmetic. In fact, Adrienne mostly gave up on trying to teach her anything new last year, joking that “the student has far surpassed the teacher.” As for Poseidon, well…he’s sort of the opposite.

During the hours Adrienne is away for work, Nerissa sits at the kitchen table beside him and dictates to him what he needs to work on. “It’s important for us to do this,” she always reminds him. “Since we can’t go to school, we have to learn somehow.”

He usually just rolls his eyes at her, but that’s okay. As long as she knows he’s listening to her.

But today, something is different. When she settles down beside him, he shoots her a sideways glance that reeks of resentment. In itself, this isn’t necessarily abnormal; what is abnormal is when he picks up his books and moves himself to another chair completely.

She stares after him, mystified.

“Aren’t you going to do your homework?” she asks.

“Well, yeah.” He flips open the page of the history book Adrienne has been having him take notes from lately. It hits the table with more force than Nerissa suspects he meant for it to. “Don’t you have anything better to do than hover over me?”

“What?”

“I know you have stuff you could be doing too. I saw that book Mom brought home yesterday for you.”

“I… Well…”

She stops, clamping her jaw shut tight. He eyes her for another moment longer, then turns his gaze down to his book, firmly away from her. Though his expression was decidedly frosty, she feels much colder now that it has disappeared from her view.
