Never been happier! I have so many peppers growing on my plants right now I am so amazed and can't wait until they are ripe!!
So many Thai chilis, habaneros, and real deal peppers +a jalapeño and a couple mystery peppers. Google says they are habaneros but I haven't bought any new habanero seeds and they look completely different from my other habaneros. Still super exciting!!!

i made fucked up miso soup but it tatses so good 😋

Also also also!!!!! Baby's (me) first stir fry
#no no no but my dad was like 'yeah we have extra sauce from the pad thai a few nights ago you could make some noodles and put that on top'#and i was like sure! bc um yum but he also told me to put some garlic and oil in it etc so i texted after he left abt which oil and then he#was all like oh and then you chop up the vegetables and put them in the wok-#me: wot#dad: no the wok#and he gives me these full instructions to make a meal but i was alreadly halfway into it so like why not but uh yeah#also we used most of the veggies so thats legit 1 carrot and 2 hot peppers in it lol#theres still a little sauce left (i should have used all of it tbh) but oh well#and now we have NOODLES!!!!! which is good bc we ran out since we had soup last night so now theyll go w the leftover soup#blah

Spring Green Noodles (Vegetarian)
Combining the year's first harvest of Snow Peas with frozen vegetables makes these Spring Green Noodles particularly appealing and tasty --and covers at least three of your five-a-day in the process! A bright, simple and falvourful lunch, perfect for a weekday! Happy Thursday!
Ingredients (serves 1):
80 grams/2.85 ounces udon noodles
1 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
a small Green Onion
1/3 cup frozen green peas
1/3 cup frozen broccoli fleurets
a dozen Garden Snow Peas
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
a small bunch Garden Chives
In a small pot of salted boiling water, cook udon noddles until soft and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes.
Immediately drain and rinse well under cold water, to remove the starch. Then, place in a bowl of cold water; set aside.
Heat a large wok over a high flame. Once hot, add toasted sesame oil.
Peel and grate ginger, and add to the hot oil. Fry, 1 minute.
Thinly slice Green Onion, and add chopped white part of the Green Onion (saving green part for topping) to the wok. Cook, 1 minute more.
Stir in frozen peas and broccoli fleurets, and cook until softened, a few minutes.
Then, stir in Snow Peas, shaking the wok to coat in oil and ginger. Cook, a couple of minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, and cook, another minute.
Then, deglaze with Hot Pepper Sauce and sweet soy sauce.
Drain udon noodles, and stir them into the wok, coating well in sauce and vegetables.
Finely chop Chives, and stir into the wok.
Enjoy Spring Green Noodles hot, sprinkled with reserved chopped green part of the Green Onion.

Quick little garden tour:
the wildflowers are immaculate despite the heat and drought
peppers of all shapes and sizes- Txorixero, Jigsaw, Chinese 5-color, Tsin Tsin, Poblano, Jalapeno. in the background is my onion bed (overtaken by weeds that were impossible to deal with) and behind that is the pea/spinach/carrot bed which is dried up. I've plucked plenty of peas and pinach pods and i'm drying them elsewhere for seed saving.
herb bed, with blank spots filled in by zinnias and a bitter melon chives, parsley, thyme from left to right
cranberry beans, which have just started producing pods
the watermelon patch between the beans and tomatoes, with another zinnia that i'm too kind to tear up, and the wild tomato jungle strung up with a semi-florida weave
a 4x4 section entirely dedicated to lemongrass because I love thai curry, with a wall of zinnias and gifted tomato plants, then zucchini on the right side
the last-finished garden bed where I tried to plant bare-root strawberries but it's been so hot and dry only a couple survived. I replaced the bare space with some late-started exotic peppers. also in containers are some perennials, succulents, and crispy ass lavender
the sunflower bed is doing great with regular sprinkling
the left half of my garden which is still missing about 12 yards of compost, but we'll get to that before the next growing season. next to the wildflowers are two owari satsumas that i keep meaning to plant but really i'm too lazy so they've stayed in their pots next to the wildflowers. I have a meyer lemon and a calamondin orange in the same situation just off-camera.

The Heart Killers Ep 1-3 normalish Thoughts.
i still have no idea wtf The Heart Killers is trying to do but at least i'm entertained. here are some random thoughts i have so far.
Ok first don't come at me Dunk girlies this is just my dumb opinion. but i think i can pinpoint what bothered me with his acting. HE'S OVER PRONOUNCING THE FUCK OUT OF MOST OF HIS WORDS! like i know he was raised with english and that probably contributed to this but everytime he said "Krub" it feels a bit off, like he's in a thai language class reciting something to a teacher. anyways after i start to turn my brain off and i do enjoyed his overacting in "this is kinda bad but he got the spirit" kind of way.
Joong is smoulding hot and whatnot and i'm very interested in his and dimple fluke back story.
FK are very cute in this and their bdsm boundaries talk was good. hopefully we'll get more interesting dynamic as the story moving forward because if you look at it this whole courtship, it is very fuck up. this relationship is not wholesome and i want big and real consequences out of Kant being basically a lying two faces snitch.
The pacing of this show is not that great. i feel like the editing could be more snappier.
The songs they choose for every scenes are top tier perfect no notes excellent choices.
The set design, costumes, hair and makeup are on point. everything and everyone looks greats.
Pepper and JJ has to kiss one before this show end! i know that probably never going happen. but i'm going to be delulu anyway!
Everytime they brought up shakespeare. i rolled my eyes a little, we get it P'jojo, you can be more subtle you know >.>
So far this show seemed ok there is some potential but also many flaws i'm still having fun with it and hoping for the show to pick up the pace.
