"The World Is A Response" by Edward Art
All things already are, so what you need to do is find the dream that already is, the way you want it to be, and you feel in the present moment that it's real now. And you abandon all reason. And what you'll find is that the greatest thing you can do in imagination is to abandon reason and you'll find that everything already is. And since everything already is, there's nothing you need to do but assume.
"Fundamentals" by Neville Goddard
At this moment, try to notice your inner state. To what thoughts are you consenting? With what feelings are you identified? You must be ever careful where you are within yourself. Most of its think that we are kind and loving, generous and tolerant, forgiving and noble; but an uncritical observation of our reactions to life will reveal a self that is not at all kind and loving, generous and tolerant, forgiving and noble. And it is this self that we must first accept and then set about to change.
"You're Not Your Story - Get Over It!" by Terry Cole-Whittaker
In this moment, you have full power and full potential to attain anything you desire. Now, are you willing to give up making everybody else wrong? Are you willing to give up trying to prove you've been harmed, or hurt, or cheated, or whatever it means - is that your story? You're not your story. You're an actor.

My notes on change your paradigm! Part 2/2
Tumblr media
Part 1/2!
11. Write a power life script, it’s writing how you want to live with as much detail as possible and record it with your voice, listen to it over and over is going to rescript your paradigm, because you trust your own voice it’s going to get in your subconscious
12. Discipline, people say they don’t have discipline which is completely wrong, everyone is disciplined but some are disciplined to the wrong things such as addicts who will go to great lengths to get something that is discipline, so we’re all disciplined it’s the matter of being disciplined to the right things it’s simply giving yourself a command and following it
13. Procrastination, what is it? It’s simply not making a decision, so to eliminate it make a decision such as deciding to do your schoolwork and actually do it ;)
14. Gratitude, it is so important to practice gratitude especially when your feeling down grab a paper and write down 10 things your grateful for
15. Give out good and love, why? It’s the law of cause and effect, you give a lot of good you’re going to receive a lot of good
16. Change your perception, changing your perception enables you to change how you see things and makes you aware of the power and potential that you have, remember you can do ANYTHING you want you have infinite potential you’re no different than the others that achieved there goals and dreams don’t underestimate yourself!
17. How to manage time? You can’t, everyone gets the same exact amount of time, you can only manage activities, how? Before you go to bed write down what your going to do tomorrow, wake up, do it, done it’s all decided
18. Focus, you must have focus, you can do this activity, light a candle and sit in front of it and stare at it, each time your mind wanders bring it back to the candle, you can also put a dot/sticker or whatever just stare at it focus on it, if you can focus on one thing then congratulations you can focus on anything!

People care about what your business can do for them. How will it help them? What's in it for them? Will it solve their problem? Make their life easier? Provide them with shelter? Save them money? Educate them? Make them feel something? Tell me, why on God's green Earth should I give your business money? What value are you adding to my life? — M.J. DeMarco +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ A woman by the name of Terry Cole-Whittaker wrote an incredible book entitled What You Think of Me is None of My Business. This title bears remembering and repeating every day because, regardless of the goals, intentions, and dreams you aspire to, there will always be someone to shower you with negativity. They might tell you that it can't be done, that you'll never achieve it, or that you lack the ability or intelligence. They might even laugh at you because of your optimism.
Regardless of the person, if you run with a crowd that doesn't support your goals and intentions, you might want to get away from them as soon as possible. Their presence in your life will kill your attitude, smother your energy, and snuff out your dreams. If you can't get away from them, before you allow them affect you, keep in mind that the influence and power they have over you is what you allow it to be. — Michael J. Russ

The Art of Self-renewal
If we want to serve others effectively and with steady compassion, we must also learn the art of replenishing ourselves. Leaders, as discussed in Chapter 1, are not the only ones who require rest and renewal to perform their functions properly. We all have a similar need for self-care as we fulfill our daily responsibilities. Some members of the helping professions—social workers, nurses, or doctors, for example—can become extremely jaded and insensitive because they try to help others without taking time for themselves. Eventually they become caught up in the lower energies of the people they are dealing with, which causes them to be callous and unkind.
We can renew ourselves by prayer, meditation, diet, or by taking time away from the environment and exposing ourselves to an influx of spiritual energy to cleanse our consciousness. Chanting or mantra repetition can be a tremendous help. Many traditions use beads as a support for chanting or mantra meditation. When spiritual practitioners chant on these beads, they are praying, “Dear Lord, somehow I have fallen away from you. Please pick me up. Please allow me to be of service once again.” The chanting also allows people to cast off many of the negative energies that surround them constantly at work or in the streets.
Imagine what it would be like to see people’s thoughts as we go through the routines of our daily lives! Visualize yourself in a city, commuting home from work on a bus. Now imagine that another passenger is angry. The impact of that anger is the same as if the person were throwing a rock at you. Another person is fearful; somebody is disturbed; and yet another individual is envious of what you are wearing. You are actually sitting on a bus with fifteen or so people bombarding you with rocks. Is it any wonder that you walk away wounded? Your physical body may not feel it, but your subtle body has been attacked. You carry all those bruises home with you.
Chanting, or repetition of a sacred mantra, allows us to heal those wounds. It builds up our resistance so that we can ward off these onslaughts against our consciousness. That is why so many traditions emphasize the importance of calling on the names of God. Even in mundane life, when we call someone’s name, we are inviting that person to notice us and come to us. In the same way, when we speak the Lord’s name, we are summoning His presence. Chanting the holy names can be a powerful practice that invokes the loving protection of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. It can also be a most important way to help us become profoundly compassionate.

Quote
Associating with the most intelligent, loving, and spiritually enlightened people possible, either in person or via their books and teachings, is the best and fastest way for us to advance, whatever the goal. We rise and fall by our associations, because consciousness is contagious. When we associate with greatness, we become great. When we associate with the angry, envious, and degraded, we too can become angry, envious, and degraded if we allow it. When we are unaware of the influence that others can have on us, we are like sponges soaking up their emotions, beliefs, and words without discrimination.

End of Week 67: Book📘 66 Completed😊: What You Think of Me is None of My Business – Terry Cole-Whittaker
Even if the title sounds bold or bit of arrogant, Terry shares liberating Idea of taking other’s opinion as what it is, “An Opinion”. This book is a reminder of the Power within ourselves and how we give it away by giving way too more importance to other’s opinion of us.
Once realized, it can empower us to be comfortable in our own skin, take other’s opinion as opinion and not let our life run by it. We give away our power to others by depending on their approval.
As individuals, we are the final authorities on everything in our lives. After all, who else can be the expert on our life? Who else can say what we feel and want? There is no other person, no place, no system, no philosophy, no organization that knows more about us than we do.
Few 🔑Points –
• Terry explains most of the choices we make are unconscious and it is also the purpose of book to heighten consciousness, self-awareness, so that we can choose consciously. She teaches to become beneficiary of Change rather than victim of it.
• if you argue for your limitations long enough, sure enough, they are yours. Start arguing in favor of what you want and recognize that persistence is the key.
• Loved this small yet powerful sentence – “Pray to God, but row to shore.” Meaning have faith that you received what you want, while continuously working for it.
Few📌 Quotes –
1. The hard-to-accept fact is that health is a by-product of your mental and spiritual attitude. It can be a well by-product or an ill by-product.
2. Lying is such an accepted way of life on this planet that telling the truth requires great courage.
3. Before we can have a complete relationship with another, we must first have a complete relationship with ourselves.
4. When you give up blame, you create a context in which change can happen.
5. Decisions become easy when you give up the need for approval and the fear of making mistakes.

The dream you are living is your creation. It is your perception of reality that you can change at any time. - don Miguel Ruiz Whatever anyone else says or does, their words and their actions are truly about themselves. Don't take it personally when they rant, even if they direct their unhappiness in your direction. Their negativity is basically selfishness, and their selfishness is about them, not about you. - Jonathan Lockwood Huie People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; ... Forgive them anyway. - Kent Keith (often attributed to Mother Teresa, who kept a copy on the wall of her orphanage) We are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves, for the moment we do, our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt. - Hopi Proverb What you think of me is none of my business. - Terry Cole-Whittaker Don't Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality. - Miguel Angel Ruiz (don Miguel Ruiz) If you want reality to be different than it is, you might as well try to teach a cat to bark. - Byron Katie Chaos is the score upon which reality is written. - Henry Miller You can't get mad at weather because weather's not about you.
