There's a scene in red robin where after Tim saves her Tam kisses him. Which I find hilarious because Tam immediately goes 'what did I just do, that embarrassing' and Tim could not GIVE A FUCK he's like already on to stage 23 of his plan because that probably happens ALL THE TIME.

There's a sort of trauma response that when two people survive things together there is a stronger bond of sorts that can sometimes lean romantically. So Tam's kiss is most likely a sort of trauma response because she's in shock and on adrenaline. So imagine all the other times that's probably happened to Tim or the other bats.

Like it becomes a weekly report to Tim's significant other. Not matter who you ship him with like Saturday morning he just goes;

Tim: Two this week AND a cheek kiss from a five year old.

Tim's SO: Aw how sweet.

Because it's a part of the job and unreciprocated you can't really call it cheating. But Tim will still tell his partner that it happened because he ain't ashamed of it.
