Some info about Sulala Animal Rescue, the only animal shelter in Gaza. The sole founder Saeed al Err runs it with his family and volunteers but as with everything going on they have been impacted by Israeli terrorism. Saeed is doing everything he can to keep both animals and himself safe.

@sulalaanimalrescue (in this link you can see the desperate cries for help people in Gaza are sending to Sulala) is the only animal shelter in Gaza and they are running out of animal food to help all the animals, cats, dogs, birds, donkeys and horses!

Currently they are sheltering cats and dogs, but also donating food to animals owners in Gaza, helping lots of gazans feed their beloved pets (including the donkeys and horses that are working extra hard since fuel is not allowed thanks to 🇮🇱).

Please, for many people their pets are one of their only sources of hope and happiness during this genocide. Can you imagine surviving all they have endured and now having to watch their pets dying of hunger?

2. Veterinary medicine supplies, with a focus on painkillers and anti parasite medication;

3. Food for donkeys and horses;

also because animals are so dear to my heart I want to post about this too. I found out that @sulalaanimalrescue on instagram is Gaza‘s first and only animal shelter. Those people have a heart of gold and they are doing all they can. Animals get killed and injured and displaced in the airstrikes too. I do not know why fucking PETA who is always so quick to point fingers and run campaigns and has no problem sharing gruesome footage is not using their platform to speak out for them?!

Israeli animal rescue talking about "oh how great that this cat was rescued by our brave military" without mentioning that said military is what put the cat in danger in the first place. Meanwhile Palestinian animal rescues are begging for animal food to be let across the border so their rescues don't starve.

Update: As of 1:30 Palestine Time on the 22nd of December, the location in which some parts of Sulala Animal Rescue and the families of its members are in are told to evacuate. People in the area are unsure of what is going on.

Sulala Animal Hospital, the only animal rescue in Gaza, has around less than a week left of food. The only reason they can't get more is because I*rael does not allow animal food into Gaza. When contacting your represetatives please urge them to make Israel allow animal food and medicine into Gaza.
