Keto Copycat Snickers Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons erythritol
Caramel:

Coating:
1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions:

Here’s the #theketobox for April! I love this service because it really helps us try new things (mainly the kids) I find myself not snacking very much and that works for me but it is nice to have the option to be able to purchase delicious treats. I rarely try new packaged products but there were QUITE a few gems in this box!! I tested out most of these on the kids and took a few nibbles myself. Our favorites were the @highkeysnacks brownie bites, the @choczero caramel syrup, the @ketobars dark chocolate bar had great ingredients and tasted like something I would make at home. The @kaliforniaketo cookie cup was a hit with the kids for sure and it was tasty! The smart cakes were a favorite for the kids too! I love having them try all the random snacks that #theketobox sends. The espresso cups were super strong and are currently in the freezer because a little bite goes a long way lol. The @eatquevos were not bad but the kids didn’t really reach for them. The @slimfast is a no for me, wicked chalky caramel center. The @ice_chips_candy are ok but I don’t use xylitol so these are a no for me but the kids will eat them. Overall this was a successful box! I haven’t tried the @dnxbar beef stick but I will definitely eat that, right up my snack alley. Disclaimer: This was sent to me but these were my own thoughts.
